Philadelphia, PA (September 29, 2016) – World ranked super bantamweight Adam Lopez will take on Carlos Valcarcel on Saturday, November 12th at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. The broadcast is slated to begin at 9:30 PM ET.
The scheduled eight-round bout will be the featured bout of the inaugural broadcast on ONE World Sports.

The card is promoted by GH3 Promotions & Victory Boxing Promotions.

Lopez of San Antonio, Texas is ranked 4th by the WBA and has a record of 15-0-1 with seven knockouts.
The 25 year-old Lopez is a four year pro and has wins over Pablo Cruz (11-0), Eliecer Aquino (17-0-1), former world champion Erik Aiken & Mario Munoz (16-0-1).
In his last bout, Lopez fought to a ten-round split draw with Roman Reynoso (18-1-1) on July 22nd in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
Valcarcel has a record of 14-8-4 with five knockouts.  The 34 year-old native of Miami, Florida has wins over Jovanny Soto (15-2-1), Rodolfo Garay (14-2-1) & Leivi Brea (16-4-3).
The 12 year veteran also has fought former world champion Eric Morel and future world title challenger Jessie Magdaleno.
Valcarcel is coming off a 6th round stoppage defeat to undefeated Erick DeLeon on June 25thin Dallas, Texas.
Seeing action in the eight round co-feature will be undefeated welterweight Ed Brown.
The 24 year-old native of Chicago has a record of 18-0 with 15 knockouts, and has established himself as one of the top welterweight prospects in boxing.
Brown is coming off a six-round unanimous decision over Gilbert Venegas on July 30th in Hammond, Indiana.

In an eight-round super middleweight bout, hard-punching Jerry Odom will take on Taneal Goyco.

Odom of Washington, DC has a record of 14-2-1 with 13 knockouts, and is a four-year professional.  The 23 year-old Odom won his first twelve bouts, which included a thrilling come from behind stoppage over previously undefeated Vilier Quinonez (9-0) on July 25, 2014 in a nationally televised bout on ShoBox: The New Generation.

Odom avenged a controversial disqualification defeat by destroying previously undefeated Andrew Hernandez (8-0) in one round.   In his last bout, Odom stopped Julius Jackson (19-1)in three rounds.
Goyco of Philadelphia has a record of 8-9-1 with three knockouts.
Goyco has upset the apple-cart on several occasions.  He has wins over undefeated Dennis Morris (1-0), Jeremy Trussell (8-0) & Devin Butcher (5-0) plus upset victories over Frankie Filippone (14-2-1) and Dennis Hasson (16-1).  Goyco is coming off a eight-round unanimous decision defeat to Tony Hirsch on June 11th in Oakland, California.
Opening up the ONE World Sports television broadcast will be talented prospect Jaron Ennis of Philadelphia.
Ennis, 19 years old has a record of 6-0 with five knockouts.  In his last bout, he was taken the distance for the first time, but pounded out a four-round unanimous decision over Eddie Diaz on September 15th.
In off-television action and appearing in six-rounds bouts will be super welterweight Arturo Trujillo (8-0, 5 KO’s) of Easton, PA, super lightweight Keenan Smith (9-0, 3 KO’s) of Philadelhia; junior lightweight John Joe Nevin (8-0, 4 KO’s) of Mullinger, Ireland.

Anthony “Juice” Young ready for Jersey showdown with Malik Jackson this Thursday night in Philly

Atlantic City, NJ (September 14, 2016)– Welterweight, Anthony “Juice” Young will look for his third consecutive victory when he takes on Malik Jackson in a battle of New Jersey based fighters as one of the undercard bouts this Thursday nighat the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.
Young of Atlantic City won his first ten bouts and after his current two-fight streak will enter the ring with a record of 13-2 with five knockouts.
“I had a really good camp and great sparring with (lightweight) Anthony Burgin & Victor Padilla.
In Jackson, he is facing a fighter with a very deceiving 3-9-4 record.  He has had several questionable decisions not go in his favor, so Young expects a fight that will not be a gimme.
“I do not know much about him other than t\him being a scrappy fighter who is coming to win.  I know he is from New Jersey, but it doesn’t matter where he is from.  He could be from Switzerland for all I care.”
This will be the third bout that Young will have championship trainer Raul “Chino” Rivas, and Young already has seen the improvements with his new coach.
“I will display what I have been working on with Chino.  I want to thank my team for this opportunity on this card.”
Said Rivas, “This will be our third fight together.  He is getting better with every fight. I am excited to see him fight on Thursday.  He has worked hard and is getting sharper. He is able to spar eight and ten rounds now.
“I know Jackson a little bit as I am originally from North Jersey.  My son beat him in the amateurs   He is tall and his record doesn’t  justify who he is.  He has been overmatched.  But I have noticed that he doesn’t use his jab and he doesn”t have the heart when you press him.  We have been using Juice’s angles and combinations and slowly we have been to eliminate bad habits.  He is smart, a hard worker and disciplined  and his best boxing is ahead of him.”

