NOVICE CLASS FINALS RESULTS FROM LOWELL
लोवेल, मास. (फेब्रुअरी 19, 2016) – Fourteen 2016 New England Tournament of Champions winners were crowned last night in the novice class of 70th annual Lowell Sun Charities Golden Gloves Championship at historic Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
Team Central produced the most individual winners with seven, followed by Team Western with five, and Team Central had two.
The unofficial fight of the night was between Salem, MA welterweight Kenny Larson (Team Central) and his Dorchester, MA opponent Jarrod LoMax (Team Southern), in which Larson won a three-round decision, 3-2.
पोर्टलैंड, ME bantamweight Christian Morales (Team Northern) continued his performance run in the tournament, winning a three-round decision, 5-0, over hometown Lowell favorite Marquis Fowler (Team Central) Morales’ impressive showings in the tournament will lead him into an open division spot in next week’s New Englands.
In a Central N.E. (ठूलो लोवेल) heavyweight final rematch, due to a round-time issue, Methuen’s Jesus Flores (नहर सडक बक्सिङ) defeated Haverhill’s John Roche (Haverhill Downtown बक्सिङ) by the same score as their original match in another thrilling, back-and-forth bout ending a in three-round decision (5-0). Jeter Promotions signs undefeated Welterweight Steve Weimer

York, PA (फेब्रुअरी 17, 2016) – Jeter Promotions is pleased to announce the signing of undefeated Welterweight prospect Steve Weimer to an exclusive promotional contract.

Weimer did not leave the ring because of the usual boxing stereotypes, but he took some time off to get his college degree. Weimer graduated from York College with a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Tony Jeter is a Middleweight contender who twice cracked the world rankings and fought Chris Eubank Jr. for the WBA Interim Middleweight title. लोवेल, मास. (फेब्रुअरी 11, 2016) – Team Central had the edge in last night’s novice class semifinals of the New England Tournament of Champions, part of the 70th annual Lowell Sun Charities Golden Gloves Championship, at Lowell Memorial Auditorium.

Returning New England Golden Gloves Champion Xavier Vega in action this Thursday night at Central N.E. semifinals in Lowell

The 21-year-old Vega, representing Canal Street Boxing, faces Nashua (NH) चुनौती माइकल Fontanez in one of eight open class matches. There are also eight novice class matches scheduled.

लोवेल, मास. (जनवरी 23, 2016) – The Central New England (ठूलो लोवेल) quarterfinals round of the 70th annual Lowell Sun Charities Golden Gloves Championship was held last night at historic Lowell Memorial Auditorium with 13 highly competitive matches in the novice class.

The super heavyweight match between Dorchester’s 381-pound Ivens Derival and Haverhill’s 266-pound Kyle Davis was of special especially because of their respective sizes. Davis won by way of a three-round decision, 4-1, in a back-and-forth match that had fans standing throughout.
