Las Vegas (Mars 13, 2018) – Champion du monde à deux reprises Badou Jack a confirmé qu'il comparaîtra, un stand et tenir une rencontre & Accueillir avec ses fans à la Las Vegas Convention Center pour la 4ème édition du Expo Fan Box qui aura lieu samedi mai 5, 2018 10 heures-17 heures, Pendant le week-end Cinco De Mayo.
Jack apparaîtra à nouveau à l'Expo de cette année où il lancera et présentera son nouveau “Ripper Nutrition” http://rippernutrition.com pourconduits. Jack signera des gants, des photos et des marchandises. Les fans de boxe auront également une excellente occasion de prendre des photos avec cette star de la boxe également connue sous le nom de “The Ripper”. Jack affrontera également Adonis, le champion WBC Light Heavyweight “Superman” Stevenson sur Mai 19 au Canada. Le combat sera promu par Mayweather Promotions.
Le boxeur professionnel suédois, qui est promu par Mayweather Promotions, détenait le titre WBC Super Middleweight de 2015 à 2017. Sur Avril 24, 2015 il a battu Anthony Dirrell pour remporter la ceinture de championnat WBC et l'a défendue avec succès contre George Groves au MGM Grand Las Vegas en septembre 12, 2015 pendant le week-end Indépendance du Mexique. Il a participé à un 2017 Candidat au combat de l'année contre James Degale qui s'est terminé par un tirage au sort majoritaire au Barclays Center de Brooklyn en janvier dernier. Il a fait ses débuts dans les poids lourds légers en battant le champion du monde WBA Nathan Cleverly en août et cherchera maintenant à devenir trois fois champion contre Stevenson..
Jack rejoint, Kelly Pavlik, Erik Morales et Fernando Vargas en tant que premier engagement à la Box Fan Expo de cette année.

SAN ANTONIO, TX (Mars 10, 2018) – Last night at the Mi Mercado Event Center in San Antonio, TX, TMB & PRB Divertissement, sponsored by Mikey Garcia Promotions, présenté “Vendredi Night Fights”. Special guests Mikey Garcia, Abner Mares et Bones Adams étaient tous présents.
Dans l'événement principal, Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez (5-0, 3 KOs), fighting out of the Robert Garcia Boxing Academy, vaincu Jose “El Cuate” Casiano (0-2) by way of first round knockout. A right hook to the head put Casiano down for the count at the 1:33marque de la première ronde.
En cas de co-principal, Angel Alejandro (2-0, 1KO) a parcouru la distance avec Jose Elizondo (2-6-1), winning a unanimous decision. Scorecards lus 40-35 et 39-36 deux fois, all in favor of Alejandro. Alejandro dropped Elizando in round one before cruising to victory.

Las Vegas (Mars 9, 2018) – Ancien champion des poids moyens Kelly Pavlik a confirmé que lui et “La ligne Punch” L'équipe de podcast apparaîtra à la “Anneau de vie” stand à rencontrer & Accueillir ses fans au Las Vegas Convention Center pour la quatrième édition de Box Fan Expo qui aura lieu samedi mai 5, 2018 à partir de 10du matin à 17hm, Pendant le week-end Cinco De Mayo. La Boxing Expo coïncidera également avec le méga combat entre Saul “Canelo” Alvarez contre Gennady “GGG” Golovkine, qui aura lieu plus tard ce soir.
Pavlik apparaîtra pour la première fois cette année’ Expo. Kelly et “La ligne Punch” l'équipe aura de la marchandise à vendre à ses fans, ainsi que des photos et des souvenirs. Ils feront également la promotion de leur nouveau spectacle de la Boxing Expo.
Kelly Pavlik Connu sous le nom de “The Ghost”, est un ancien boxeur professionnel américain qui a concouru de 2000 à 2012. Pavlik a grandi du côté sud de Youngstown, Ohio. Il a remporté le WBC unifié, WBO, Ring Magazine et titres des poids moyens linéaires en battant Jermain Taylor en 2007, qui a également été nommé combat de l'année par la Boxing Writers Association of America. Pavlik a réussi trois défenses avant de les perdre contre Sergio Martínez en 2010. En janvier 19, 2013 Kelly Pavlik a annoncé sa retraite de la boxe.
Aujourd'hui Pavlik est l'hôte de l'émission Podcast Boxing “La ligne Punch” http://punchline.live/ avec son co-animateur James Dominguez.