Pasciolla sees bout with Edwards, gateway to bigger fights

Brick, NJ (September 12, 2016)–   Heavyweight Dan Pasciolla is not surprisingly excited about his national television debut, which will come Thursday night at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, when he takes on undefeated Ray Edwards in the co-featured bout of a card on CBS Sports Network.
In the main event, Dustin Hernandez-Harrison takes on Thomas LaManna for the USBA Welterweight title.
Pasciolla of Brick, New Jersey has a record of 8-1-1 knows that a win over the former star NFL defensive end, could catapult to big fights in the heavyweight division.
“I think it’s a great opportunity to fight on television and be part of a great promotion in Philadelphia,” said the 31 year-old Pasciolla.
Pasciolla, who already has wins over undefeated Bill Marks (1-0) & Donnie Edwards (6-0-1) plus triumphs over John Lennox (13-2) and former world champion Imamu Mayfield, and is not in awe of the 6’5: 255 pound Edwards.
“Edwards is a big tall guy and I respect him as an athlete, But I feel that I am more that ready for this fight.  Edwards has no amateur experience and his record has been built up.  Not only does my resume of wins look more impressive then his, but I have fought bigger guys.”

Pasciolla believes a win over Edwards will catapult himself into higher profile bouts.

“I am hoping with a national broadcast win will move me up the national rankings.  I won the New Jersey state belt when we beat a former world champion in Imamu Mayfield.  That tile has lineage back to Chuck Wepner, so we have the confidence as I progress up the rankings.”
Long time manager, Rich Masini, recently teamed up with Sean Darling in efforts to help build the career of Pasciolla.  Darling has been training Pasciolla for the last two and a half years, as Pascoilla he earned an 8-1-1 record. Over this time, Pasciolla has sparred with some of the top prospects in boxing today. The likes of Bryant Jennings, Zhang Zhilei, Joey Dewejko, Derrick Rossy and Chaz Witherspoon.
“Dan has stepped up and won some impressive bouts as an underdog. I like Dan a lot, he is fighting with a lot of heart,” says Masini.
“This will be the 4th undefeated fighter Dan will face. We function well as a team. Obviously Dan is in the ring, my job is to navigate his career and continue to step up and grow both inside and outside the ring. We understand we’re facing a tough opponent on September 15th on national TV but we’re real confident Dan will perform very well and earn the victory.”

Philadelphia, PA – Former NFL defensive end Ray Edwards will box Dan Pasciolla in a six-round contest between southpaw heavyweights on Thursday, Sept.15, at the 2300 Arena.

In the main event, Thomas LaManna, of Millville, NJ, and Dusty Hernandez-Harrison, of Washington, DC, meet in a scheduled 10-round bout for the vacant USBA Welterweight title.  The card is promoted by Final Forum Boxing, Peltz Boxing Promotions & GH3 Promotions and will be broadcast live on the CBS Sports Network. First of four televised fights begins at 10pm (EST).
Edwards, 31, of Cincinnati, OH, is 11-0-1, 7 K0s.  The seven-year defensive end from the Minnesota Vikings and Atlanta Falcons began boxing in 2011 during the NFL owners’ lockout and devoted his full-time to it in 2013. He has been learning his craft and is ready to step up in competition.  Edwards knocked out Steven Tyner, of New York, in two rounds his last fight Aug. 26 in Minneapolis, MN.

Pasciolla, 31, of Brick, NJ, is 8-1-1 after three years as a pro.  He has beaten solid East Coast competition in Bill Marks, John Lennox, Donnie Palmer and former world cruiserweight champion Imamu Mayfield.  In his last bout July 22 in Atlantic City, Pasciolla avenged his only defeat with a six-round unanimous over Dante Selby, of Philadelphia.

In another six-round bout, undefeated welterweight Kenneth Sims Jr. faces grizzled veteran Gilbert Venegas.

Sims Jr., 22, of Chicago, IL, is 7-0, 2 K0s, in two years as a pro.  He is coming off a six-round decision over Tavorus Teague, of Bakersfield, CA, on March 11 in Tustin, CA.

Venegas, 39, of East Moline, IL, is 14-24-5, 8 K0s, against some of the best at 147 and 154 pounds.   Venegas turned pro in 1999 and has wins over Ed Paredes, Rogelio De La Torre and Lance Williams and he is coming off a six-round draw with undefeated Daniel Denny on Aug. 19 in Wittenberg, WI. Venegas also has boxed Nate Campbell, Jermall Charlo, Mike Jones, Jaime Herrera and Sammy Vasquez and he also boxed a draw with Jesus Soto-Karass.

