BOEDAPEST — (Februari 8, 2017) – Bellator is returning to Hungary with a bantamweight world title fight pitting Eduardo "Dudu" Dantas (19-4) tegen Darrion "The Wolf" Caldwell (10-1) serving as the main event of Bellator 177: Dantas versus. Caldwell from the Budapest Sports Arena on April 14. The MMA portion of the evening will also feature a featherweight bout between Hungarian-born Adam “The Kid” Borics (5-0) en Anthony “Pretty Boy” Taylor (1-2).

TORINO (Februari. 7, 2017) – Bellator President Scott Coker today announced that his fast-rising promotion will be revisiting Torino, Italy for Bellator 176, which will be immediatelyfollowed by Bellator kickboksen 5 at the Pala Alpitour on Zaterdag, April 8.

Less than one year ago, Bellator hosted it’s first-ever international event at the Pala Alpitour in front of a sold-out crowd of over 15,000 fans. Since that show, the company has rapidly and successfully expanded across the globe under the direction of Coker, visiting London, Dublin, Boedapest, Israël, Florence and has an event booked in Belfast later this month.

The highly-anticipated return to Torino will feature MMA action starting met Carrington “Jetsetter” Banks (6-0) vs. Mihail Nica (5-0) in welterweight action as well as Djamal Chan (12-3) vs. Mircea Valeriu (13-4) in een lichtgewicht affaire. HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. (Januari 27, 2017) – A lightweight feature bout pitting Josh Thomson (22-8, 1 NC) tegen Patricky "Pitbull" (16-8) will serve as the co-main event of Bellator 172 bij SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. op feb. 18.

The contest joins a stacked main card that includes a pair of heavyweight competitors featuring Fedor Emelianenko (36-4, 1 NC) tegen Matt Mitrione(11-5) in the main event and Cheick Kongo (25-10-2) tegen Oli Thompson (17-9) in main card action. Bovendien, undefeated lightweights Adam Piccolot (9-0) en Brent Primus (7-0) round out the Spike-televised main card. Extra wedstrijden wordt binnenkort bekend gemaakt.
