LAS VEGAS (Maj 15, 2018) – Undefeated Toronto heavyweight prospect Oleksandr Teslenko is bringing his vaunted power and Ukrainian magic to Kansas this week for his fourth pro fight in the United States, this Saturday night on the “SUPERBOX LIVE: High Stakes” pay-per-view card, airing live from Kansas Star Arena in Mulvane, Kansas.

 

 

 

The 12-round main event pits 2016 OS-bronsmedaljör och hemstad hjälte, Nico Hernandez (4-0, 3 Kos), against former WBF super flyweight world champion Szilveszter “The Silent Assassin” Kanalas (14-7, 9 Kos), of Hungary, for the vacant International Boxing Association (IBF) World flyweight title. NEW YORK (Juli 13, 2017) – Day three of their blockbuster world tour sawboxing legend Floyd Mayweather and UFC superstar Conor McGregor continue to trade verbal jabs as the global stars went face-to-face in front of over 13,000 fans at Barclays Center ahead of their Augusti. 26 showdown on SHOWTIME PPV from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
After filling venues in Los Angeles and Toronto, an electric crowd greeted the two fighters Thursday as Mayweather and McGregor picked up right where they left off, building on the two increasingly combative press conferences held Tisdag ochOnsdag.
The world tour concludes på fredag when the fighters travel to The SSE Arena, Wembley i London.

“Floyd saying he’s going to knock me out is the funniest comment of the whole tour. I hope he comes for it and I hope he brings it. I’ll be prepared for anything and anticipate whatever he brings.

TORONTO (Juli 12, 2017) – The tension between boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and UFC superstar Conor McGregor boiled over into Toronto på onsdag as the global stars continued their blockbuster World Tour to announce their Augusti. 26showdown on SHOWTIME PPV from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Mayweather and McGregor met på onsdag for just the second time, jarring toe-to-toe for more than three minutes in the initial faceoff in front of a largely pro-McGregor crowd at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage.

After hearing McGregor once again promised to knock out a man that’s never been beaten, Mayweather challenged McGregor to put his money where his mouth is.

“One shot is all it takes,” promise McGregor. “Check the facts – I bounce heads off the canvas.”

Irish Heavyweight Sensation Con Sheenan to fight July 28

Toronto, Ontario, Kanada (Juni 15, 2016) – Six-time Irish amateur champion Cornelius “Con” Sheehan is set to make his Canadian debut against an opponent to be named Torsdag, Juli 28 at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto, Ontario.

The bout takes place as part of Lee Baxter Promotions’ “The Next Generation.” Tickets priced at $45, $55 och $65 are available now by calling 416-797-3375. Insläpp på 6:30 pm and the opening bell is scheduled for 7:30.

Since the victory, the 6’5 215 pound 27-year-old has been working hard in the gym and was recently in camp with heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. Sheenan, who had an incredible 203-18 amatör rekord, won six Irish National Senior Division titles and captured 13 total championships. I 2008, he became the youngest ever heavyweight champion in Irish history at age 18.

“Con Sheenan is a hidden gem who will soon explode onto the heavyweight scene,” said Sheenan’s manager Gary Hyde of Nowhere2Hyde Management. “Con has an extensive amateur pedigree where he won multiple Irish national titles as well as a European Union title. He’s got a very fluid style but loves nothing more than going into the trenches, so he’s an extremely exciting fighter. In a few years, he’ll be right in the mix.”

I co-funktionen, Errol Spence Jr. (17-0) lade sin unblemished rekord på linjen i öppningen släng av huvudkortet mot den farliga sydafrikanska weltervikt Chris Van Heerden (23-1-1) rida en 9-kamp Winning Streak.

Spence, en 2012 Olympian, stoltserade hans värld- klassstamtavla genom att slå hans motståndare med brutala kroppsskott och en jättefläck som nästan stängde Van Heerden vänstra öga. Efter två knockdowns i 7: e omgången, Spence: s dominerande prestanda avbröts av en kastby av stansar som ledde domaren Alan Huggins att stoppa slagsmål på 50 sekunder av runda 8.

