LeAnna Cruz, Asa Stevens and Javier Zamarron Remain Undefeated in Atlanta; Shamara Woods Shines in The Dominican Republic

NEW YORK (Bulan Agustus 22, 2023) – Four Split-T Management fighters remained undefeated over the weekend.
Friday night in Atlanta, LeAnna Cruz remained undefeated with a six-round unanimous decision over Maryguenn Vellinga in a flyweight bout.

Cruz landed 88 dari 271 pukulan. Vellinga was 34 dari 224.

Split-T Management signs Two-Time National Golden Gloves Champion Abel Gonzalez

Winner of The 2021 National Golden Gloves Tournament Most Outstanding Fighter Award
New York (Bulan Januari 3, 2022) — Split-T Management has signed highly acclaimed amateur and two-time National Golden Gloves Champion Abel Gonzalez to a management contract. Gonzalez most recently won the 2021 National Golden Gloves in the ultra competitive 178 lb. divisi berat, taking home the award for Most Outstanding Fighter of the Tournament (178-201+) dalam proses.

Gonzalez, of Hialeah, Florida, will make his professional debut at super middleweight. Gonzalez is ready to make his mark in the professional ranks with Split-T Management and his father/trainer firmly behind him.

Split-T Management signs Heavyweight Devon Young

NEW YORK (Bulan Juli 26, 2021) – Split-T Management has signed heavyweight Devon Young to a managerial contract.


Itu 22 year-old Young is from Aiken, Karolina Selatan, and compiled an impressive 42-12 mark as an amateur.


“I think this is great. Dave McWater is one of the top managers in boxing, This will put me in a great position to get to my dreams, and that is to become world champion,” kata Young. “Split-T has many talented fighters, and I am grateful to join them. I expect to make my pro debut on September 4th in Columbia, Karolina Selatan. I am a boxer-puncher that is more aggressive and I like to come forward. I am very athletic, I can’t wait to show the world my talents”


As an amateur fighter, Young made it to the 2020 Ujian Olimpiade, and was a Western qualifier champion in 2017 & 2018, dan 2015 Youth Open Champion. He also was a 2014 Junior Olympic champion.


Young has the distinction as being the last fighter to defeated current United States Olympic Super Heavyweight Richard Torrez


Young’s athletic prowess extends beyond the ring as he was a star football player on both sides of the ball who earned a scholarship to Georgia Military College as a Running Back and Defensive End.


Devon is trained by his uncle Terry Cade, who himself was a former professional boxer.

NEW YORK (Bulan Juni 25, 2021)–Pada Hari Sabtu, boxing’s top management company, Split-T Management will have four of it’s top fighters featured in bouts throughout North America.


At the Virgin Hotel In Las Vegas, undefeated welterweight Giovani Santillan battles Cecil McCalla in a 10-round bout.


In Guadalajara, Meksiko, rising undefeated prospect Diego Pacheco takes on undefeated Jesus Palomares in an eight-round super middleweight fight.


In Ashland, Kentucky, world-ranked super welterweight Charles Cinwell takes on Silverio Ortiz, while Haven Brady Jr. takes on Nathan Benichou in a four-round featherweight bout.

Santillan, who is promoted by Thompson Boxing and Top Rank, has a record 26-0 dengan 15 KO. Santillan of San Diego, has wins over Michael Balasi (10-2), Daniyar Hanyk (10-0), Osenohan Vazquez (7-1-1), Eduardo Rivera (9-1-2), Ernesto Ortiz (10-2), Omar Tienda (18-3), Sammy Valentin (12-0), Dodzi Kemeh (19-1), Alejandro Barboza (11-1) and his last bout when defeated former world champion Antonio DeMarco on June 16, 2020 di Las Vegas.

Pacheco of Los Angeles is 11-0 dengan delapan KO.


Itu 20 year-old Pacheco will be facing his 5th undefeated foe of his three-year career. He already has wins over Felix Aguilar, Guillermo Maldonado, Jose Esparza and Terry Ferandez. Pacheco also has a 2nd round stoppage over Juan Antonio Mendez (12-2). Pacheco is coming off a unanimous decision over Rodolfo Gomez Jr. on February 21st in Miami.


Palomares of Sonora, Meksiko adalah 7-0-1 dengan empat KO, and has defeated two undefeated opponents in his last two bouts. He has a 2nd round stoppage over Christian Hermosillo (3-0) and in his last bout Palomares won a unanimous decision over Jaime Portillo on November 19th in Sonora, Meksiko.

In Ashland, Kentucky Conwell and Brady were able to book fights following bouts being postponed in Miami.

Split-T Management’s Raquel Miller wins WBA Interim Super Welterweight Championship

NEW YORK (November 26, 2019)–Saturday night in Quebec City, Split-T Management’s Raquel Miller captured the WBA Interim Super Welterweight world championship with a 10-round unanimous decision over Alma Ibarra.


Miller of San Francisco controlled the action and kept the previously undefeated Ibarra at bay and won by scores of 99-91 dan 98-92 dua kali.


Dengan kemenangan tersebut, the fighter known as “Pretty Beast” raises her perfect mark to 10-0.


Miller could now look towards bouts with WBA World champion Hanna Gabriels as well as Hannah Rankin and former super middleweight champion Maricela Cornejo.

