14 D'AGOST, RENO — El Fallon Rural Rumble va tornar a oferir una nit de boxa professional de classe mundial sensacional a la seva desena entrega en dissabte nit.

 

En la seva primera lluita de deu rondes, Oscar "Chapito" Vasquez, nadiu de Reno i classificat mundialment, va aconseguir una impressionant victòria per decisió unànime sobre Javier Gallo a l'esdeveniment principal de la nit.. Vasquez millora 14-1.

 

En el co-principal, Stockton, CA sensació Gabriel Flores Jr. va aconseguir una victòria per decisió unànime sobre el dur Jorge Padrón de Mèxic. Flores millora 3-0 (2 KOs).

 

Diego Elizondo, de Carson City, també va aconseguir una victòria de la UD sobre Chandler Clements en el seu debut professional..

 

Pedro Moreno de Sacramento millora 7-0 (5 KOs) amb una impressionant victòria per nocaut tècnic de segona ronda sobre Curtis Morton.

 

En la baralla d'obertura, Quilisto "Kilo the Kid" Madera de Stockton CA amb una segona ronda sensacional, victòria per KO d'un tir sobre Austin Marcum. Madera millora a 7-0 (4 KOs).

JULY 19th, RENO — The City of Fallon and Let’s Get It On Promotions are pleased to announce the tenth annual ‘Rural Rumble’. La August 12th fight card will feature Reno’s Oscar “Chapito” Vasquez (13-1), and Gabriel Flores (2-0) de Stockton, TAL COM.

 

Oscar “Chapito” Vasquez, who was recently ranked #15 flyweight in the world by the World Boxing Organization, is coming off of a dominant unanimous decision victory over Armando Vasquez in June. He looks to further his world title campaign against veteran Javier Gallo (24-13-1) who is coming off of an impressive upset split decision victory over Jose Salgado in April. Vasquez versus Gallo is scheduled for ten rounds.

 

El invicte, emocionant, and youngest-ever signed Top Rank Inc. boxer Gabriel Flores makes his return to Northern Nevada at this year’s Rural Rumble. In his professional debut on 5 de maig, Flores delighted the Reno fight fans by impressively knocking out Devon Jones. El 30 de juny, he scored his second consecutive KO over Jahaziel Vasquez in Texas. .

 

Four other bouts are scheduled for August 12th in Fallon. Carson City’s own Diego Elizondo will be making his anticipated professional debut in a four-round lightweight fight. After impressing the boxing fans in Fallon last year, undefeated Northern California favorite Pedro Moreno (6-0) returns to the 2017 Rural Rumble in a lightweight bout. Reno Jr.-flyweight, Santos Vasquez, looks to continue his third win in a row in a six-round bout. And finally, Reno bantamweight Alec McGee (2-1) looks to get back into the win column as he, massa, returns to Fallon for the 2017 Rural Rumble in a four round scrap.

OSCAR VASQUEZ TO HEADLINE PRO BOXING SHOW AT ATLANTIS JUNE 11TH

MAY 18th, RENO — Let’s Get It On Promotions and the Atlantis Casino Resort and Spa are pleased to announce an evening of world-class professional boxing on Dissabte, 11 de juny, 2016 in Atlantis’ Paradise Ballroom. The evening’s main event will feature is local Reno favorite Oscar Vasquez (9-1). Vásquez, a popular local flyweight, will be featured in an eight-round bout.

 

Vásquez, who recently entered into a long-term promotional agreement with Let’s Get It On Promotions, looks to continue his campaign towards world title contention. En la seva última baralla, Vasquez scored a sensational knockout win over Jose Toribio in Fallon, Nevada.

 

Three additional fighters from the Reno/Sparks area are also slated to fight 11 de juny, including Oscar’s younger brother Santos, who was an alternate boxer for the 2012 US Olympic Team, així com, Kenny Davis Jr. and Alec McGee, both from Reno, who will make their professional debuts in separate bouts as well.
