NAZRAN, Ingushetia, Rússia (Desembre 9, 2016) – Rising Russian MMA star Magomed Idriosov knocked out Ivan “Aquest és el” Buchinger in the opening round of aquesta nit M-1 Desafiament 73: Batalla de Narts main event to become M-1 Challenge bantamweight champion.

Feared as a striker, Idrisov ((7-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0) lived up to his reputation and remained undefeated as a professional, putting Buchinger to sleep with a devastating punch in round one. En el seu 2013 MMA debut, Idrisov knocked out current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko in a non-M-1 Global fight. Two of the best middleweight fighters in the world, Emeev (15-3-0, M-1: 9-1-0) and Tokov (24-3-0, M-1: 8-2-0), battled from to start to finish as Emeev won a three-round split decision for his fourth consecutive victory.

Undefeated Russian Moysar Evoloev remained undefeated (6-0-0, M-1: 6-0-0) by taking a three-round unanimous decision over American Lee “Buldog americà” Morrison (15-8-0, M-1: 2-5-0) at a 140-pound (63.5 quilograms) catchweight.

Morrison (15-7-0, M-1: 2-4-0) and Rettinghouse (13-4-0, M-1: 1-0-0) are both fighting out of the state of Washington.
Morrison faces undefeated Russian prospect Moysar Evoloev (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0) in a fight contested at a 140-pounds (63.5 quilograms) catchweight. Morrison is a grappler (see photo below with him in top position) who defeated current M-1 Challenge bantamweight title-holder Pavel Vitruk by decision at M-1 Desafiament 58.
Fighting at home in Ingushetia, Evloev is also a grappler who is coming off a first-round knockout of Alexander Krupenkin this past May at M-1 Desafiament 66 (pictured below).
Rettinghouse, la King of the Cage campió, adquireix Sergey Morozov (6-1-0, M-1: 3-1-0) in a bantamweight with future title implications for the winner.
A submission master who has a strong Brazilian Ju-Jitsu background, Rettinghouse is coming off his successful M-1 Global debut this past May at M-1 Desafiament 66, in which Rettinghouse stopped Vadim Zhloboch in the opening round due to an injury.
Morozov, fighting out of Kazakhstan, is an outstanding striker and well-rounded MMA fighter. He was on the wrong end of the M-1 Desafiament 68 Fight of the Night last July in a loss by decision to Rafael Dias.
En M-1 Desafiament 59, Morozov (pictured below) was awarded the Knockout of the Night award for his demolishing of Andy Young a year ago July.
An impressive victory will position the Rettinghouse-Morozov winner for a potential M-1 Challenge bantamweight title fight with defending champion Vitruk.

Buchinger (31-4-0, M-1: 6-0-0), lluitant fora d'Eslovàquia, is riding a 10-fight win streak into M-1 Desafiament 73 since he lost to Conor McGregor a 2012. He captured the vacant M-1 Challenge title October 17, 2014 a M-1 Desafiament 52, parada Tural Nizami (see picture below) in the fourth round on punches in their Fight of the Night. Buchinger made a successful title defense 13 months ago at M-1 Desafiament 62, taking a 5-round unanimous decision over Mansour Korobkov. New M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko
BAKU, Azerbaidjan (Juny 5, 2016) — Ukrainian fighter Alexander Butenko won a hard fought 5-round decision over Artiom Damkovsky last night to become the new M-1 Challenge lightweight champion in the M-1 Desafiament 67 main event in Baku, Azerbaidjan.
Butenko (41-11-2) and Damkovsky (20-10-0) battled from start to finish with Buntenko winning a unanimous decision to capture the vacant M-1 Challenge lightweight title.

ST. PETERSBURG, Rússia (Juny 1, 2016) – A sudden illness has forced Magomed Idrisov to withdraw from his scheduled M-1 Challenge featherweight title fight aquest dissabte (Juny 4) against defending champion Joan “Aquest és el” Buchinger a M-1 Desafiament 67: Battle in the Land of Fireat Baku, Azerbaidjan.