Split-T Management’s Holmes, Miller and Dixon Get Big Wins on Saturday Night

NEW YORK (Mei 20, 2019) –Three cites, three wins for Split-T Management fighters this past Saturday night as Ardreal Holmes dan Raquel Miller remained undefeated while Carlos Dixon scored a big knockout in his hometown.


Holmes went to 9-0 with a six-round unanimous decision over veteran Lanardo Tyner in Dearborn, Michigan.


Itu 24 year-old Holmes of Flint, Michigan was systematic in winning by shutout tallies on two cards at 60-54 dan 58-56 to raise the former amateur star’s record to 9-0.


Miller moved a step closer to winning a world championship as she captured the NABF Middleweight title with a 7th round stoppage over Erin Toughill inHawaiian Gardens, California.


Miller of San Francisco knocked Toughill down in the 1st round with a body shot, and then she dropped Toughill with a vicious combination that was punctuated by a nasty left hook in the 7th round that sent Toughill to the canvas. Toughill got up, but was in no condition to continue, dan pertarungan dihentikan di 1:01.

Split-T Management’s Chris Pearson Scores Unanimous Decision Win over Previously Undefeated Olympic Bronze Medal Winner Yamaguchi Falcao in Las Vegas

NEW YORK (Mei 3, 2019) –Middleweight contender Chris Pearson scored a major victory over previously undefeated Olympic Bronze Medal winner Yamaguchi Falcao in a 10-round bout at The Joint at The Hard Rock in Las Vegas.


The win netted Pearson the WBO Latino Middleweight title.


Pearson boxed very well as he befuddled Falcao, and consistently beat the former amateur star to the punch throughout the contest.


Pearson, who already held a win over Falcao in the World Series of Boxing, repeated the verdict of 2011 by using good head-speed that saw the judges scorecards read 97-93 dan 96-94 dua kali.


The win will gain Pearson a high-ranking in the WBO, and improves the Trotwood, Ohio native’s record to 17-2.


This was the 3rd consecutive win for Pearson, who is managed by Split-T Management.


“My plan was to be patient and control the pace. I was able to capitalize on him being a bit slower then me,” kata Pearson. “This win gets me back to where I need to be.”


“I’m blessed with this victory,” continued Pearson. “Nobody knows the trials I’ve gone through. If I can be someone that inspires, then I’ll be happy. I’m going to rest for a couple days and then get right back to the gym.”

Ivan Golub, Normatov, Ceballo and Williams reign Victorious



NEW YORK (Bulan April 12 2019)–This past Wednesday night at Sony Hall in the heart of Manhattan, four prized members of the Split-T Management stable had their hand raised in victory on a DiBella Entertainment Broadway Boxing card.

Dalam acara utama, kelas menengah Ivan Golub defended his WBC USNBC title with an easy ten-round unanimous decision over Manuel Alejandro Reyes.

Golub used good body work in the beginning of the fight that slowly set up hard right hands, and the Ukranian came home with the victory by scores of 100-90 dua kali, dan 99-91 to raise his impressive mark to 16-1.

Junior kelas menengah Hurshidbek Normatov won a six-round unanimous decision over Calvin Metcalf.

Normatov of Uzbekistan established his jab early, and dropped Metcalf with a right hook in the 3rd frame. Metcalf (9-2) was able to survive, but it was to no avail as Normatov won by scores of 60-53 on all cards and his his mark to 8-0.

Five-time New York Golden Gloves champion, Brian Ceballo was impressive in stopping Ricardo Garcia in the 2nd round of their welterweight contest.

Ceballo of New York City decked Garcia in round two with a perfect right hand to the chin. Garcia was able to get to his feet, but Ceballo was able to pummel Garcia with a combination, dan pertarungan dihentikan di 2:33.

Split-T Management Signs 21-Time National Amateur Champion Otha Jones III

NEW YORK (Bulan Januari 16, 2019) — Split-T Management is proud to announce the signing of 21-time National Amateur Champion, Otha Jones III to a managerial contract.

Itu 18 year-old Toledo native was among the top talents in the United States, as he compiled a staggering 283-13 amateur record, highlighted by representing Team USA in several international tournaments including winning a Gold Medal at the International Youth Continental Americas Tournament and Silver Medal at the Emil Jechev Memorial Tournament as well as winning several national tournaments, such as the winning gold medals in United States National Championships (Dua Kali) and the World Championship Qualifier.

Jones, who was also a four-time State Wrestling Champion, was influenced to sign with Split-T Management because of what the company has done for his gym mates.

“After seeing the hard work and dedication and excellence that Split-T Management has shown to my teammates Charles Conwell and Isaiah Steen, I definitely could not think of signing with anyone else,” said Jones.  Split-T is definitely the best management team in boxing. I am honored to be a part of the team.”

Jones’ dad, also named Otha, shares the same sentiments as his son.

“Based upon the quality of boxers that Split-T Management has signed, and been successful at moving, it was just a natural progression that I would sign my son with them,” said the elder Otha.

Split-T Management feels that Jones will captivate the boxing world because of his fan friendly style that is reminiscent of fellow Ohio native, Aaron Pryor, as he fights aggressively while throwing nonstop punches from all different angles with power.

Said Tim Van Newhouse of Split-T Management, “At a conventional or southpaw stance, Otha is a relentless pressure fighter, who is composed beyond his years, with a dynamic blend of aggression, kecepatan dan kekuatan.