Spence kommer nu siktet inställt på att flytta upp på stegen i den begåvade weltervikt divisionen upptas av stora namn som Keith Thurman och Shawn Porter.

Colon visade upp sin makt när han dominerade hans veteran motståndare – avslutar matchen kl 1:03 i fjärde omgången med en straffande knockout. Den stigande stjärna, som hedrade offren för 9-11 på hans mantel, är hausse på hans framtid. “Det är bra att sätta en seger över en före detta världsmästare på mitt CV.”

TORONTO (September 8, 2015) – Rising obesegrad stjärna Prichard “Dug” Colon (15-0, 12 Kos) tar på förre världsmästaren Vivian Harris (32-10-2, 19 Kos) i card åtgärder på fredag, September 11 på Ricoh Coliseum i Toronto.

Också kommer in i ringen är Ukranian Oleksandr Teslenko som gör sin pro debut mot 22-åriga ungerska Attila Pinter (5-2, 4 Kos) i en fyra-runda tungvikt affären och 24-åriga Michael Affainie (2-0, 2 Kos) ur Ontario, som är inställd på att möta 26-åriga Shane Upshaw (1-1-4, 1 KO) av Nova Scotia i en fyra-runda super weltervikt bout.
Som amatör, Colon var en femfaldig puertoricansk nationella mästare innan du startar proffs i 2013. Utbildad av sin far, Colon har stilist jämfört med landsman Felix Trinidad, med alla utom en av hans knockouts kommer i fem omgångar eller mindre. Den 22-åriga gjorde en spektakulär knockout i sin sista kamp över tuff veteran Michael Finney och ser att hålla sin fart kommer in i september 11 när han tar på sig 37-årige förre mästaren Harris som kämpar ur Brooklyn genom Guyana.
Född i East Meadow, New Jersey men slåss av Richmond, Virginia, Aleem introducerades till boxning från en ung ålder av sina föräldrar. Sedan vänder pro i 2012 på ålder 18, 21-åringen har utplånat all konkurrens framför honom. I sin sista start, han möter hans mest erfarna motståndare och kunde leverera en första omgången stopp i matchen mot David Toribio.
En annan begåvad ung fighter att komma ut ur Cincinnati under de senaste åren, Clark citerar Aaron Pryor som en av hans boxnings idoler. Den slick 20-åringen nyligen avslutat sin första sex-runda bout med ett enhälligt beslut över Jonathan Garcia maj. Han återvänder september 11 vill göra det till en perfekt sju segrar på sju starter för att påbörja sin professionella karriär.
En duktig amatör från Rumänien, Dan kämpar av Montreal och hoppas att starta sin klättring mot en andra VM-titel möjlighet framför sina antagna hemstad fans september 11. Den 34-årige äger två segrar över kanadensiska rivalen Kevin Bizier plus triumferar över Steve Forbes och Damian Frias. Han kommer att motverkas av 30-årige Giuriceo av Youngstown, Ohio som var obesegrad i sin första 17 pro slagsmål.
Fighting ut ur Ontario, den spännande fightingspel Carman leder in i ringen som vill försvara den kanadensiska titel som han vann med en sjunde-runda stopp av Eric Martel Bahoeli i oktober 2014. Han följde upp det med en annan sena stopp seger, denna gång över Benito Quiroz mars. Den 29-årige står inför högsta profilen utmaningen av sin karriär när han kliver in i ringen med 51-åriga Ruddock. Slåss av Ontario i form av Jamaica, Ruddock har vunnit två gånger i 2015 sedan kommer ut från en 14-årig pension. Ruddock har varit i ringen med några av de bästa genom tiderna, två gånger inför Mike Tyson och även slåss Lennox Lewis i sina primtal.
Den 33-årige Cave har haft en framgångsrik karriär slåss av Nova Scotia, Kanada och ser att åter imponera fans av sitt hemland. Han går in i denna tävling på en tre-kamp vinna strimma, alla i 2015, med två slutar med stopp. Han går in i ringen mot 36-årige Paniagua som kämpar av Santa Fe, Argentina och kommer ut av en augusti seger över Diego Miguel Ramirez.
