CASEY “LADY HAWAIIAN PUNCH” MORTON SEEKS FIRST WORLD TITLE AGAINST MIYO YOUSHIDA JUNE 19, 2019 IN JAPAN

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 6, 2019) – Super Flyweight Casey “Lady Hawaiian Punch” Morton (8-1-3, 1 KO) of San Francisco, California, will look to win her first world title as she faces Miyo Yoshida (12-1) for the vacant WBO super flyweight world title at Makuhari Messe, Chiba City, Japan on June 19, 2019. 
 
Morton, a decorated amateur, is now looking to make her dream a reality as she seeks her first world title.  In her last fight she was victorious against Chie Higano, a fight that took place in the Philippines.
 
“It is a dream come true to fight for a world title,” said Morton, who is managed by Greg Hannely of Prince Ranch Boxing. “I am very grateful to everyone who has supported me, but I couldn’t have done it without the help of Victor Conte and SNAC System, which has helped my career greatly. I am also thankful for my coach Nonito Donaire Sr., and my manager Greg Hannley. I am excited to show the world my skills on June 19th.”

CASEY “THE HAWAIIAN PUNCH” MORTON LOOKS TO CAPTURE WBO ASIA PACIFIC TITLE THIS SATURDAY IN CHINA


SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 11, 2018)
 – Undefeated female super flyweight Casey “Lady Hawaiian Punch” Morton (7-0-3 1KO), will be fighting for her second title as she faces Jutamas Jitpong (4-2 2KOs) for the vacant WBO Asia Pacific Female Super Flyweight Title. The 10-round bout will take place this Saturday, December 8th, at the Yubei Sport Center in Yubei, China.


“I am excited to fight for my second WBO Asia Pacific Female title!” said Casey Morton. “I won the WBO Asia Pacific flyweight title earlier this year, so to get another title before the year over is a dream come true. I want to fight the best, I don’t want easy fights and I want to prove that I am a true champion.” 

“Casey Morton is an amazing boxer who packs a featherweight punch in a flyweight frame,” said manager Greg Hannley of Prince Ranch Boxing. “I don’t see many flyweights surviving all ten-rounds with her after she moved up in weight to super flyweight. SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 9, 2018) – Prince Ranch Boxing (PRB) is happy to announce the signing of undefeated flyweight contender, Casey “The Lady Hawaiian Punch” Morton(7-0-3, 1 KO). Morton joins a stellar group of fighters under the (PRB) management team, which include Damien “Sugar” Vazquez (13-0, 7 KOs), Blair “The Flair” Cobbs (8-0-1, 6 KOs) and Issac “Canelito” Avlar (14-0, 9 KOs) to name a few.

 

 

 

 

“After signing with Greg Hannley and Prince Ranch Boxing, I feel my career is headed in the right direction,” said Casey Morton, of San Francisco by way of Honolulu, Hawaii. “I’m going to take full advantage every opportunity that comes my way. I’m hungry to get to the top and I’m hoping to be fighting for a world title by the end of the year.”

Morton, who trains out of the SNAC Research & Training Facility owned by Victor Conte, is coached by Nonito Donaire Sr., father of 2012 Fighter of the Year, Nonito Donaire Jr. Morton and Donaire Sr. have two fights together, and she couldn’t be happier.

 

 

 

“Working with Nonito Sr. has been a tremendous blessing to my career,” Morton continued. “Although we’ve only been together for a couple of fights, I’ve learned so much in that short period of time. I’m starting to sit down on my punches, which has added a significant amount of power to my punches. We are working great together.”

 

 

 

In her last fight on March 25, 2018, Morton, with Donaire Sr. in her corner, traveled to Manila, Philippines, and captured the WBO Asia Pacific title, winning by a shutout unanimous decision against Nongmuay Kokietgym (13-4-3).