Mikhail Korobkov (9-1-1, M-1: 0-1-1), de Rússia, is the late replacement for Idrisov but, due to Korobkov coming off of a loss in his last fight (decision to Timur Nagibin last Friday atM-1 Desafiament 66), his fight versus Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0) is a not for the title and it has been downgraded from main event to co-feature. Buchinger, lluitant fora d'Eslovàquia, has won his last nine fights dating back four years.
The new main event matches Alejandro “Iron Capture” Butenko (40-11-2, M-1: 7-1-0), d'Ucraïna, and BelarussianArtiom Damkovsky (20-9-0. M-1: 10-6-0) pel vacant M-1 Challenge campionat de pes lleuger.

ST. PETERSBURG, Rússia (Maig 5, 2016) – M-1 Global has announced that M-1 Challenge featherweight champion Joan “Aquest és el” Buchinger will defend his title against undefeated challenger Magomed Idrisov, com a cap de cartell M-1 Desafiament 67, Juny 4 at Baku, Azerbaidjan.
Also announced is a fight between undefeated Kazakh welterweight prospect Shavkat Rakjmonov and Brazilian veteran Carlos Alexandre “Indi” Pera.
M-1 Desafiament 67 will be streamed live from Azerbaijan in high definition onwww.M1Global.TV. Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0), fighting out of his native Slovakia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge featherweight title 1-½ years ago at M-1 Desafiament 52, parada Tural Nizami (see picture below) in the fourth round on punches. His lone title defense last October was a decision win over current M-1 Challenge lightweight championMansour Barnaoui a M-1 Desafiament 62. Undefeated in his last nine fights, dating back four years, Buchinger is 5-0 en-1 M competència global.
Fighting out of Russia, Idrisov (6-0-0, M-1: 3-0-0) is the European Wu-Sanda champion. He has three wins in M-1 Global fights, including a pair of notable decisions over Max Coga el maig passat a M-1 Desafiament 57, and in his last fight this past December against Sergei Grecicho (see picture below) en M-1 Desafiament 61.
Rakhmonov vs. Pereira is a classic clash between young and old, Combat Sambo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialists.
The 21-year-old Rakhmonov (5-0-0, M-1: 3-0-0) was a decorated MMA amateur who has won two Submission of the Night honors in only three M-1 Global events againstMichal Wienek last July at M-1 Desafiament 59, and versus Adam Tsurpov (pictured below) Octubre 17, 2014 in Rakhmonov’s professional debut.

Pera, 37, won Submission of the Night in his only M-1 Global fight to date, last September against Ruslan Zhemuklkov (see picture below) a M-1 Desafiament 61.

M-1 Global extends contracts with Ivan Buchinger, Stephan Puetz & Llegeix Morrison

PETERSBURG, Rússia (Gener 27, 2016) – President de M-1 Global Vadim Finklechtein has announced contract extensions for M-1 featherweight championJoan “Aquest és el” Buchinger, former M-1 Challenge light heavyweight titlist Stephan “T-800” Puetz and top American featherweight contender Sotavent “Buldog americà” Morrison.
“We’ve prolonged the contract with M-1 Global veteran fighters Buchinger, Puetz and Morrison,” Finkelchtein said. “We constantly work on our roster to have the best possible fighters.”
Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0), the 29-year-old from Slovakia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge featherweight title in 2014, via a fourth-round knockout of Tural Raginov a M-1 Desafiament 52. In his last fight this past October, Buchinger successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui a M-1 Desafiament 62.
Puetz (13-2-0, M-1: 4-1-0), fighting out of Germany, is an electrifying fighter who won the M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion in 2014, prendre una decisió deViktor Nemkov a M-1 Desafiament 46. Barnaoui (12-3-0, M-1: 2-2-0), lluitant fora de París, will be making his first title defense against a dangerous challenger. After defeating previously undefeated Maxim Divnich(10-0-0) (see picture below) by way of a first-round stoppage via punches, Maig 2, 2015 aM-1 Desafiament 57, Barnaoui dropped down in weight and he unsuccessfully challenged M-1 Challenge featherweight champion Ivan Buchinger this past October by five-round decision at M-1 Desafiament 57.
Belarus-native Damkovsky (20-9-0, M-1: 10-6-0), shown below on mat, is riding a four-fight win streak to become the top contender going into his title fight showdown with Barnaoui.