2016 United States Olympic alternate LeRoy Davila (2-0, 1 KO), of New Brunswick, NJ, will rematch with Edgar Cortes (3-3) of Vineland, NJ, in a bantamweight bout scheduled for six rounds.  Davila defeated Cortes by four-round decision on July 22 in Mashantucket, CT.  Cortes later earned a four-round decision over Alex Barbosa on Aug. 26 in the loser’s Philadelphia backyard.

Opening up the television broadcast will be 17-year-old Devin Haney (9-0, 5 K0s), of Las Vegas, NV, will have his 10th contest in eight months when fights Mike Fowler (5-2, 2 K0s), of Milwaukee, WI.

In a four-round welterweight bout, Jaron “Boots” Ennis (5-0, 5 K0s), of Philadelphia, battles Eddie Diaz (2-4-2), of Torrance, CA.

In six-round bouts:

Anthony Young (13-2, 5 K0s) of Atlantic City, NJ, takes on Malik Jackson (3-9-4, 2 KO’s) of Newark, New Jersey.

In a four-round bout, it will be a battle of New Jersey-based super middleweights as Darryl Bunting (2-0-2, 1 K0), of Asbury Park, meets Darryl Gause (1-0), of Vineland.

Witherspoon takes on Marrone in 2

Bristol, PA (August 6, 2016) – Chazz Witherspoon scored his fifth consecutive knockout victory as he took out former world title challenger Mike Marrone in round two of their scheduled six-round heavyweight bout in the main event at the Grundy Arena.

The eight-bout card was promoted by D and D Promotions and Silver Spoon Promotions.

Witherspoon sent Marrone to the canvas in round one with a left hook. Seconds later it was a hard 1-2 that sent Marrone down for a second time.

In round two, Witherspoon landed a booming right that deposited Marrone on the canvas for a third time. Marrone got to his feet but the fight was waved off at 1:31.

Witherspoon of Paulsboro, New Jersey is now 35-3 with 27 knockouts. Marrone of Vero Beach, Florida is 21-6.

Samuel Teah won a four round unanimous decision over Samuel Amoako in a junior welterweight bout.

Teah of Philadelphia won by scores of 40-36 on all cards and is now 8-1. Amoako of Silver Spring, MD is 21-13.

Elijah Vines stopped Julian Valerio in round three of their scheduled four round middleweight brawl.

In the first frame, Vines dropped Valerio with a short right on the inside. Valerio returned the favor after a furious exchange, Valerio put Vines on the canvas from a left hook. In round three, Vines drilled Valerio a multitude of times with power punches that continuously snapped the head of Valerio’s head back until a moment later when Vines landed some hard body punches and referee Hurley McCall stopped the fight at 2:37.

Vines of Philadelphia is 3-0 with three knockouts. Valerio of Brooklyn, NY is 3-4.

Good looking prospect, Jaron Ennis stopped Matthew Murphy in round two of a scheduled four round junior welterweight bout.

In round two, Ennis sent Murphy to a knee after landing a barrage of punches. Seconds later, It was a left to the body that sent Murphy down and the fight was stopped at 2:53.

Ennis of Philadelphia is 5-0 with five knockouts. Murphy of St. Louis, MO is 1-3.

Mike Hilton remained undefeated by stopping Cortez Reed at 1:57 in the fourth and final scheduled round of their cruiserweight bout.

Hilton of Trenton, NJ, is now 3-0 with all wins coming via stoppage. Reed of Atlanta, GA is 1-3.

Emanuel Taylor stopped Carlos Aguilera in round two of their scheduled eight round junior welterweight bout.

Taylor cracked Aguilera with a left hook to the ribs that dropped him. He could not get to his feet and fight was over at 2:07.

Taylor of Edgewood, MD is now 20-4 with 14 knockouts. Aguilera of Chiapas, MX is 10-18.

Leshawn Rodriguez demolished Jason Whar inside of one round of their scheduled four round middleweight bout.

Rodriguez dropped Whar three times in round one, with the last coming from a left hook and the bout was stopped at 1:55.

Rodriguez of Shirley, New York is 4-0 with four knockouts. Wahr of Virginia Beach, Virginia is 4-13.

Luis Perozo remained undefeated by winning a 4-round unanimous decision over Alberto Martinez in a lightweight bout.

In round two, Perozo scored a knocked down from a right hand.

Perozo of New York , NY won by scores of 39-36 on all cards and is now 2-0. Martinez of Tifton, GA is 0-2.

