FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (January 21, 2020) – Tickets are on sale now at bareknuckle.tv for BKFC 10 in Fort Lauderdale as Cuban sensation Hector “Showeather” Lombard and hard-hitting David Mundell headline Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship action in an explosive cruiserweight attraction taking place Saturday, February 15 live on pay-per-view from the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention Center.
 
The co-main event will feature an all-action 155-pound contest between Jim Alers and Kaleb Harris. Also competing on February 15 will be Luis Palomino facing Elvin Britto in a 155-pound bout, as well as Dat Nguyen squaring off against Abdiel Velazquez in a 135-pound fight.
 
“BKFC 10” will be broadcast across the United States and Canada, exclusively on pay-per-view through MultiVision Media, Inc., on all major television distribution outlets for $29.99. It will also be available to BKFC’s international broadcast partners worldwide and via stream to all in-home and out-of-home connected devices through FITE.

TAMPA, FLA. (October 8, 2019) – A jam-packed lineup of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) attractions will include Martina Krol and Calie Cutler going toe-to-toe in the BKFC women’s featherweight semi-final Saturday, October 19 live on pay-per-view from Florida State Fairgrounds Entertainment Hall in Tampa, Fla.
 
BKFC 8 is headlined by former UFC stars Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva and Gabriel Gonzaga going toe-to-toe and will be broadcast across the United States and Canada, exclusively on pay-per-view through MultiVision Media, Inc., on all major television distribution outlets for $29.99. It will also be available to BKFC’s international broadcast partners worldwide and via stream to all in-home and out-of-home connected devices through FITE.


 
The BKFC 8 co-main event will feature two BKFC veterans Jim Alers go up against Julian Lane in a 155-pound fight.
 
Tickets for the live event are on sale exclusively at www.bareknuckle.tv. Florida will be hosting its’ second BKFC event of 2019, after previously holding the blockbuster BKFC 6 event headlined by Paulie Malignaggi vs. Artem Lobov in June.
 
Undercard action will also feature Puerto Rico’s Abdiel Velazquez, who owns a 2-1 BKFC record having most recently defeated Travis Thompson in June, in a 135-pound battle against West Virginia’s Rick Caruso. Featherweight professional boxerDat Nguyen will make his BKFC debut in a 135-pound fight against Missouri’s Matt Murphy and a 185-pound showdown will feature Nevada’s Joey Angelo and Florida’s Walber Barrios.
 
The lineup continues with Florida native Jared Warren in a 195-pound battle against Virginia’s Brian Maxwell, Florida’s Dave Mundell taking on Ronnie Forney in a 185-pound fight and an all-Florida 195-pound bout between Reggie Penaand Lorenzo Hunt. There’s no love lost between Pena and Hunt, as seen in this recent heated interview.
 
Rounding out the night is a 118-pound women’s showdown featuring Michigan’sSheena Starr and Florida’s Delaney Owen, Nevada’s Zach Jussola in a 165-pound fight against Oklahoma’s Fred Pierce and Cuba’s Gustavo Trujillo meetingRobert Morrow for a 210-pound bout.

“Camp has been great. I’ve never had a better one,” said Nguyen.  “This time, I get to set the training camp the way I wanted to be trained so everything has been perfect. Getting good sparring was my main concern, and I had one of the best sparring partners for this fight. I’ve been sparring with a world class fighter Samuel Neequaye. He’s a super lightweight and a very strong fighter that threw punches in bunches and he didn’t take a step back. I think he’s the best fighter from Ghana fighter out there right now. To spar with a high caliber fighter like him has made me a sharper and stronger fighter. I have fought 10 rounds twice, but it was always short notice. I’ve been never was prepared for it, but this camp I have sparred 10 rounds multiple time against a world class sparring partner who said he’s already in fight shape when we started sparring.”
Because of that kind of camp, Nguyen feels he has the best opportunity for this win.
“I feel strong and mentally fresh and in good spirits. I know the hard work has already been done in the gym, sparring and the road work. God has a plan for me and it seems like everything is falling into place the last couple weeks of camp.. I feel blessed, and ready to give the fans a great show so please tune in.”

Originally from St. Louis, Price’s road has led him to Houston where he now trains with noted coach Ronnie Shields. An exceptional athlete who was highly regarded in track and field as a teenager, the 26-year-old turned pro in 2013. His activity ramped up in 2015 as he took home four victories before 2016 saw him earn impressive victories over previously unbeaten Semajay Thomas and once-beaten Javontae Starks. He will be opposed by the 26-year-old Williams who was an alternate on the 2008 U.S. Olympic team and has gone the distance in losses to world champions Rances Barthelemy and Yuriorkis Gamboa.
The brother of former world champion Omar, the 20-year-old Figueroa turned pro in May of 2015 by defeating Hector Gutierrez and followed that up by stopping Ricardo Mena, Ramiro Ruiz and Francisco Muro to close out the year. The Weslaco-native has stayed busy in 2016, picking up six victories, including five by way of stoppage. An undefeated fighter from Michoacan, Mexico, but fighting out of Houston, Flores has not lost since turning pro in 2009 at just 17-years-old. The 24-year-old had a big 2015 beginning in May with a victory over German Meraz and followed up by wins against Juan Ruiz, Carlos Padilla and Alfred Tetteh. He started 2016 with a headlining win over Mario Briones at The Dancehall in January before dominating Ruben Tamayo over 10 rounds in May and most recently scoring a decision over previously once-beaten Ryan Kielczweski in August.
Born in Bien Hoa, Vietnam as the son of a Vietnamese POW, Nguyen and his family moved to the United States when he was eight-years-old. Nguyen earned a full scholarship to Northern Michigan University as part of their Olympic boxing program and would go on to win a silver medal at the National Golden Gloves and a bronze medal at the U.S. World Championships. Fighting out of Vero Beach, Florida, Nguyen’s losses have all come from undefeated opponents and he enters this fight having won back-to-back contests.

An exciting undercard of action will feature rising undefeated knockout artist Gervonta “The One” Davis (15-0, 14 KOs) in a 10-round lightweight showdown with Mexico’s Mario Macias (28-18, 14 KOs) and unbeaten prospect Caleb “Sweet Hands” Plant(12-0, 9 KOs) against Columbia’s Carlos Galvan (12-4-1, 11 KOs) in a middleweight bout.

At just 23-years-old, Rodriguez has been on a fast track towards a world title fight since turning pro in 2012. He made his U.S. debut in November by stopping Eliecer Aquino after previously taking down Gabor Molnar, Luis Hinojosa and Alex Rangel in 2015. The Manati, Puerto Rico-born fighter will bring his exciting style into the ring against another tough opponent on June 3. He will be opposed by the 25-year-old Mexican Guevara. The Sinaloa-native has challenged for world titles against Leo Santa Cruz and Shinsuke Yamanaka and has won six fights in a row entering June 3.
A highly-regarded prospect who won the 2012 National Gloves championship, the 21-year-old Davis recorded five victories inside of the distance in 2015. The Baltimore-native stopped former world champion Cristobal Cruz during that streak and most recently recorded a TKO victory over Guillermo Avila in April. He takes on the veteran Macias out of Distrito Federal, Mexico.
A 2011 National Golden Gloves champion, Plant has begun to make his name in the professional ranks since turning pro in 2014. Last year, the 23-year-old picked up six victories including hard fought triumphs over Jamar Freeman in September and Tyrone Brunson in October. Fighting out of Nashville, he kicked off his 2016 campaign by stopping Adasat Rodriguez in January and will return to battle the Colombian Galvan who most recently knocked out William Moreno Anaya in April.