The card will showcase ten fights headlined by local favorite and Robert Garcia Boxing Academy fighter Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez (4-0, 2 KOs), prenant Jose “El Cuate” Casiano. The 4-round main event will take place in the featherweight division. The co-main event will showcase junior bantamweight Angel Alejandro (1-0 1KO) vs. Jose Elizondo dans un combat de 4 rounds.
“This is a big weekend for boxing fans in San Antonio and it starts vendredi as I’m looking to put on a great show for my hometown fans,” said Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez, who makes his second appearance in San Antonio. “All the hard work is done and now its time to give my people their money’s worth with a great performance. I’m going all out for as long as it last and my hand will be raised when its all said and done.”
“Bam is a true talent in the sport of boxing and fighters like him don’t come along that often,” dit Robert Garcia, Rodriguez’s trainer. “It’s always great to see him be afforded great oppurtunities, like a main event in his hometown. It is also exciting working with great partners like TMB and PRB Entertainment. Mikey [Garcia] and I are interested in bringing great fights together with Rick Morones and Greg Hannely of Prince Ranch Boxing.”

CARSON, CALIFORNIE. (Octobre 14, 2017) – Featherweight world champions Leo Santa Cruzet Abner Mares were both victorious in their Premier Boxing Champions on FOX and FOX Deportes fights Saturday night from StubHub Center in Carson, Californie. and officially set up a world championship rematch between the two popular southern California champions in early 2018.
“I want Abner Mares,” ledit Santa Cruz. “I said if we both win; we’re going to fight. I’m ready to fight him in Los Angeles in the beginning of next year.”
“I’m a totally different fighter now since I started working with Robert Garcia,” lesdits Mares. “We’re going to keep showing that when we fight Leo Santa Cruz.”
Dans l'événement principal, Santa Cruz (34-1-1, 19 KOs) took care of business and defended his title by stopping Chris Avalos (27-6, 20 KOs) dans le huitième round.
“He was very tough and I was fighting the wrong fight,” ledit Santa Cruz. “I wanted to please the fans and give them a brawl. Once my dad told me how I could stop him easily, I boxed him more and got the stoppage.”
Santa Cruz used his length effectively and set up his jab while firing straight right hands to Avalos’ tête. Avalos stayed tough, but was in trouble in round four when Santa Cruz connected with a left hook that stunned Avalos in the corner.
Avalos originally retreated but as Santa Cruz came forward he was forced to brawl through the remainder of the round and took a great deal of punishment. Always game, Avalos continued to fight back and landed punches as Santa Cruz attempted to walk down his opponent.
“I thought I had him in the fourth round,” ledit Santa Cruz. “I gassed out a little bit but I got my air back later. I thought the ref was going to jump in during that round but he let him continue.”
Finalement, dans le huitième round, after several more flurries of punishment, referee Thomas Taylor jumped in and stopped the bout 1:34 dans la ronde. Although he was out landed 282-169, Avalos believed he could have continued in the fight.
“I’m very upset with the stoppage,” said Avalos. “We were fighting the whole time. There was no reason to stop this fight. I wasn’t hurt like the referee thought. I want to fight for the title again.”

