Undefeated Shishkin and Russ II Scheduled for Battle on Salita Promotions’ Next Detroit Brawl Event, Samedi, Mars 5, in Dearborn, MON

Split-T Management’s Holmes, Miller and Dixon Get Big Wins on Saturday Night

NEW YORK (Mai 20, 2019) –Three cites, three wins for Split-T Management fighters this past Saturday night as Ardreal Holmes et Raquel Miller remained undefeated while Charles Dixon scored a big knockout in his hometown.


Holmes went to 9-0 with a six-round unanimous decision over veteran Lanardo Tyner in Dearborn, Michigan.


Le 24 year-old Holmes of Flint, Michigan was systematic in winning by shutout tallies on two cards at 60-54 et 58-56 to raise the former amateur star’s record to 9-0.


Miller moved a step closer to winning a world championship as she captured the NABF Middleweight title with a 7th round stoppage over Erin Toughill inHawaiian Gardens, Californie.


Miller of San Francisco knocked Toughill down in the 1st round with a body shot, and then she dropped Toughill with a vicious combination that was punctuated by a nasty left hook in the 7th round that sent Toughill to the canvas. J'ai hâte de monter sur le ring!

 

Vous vous êtes battu en poids super moyen 168 et récemment au poids moyen 160 livres. Comment est votre formation, régime et tout autre effort différent à faire 160?

 

 

 

La formation est toujours difficile et j'apprends constamment. J'ai eu un régime complètement différent ce camp - un vrai changement et un positif pour moi. Je me suis associé à Perfecting Athletes pour mes repas quotidiens, et je me sens bien. J'ai toujours essayé de manger sainement, mais ces gens sont des pros et sont plus éduqués dans ce domaine que moi. J'ai cette boisson magique qui fait sourire mon estomac - je l'adore! C’est de la pastèque mélangée à un légume vert. Je ne vais pas vous dire de quel légume il s'agit, mais je l'ai bu tous les jours, et je me sens bien.

 

Votre nombre de vues a été très élevé. Pourquoi pensez-vous que les gens sont attirés par vous?

 

 

 

Je crois que les gens sont attirés par ma sincérité et mon honnêteté, à la fois dans et hors de l'anneau. Je dis ce que je veux dire et je pense ce que je dis. Je suis dur mais j'ai aussi un côté doux. Et je pense que les gens sont attirés par la façon dont je me bats — non seulement je parle d'un bon jeu mais je combat mon a– éteint aussi! je donne 1000% à chaque fois - je veux changer le jeu et amener une toute nouvelle génération de fans à la boxe féminine et à la boxe en général.

 

Que savez-vous de votre adversaire Hannah Rankin?

 

 

 

Je sais que mon adversaire Rankin est très coriace et déterminé à être champion du monde. J'aime sa conduite, J'aime son coeur. Je sais qu'elle a été sur le ring en tant que partenaire d'entraînement pour de nombreux champions, l'un étant Christina Hammer. Donc Rankin a vu de bons combattants. Mais une chose est sûre - elle n'a jamais vu un combattant comme moi. Et puisque Hammer ne pouvait pas se battre à cause de son état de santé, à bien des égards, la meilleure chose à faire est de se battre et de battre son partenaire d'entraînement et de laisser Rankin dire à Hammer ce qu'elle veut faire à son retour!

Je crois que le secret commence par croire en toi, être dédié, travailler dur et toujours s'efforcer d'être meilleur. Je sens que je suis mon plus grand critique quand je m'entraîne et boxe. Il est difficile de regarder un film de mes combats parce que même si je fais 97 tout va bien, je ne supporte pas de voir 3 les choses que je fais mal. Je suis une personne qui s'efforce de tirer pleinement parti de mon potentiel. Il faut du courage pour être génial. Rien ne m'empêchera d'atteindre mes objectifs, ce qui inclut être le GWOAT et créer l'égalité pour toutes les femmes combattantes en ce qui concerne l'argent, opportunités et couverture que les hommes obtiennent.
