TUCSON, Ariz. Pérez, who hails from a fighting family, has won four straight and nine of his last 10. He scored a surprising, upset, a 10-round unanimous decision over Cabrera (23-0 anar a) in his last outing. The furthest he’s gone in a fight came in his second start when he scored a third-round TKO (2:57) sobre Jhaquis Davis.