Referee Jack Reiss called on the advice of the ringside physician midway through the 10etour, who determined that Gutierrez was unable to continue due to a cut. Although the cut was originally opened by a punch, the commission determined that a series of accidental fouls caused the cut to worsen to the point that the fight was ended, and a final verdict would be decided by the scorecards.
Mares was sharp from the outset, using the jab to get to Gutierrez and teeing off with combinations. The right hand was a weapon all night long and in the second round he connected with the shot that opened up the cut under Gutierrez’s left eye.
“I told everyone that I was here to make a statement,” lesdits Mares. “I had a tough opponent and he showed how good he is. It took a lot of punches and a lot of big punches. It was just a matter of time before I stopped him.”
Gutierrez continued to put up a strong effort and never stopped throwing punches, using his jab to try to keep Mares at bay. Cependant, as the cut worsened throughout the fight, Mares had an easier time landing thudding right hands to Gutierrez’s face.
“I didn’t feel like the fight should have been stopped,” dit Gutierrez. “I was hurting him as much as he was hurting me. My cuts did not bother me. I want to fight him again or have another shot at the title. I was prepared to fight to the final bell.”
“I thought they could have stopped it earlier,” lesdits Mares. “He’s a young guy who was too brave for his own good. I was happy with the decision. I deserved the stoppage but I’m happy I got the win.”
It was the accumulation of punches that eventually forced the referee to stop the fight. At the time of the stoppage all three judges had the fight in favor of Mares, par des dizaines de 100-90 et 99-91 deux fois.

The fighters disagreed on the decision to stop the fight by referee Gerard White to stop the fight.
“That stoppage was way too early,” said Ramirez. “I was not hurt. I was fighting back and I felt like I was recovering. I want an immediate rematch if possible.”
“I think it was a good decision from the referee,” dit DeMarco. “He was taking a lot of solid punches and I felt like I had him.”
Ramirez came out aggressive early and pushed DeMarco against the ropes, looking to punish him with combinations. Midway through the round however, DeMarco connected with a straight left hook that stunned Ramirez and sprung DeMarco onto the attack.
As DeMarco stalked Ramirez around the ring, he caught him in the corner and forced Ramirez’s knees to buckle. Ramirez was able to stay on his feet and appeared to be throwing back, but the referee jumped in and stopped the bout 1:56 dans une tour.
“I’m very thankful to Ramirez for taking the fight,” dit DeMarco. “I think big things are coming for me. I’m going to talk to my team and see what is next. I think this performance will erase a lot of doubts about me.

“I have no fear of any opponent. I have the normal nervous energy leading up to the fight, but I have been in this situation before and faced a lot of great fighters.
“Ramirez is a young, adversaire fort. He’s undefeated and I know that he’s going to be motivated to keep his perfect record. I’m ready to do whatever it takes to get the win.”

“It’s been a very tough training camp. I’m in excellent shape from working in the gym with Leo Santa Cruz for about three months. I’m excited to make my debut at 140-pounds.
“It had been too hard to cut weight for lightweight. It was draining all of my strength. I’m going to have a lot more power and show a lot more of my game on Octobre 14.
“I’ve trained sparring partners of every kind. I also did some work in Jorge Linares’ camp leading up to his fight. I’ve been testing myself every day to get better.
“Being in the gym with Leo gives me lots of motivation. He also helps me with all of the technical parts of my game. He stays on top of me and has helped me get better.”

“Working with Freddie Roach has been amazing. He’s shown me so many new things and I’m really blessed to be in this position.

Autograph signing will begin at 1 p.m. PT* leading up to the start of televised fights at 4 p.m. PT.
Premier Boxing Champions on FOX and FOX Deportes is headlined by three-division champion Lion “Tremblement de terre” Santa Cruz defending his featherweight world title against Chris Avalos, while four-time world champion Abner Mares defends his 126-pound championship against once-beaten Andrés Gutiérrez. If Santa Cruz and Mares win their respective matches, they have both agreed to terms to meet in a highly anticipated rematch for the WBA featherweight title in early 2018. Santa Cruz won a hard-fought, narrow decision against Mares in a 2015 Fight of the Year candidate that saw the two men go toe-to-toe for 12 fast-paced rounds and combine for over 2,000 punches thrown.