Bristol, PA (August 3,, 2016) – Chazz “The Gentleman” Witherspoon is ready for a big fight against a top heavyweight, but first, he must get past  Mike Marrone On Saturday night, as D & D Promotions and Silver Spoon Promotions will present “Rumble at the Rink II” at the Grundy Arena inBristol, Pennsylvania.

Witherspoon (34-3, 26 KO’s) of Paulsboro,  New Jersey is ready for the former world title challenger and he has taken him as a serious challenge for this Saturday’s main event.
“Training has been good.  I am ready to fight on Saturday,” said Witherspoon.
“I know Marrone from the amateurs.  We have spoken before at tournaments.  He seems like a nice guy, and I know he will come to fight.  He won’t lay down and I am expecting a good fight.”
Witherspoon has won four in a row by knockout knows that with another win or two, he will have a big opportunity at one of the top names in the heavyweight division.
“I am waiting for the right opportunity.  It has to make sense.  I am willing to take stay busy fights and continue to hone my craft.  If the opportunity isn’t next, then I will continue to stay busy.”
Witherspoon knows that it will take one big win to become a major player in the suddenly wide-open heavyweight division.
“I think the division is exciting again.  Different guys have belts and all roads do not lead to one person.  I know I will fit somewhere in there when I get a shot at one of these titles.”
In the meantime, Witherspoon will continue and promote the sport.  Along with D & D Promotions, he is the co-promoter of Saturday’s fight.
“We have been trying to get the word out to the area.  It’s a good surrounding area with Neshaminy and Bensalem and just over the bridge, you have Burlington, Florence and Willingboro.”
Seeing action in the eight-round co-feature will be junior welterweight Emanuel “The Tranzforma” Taylor (19-4, 13 KO’s) battling Carlos Aguilera (10-16, 4 KO’s) of Chiapas, Mexico.

With a win, Taylor is earmarked for a September fight with WBO number-two ranked Jose Zepeda.

The Taylor – Aguilera bout is promoted in association with Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing.

In a six-round bout, Alvin Vermall Jr. (10-0-1, 8 KO’s) of Catskills, NY will take on James Jones (2-8, 1 KO) of Nashville, NJ in a cruiserweight bout

Bristol, PA (July 29, 2016) – Chazz “The Gentleman” Witherspoon will take on former world title challenger Mike Marrone On Saturday night, August 6thas D & D Promotions and Silver Spoon Promotions will present “Rumble at the Rink II” at the Grundy Arena in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Witherspoon (33-4, 26 KO’s) of nearby Paulsboro, New Jersey established himself as one of the top American Heavyweights as the St. Joseph’s University graduate won his first twenty-three bouts with wins over the likes of Michael Alexander (11-0), Talmadge Griffis (24-6-3), Jonathan Haggler (18-1) before suffering his 1st defeat to future two-time world title challenger Chris Arreola via controversial disqualification.

Witherspoon went on to win three fights in a row, which was highlighted by an entertaining 8th round stoppage over Adam “The Swamp Donkey” Richards (21-1). That fight was voted Ring Magazine’s 2008 Heavyweight Fight of the Year.Witherspoon then dropped a fight to future two-time world title challenger Tony Thompson.

Witherspoon went on to score 4-consecutive knockouts which included a devastating 3rd-round destruction over Tyson Cobb (14-2).

Witherspoon then took on undefeated prospect Seth Mitchell on April 28, 2012 in a bout where Witherspoon had Mitchell badly hurt in several occasions before Mitchell came away with the victory.

Witherspoon has scored four consecutive knockouts which includes his last bout when he stopped Nick Guivas (11-2-2) in three rounds on August 15th in Atlantic City.

The 30 year-old turned professional in 2004 and won his first 18 bouts that was highlighted by a nationally televised win over Malachy Farrell (15-0).
Marrone suffered first defeat at the hands of future world title challenger Francisco Pianeta.  Marrone also lost to world title challenger DaVarryl Williamson.
Marrone challenged for the WBA Cruiserweight title, but was defeated by Guillermo Jones.  Marrone also came up short against former heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs.
Seeing action in the eight-round co-feature will be junior welterweight Emanuel “The Tranzforma” Taylor (19-4, 13 KO’s) battling Carlos Aguilera (10-16, 4 KO’s) of Chiapas, Mexico.

Taylor of Edgewood, Maryland has a record of 19-4 with 13 knockouts.

The 25 year-old, won his first fourteen bouts has quality wins over Ayi Bruce (15-1); George Sosa (6-0); Raymond Serrano (18-1)’ Victor Cayo (31-3) & Karim Mayfield (18-1-1).

Taylor also battled former world champions Adrien Broner and Chris Algieri to competitive decision defeats.

The Taylor – Aguilera bout is promoted in association with Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing.

Jaron Ennis (4-0, 4 KO’s) of Philadelphia will take on an opponent to be named in a junior welterweight bout.
