Integrated Sports Media secures Vasquez, Jr.-Lopez PPV rights in U.S. and Puerto Rico for Oct. 8 memor match

TENAFLY, NJ (September 18, 2016) — Integrated Sports Media, North America’s undisputed leader of pay-per-view distribution of major boxing events, has secured the rights to for the much anticipated showdown between former world champions Wilfredo “Papito” Vazquez, Jr. atque Juan Manuel “JuanMa” Lopez, headlining “Guerra En El Clemente,” Saturday nox, October 8, live from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Guerra En El Clemente: Vasquez Jr. Lopez, presented by Black Tiger Media, will be distributed by Integrated Sports Media live, starting at 9 p.m. ATQUE / 6 p.m. PT, in the United States and Puerto Rico on both cable atque Equium pay per view on iN Demand, EPULUM, DIRECTV and Vubiquity. The event will also be available to watch across Canada on Fight Network, as well as via Fite TV app for iOS and Androide devises or watch on the www.Fite.TVwebsite. Suggested retail price is $29.95.

The 12-round Vasquez, Jr. vs. Lopez main event is presented in association with Matias Entertainment and sponsored by Best Alarms and Municipio de San Juan.
The 32-year-old Vasquez, Jr. (24-6-1, 19 KOs), the son of the great 3-time division world champion Wilfredo Vasquez, fights out of the boxing hotbed of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, which is known for producing great boxers including the late Hall of Famer Hector “macho” Camacho. He captured the vacant World Boxing Organization (WBO) super bantamweight world title in 2010, stopping previously unbeaten Marvin Sonsona (14-0-1) by way of a fourth-round knockout.
Vasquez, Jr. made a pair of successful title defenses against 15-0 Zsolt Bedak(TKO10) atque 26-6-1 Ivan Hernandez(TKO11), before losing his title belt in 2011 ad Jorge Arce (TKO12) marking the only time Vasquez has been stopped in his nearly 10-year professional boxing career. He had another world title shot in 2012, losing a 12-round majority decision to Nonito Donaire (27-1) for the vacant WBO 122-pound division championship.
Lopez (34-5, 31 KOs), fighting out of Caguas, Puerto Rico, is a former WBO super bantamweight and featherweight world champion. From 2008 ad 2010, “JuanMa” was one of the most feared punchers in boxing, as well as one of its most popular because of his electrifying performances in the ring and engaging personality. During this stretch, he developed into one of the leading pound-4-pound fighters in the working, defeating a Who’s Who of the top super bantamweights and featherweights in the world such as 34-1 Daniel De Leon (TKO1), 33-1 Sergio Medina(TKO1), 54-6-2 Gerry Penalosa (RTD10), 37-1-1 Steve Luevano (37-1-1) atque 39-5 Rafael marquez (RTD8).

GALT, QUALIS (September 15, 2016) – Haec Saturday, September 17, 2016, the first annual Robertus “De sancto” Guerrero Fight Night amateur boxing event will take place at the Guerrero’s Boxing Gym in Galt, Ill. Thirty separate bouts with fighters from California and Nevada will compete. A “Be The Match” bone marrow drive will take place from 11:00 a.m. ad 1:00 p.m.
“This will be a great event for amateur fighters of all ages,” dictus Robertus Guerrero. “I remember when I was a kid competing in events like this, all I could think about was winning a trophy of some kind. So I’m happy to announce that first and second place participants will receive an award. In addition, I’m going to do my part to help save lives by registering people into the bone marrow registry. BeTheMatch.org will be there to support the cause.”
Nullam pretium at $20 will be available at the door. All proceeds will go to help fund the Guerrero’s Boxing Gym program. Weigh-ins are from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. First fight starts 1:00 p.m.

Las Vegas (September 14, 2016) — A championship tripleheader will highlight “Knockout Night at the D” on Friday nox, September 30, Vivamus airing (11 p.m. ATQUE / 8 p.m. PT) on CBS Sports Network and internationally via ESPN (digital delay check local listings), outdoors from under the neon lights at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center(DLVEC).
The “Knockout Night at the D” series, presented by D Las Vegas and DowntownLas Vegas Events Center, is promoted by Roy Jones Jr. (RJJ) Boxing Promotions.
Hall of Fame announcers Jim “J.R.” Ross atque Al Bernstein will call all of the action from ringside on CBS Sports Network and in English for ESPN internationally.
In The 10-round main event, Hanzel “Rude Boy” Martinez (23-2, 19 KOs) suscipit,
Emmanuel Quartey (20-2, 19 KOs) for the vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) International super bantamweight championship.
Tony Lopez, Jr. (11-1, 4 KOs faces unbeaten Stephon “Showstopper” Iuvenes (14-0-3, 6 KOs) for the vacant WBA North American Boxing Association (Also) bantamweight title in the 10-round co-feature, while undefeated WBA-NABA USA super welterweight champion John “The Phenom” Vera (14-0, 9 KOs) makes his first title defense against Milorad “Micko” Zizic (12-1, 6 KOs) in an 8-round bout.
“This show has all the makings of the best ‘Knockout Night at the D’ show of the year with three title fights on tap,” RJJ Boxing Promotions CEO/Co-Founder Keith Veltre dixit. “The six principal fighters have a combined record of 94-6-3 apud 63 knockouts. All three of these title fights are evenly matched and can go either way. The winner of the main event should land a spot in the WBA’s top 15 ratings. And we plan to load up the undercard with many of Las Vegas’ most promising prospects.”
Martinez, 24, is a former World Boxing Council (WBC) United States bantamweight champion. A native of Tijuana, Mexico, Martinez is ranked No. 4 by the NABA, and on the verge of breaking out on the national boxing scene. He hasn’t fought since last December because his last fight was cancelled when he was injured in a car accident.
A former super flyweight champion at home in Ghana, Quartey like Martinez is a dangerous puncher who has experience in the ring. He will be making his United State debut Septem. 30 vs. Martinez.
The 22-year-old Lopez, fighting out of Dallas, is coming off of a sensational second-round stoppage of Jerren Cochran this past May at DLVEC. He is a former WBC Youth Intercontinental bantamweight champion, the belt he captured in 2014 with an 8-round unanimous decision from previously undefeated Isaac Torres (9-0) in Fort Worth. Lopez is rated No. 7 by the NABA.
Iuvenes, 27, is rated No. 2 by the NABA. The southpaw was a decorated amateur boxer out of Saint Louis, compiling an 86-13 record, including a silver-medal performance at the 2011 National Golden Gloves Championships. All three of his draws were fought on the road. His last was in his most recent fight, last April at Turning Stone Casino in Verona, New York,, in which he and 14-0 Nikolay Potapov battled evenly for 10 rounds.
Vera’s brutal sixth-round knockout of 10-1-1 Joey Ruelas, also at DLVEC, earned the left-handed Vera his NABA-USA super welterweight crown. Fighting out of Fort Worth, Vera will be facing the toughest opponent of his 3 ½ year professional career.
Zizic, a native of Montenegro is a former International Boxing Federation (IBF) Youth and WBC Mediterranean middleweight champion. Ranked No. 14 by the NABA, Zizic now lives and trains in the capital of boxing, Las Vegas.
