BOSTON (Gener 10, 2022) – Vertex Promotions returns February 12º with “St. Valentine’s Day’s Massacre,” headlined by undefeated super lightweight prospect Adrian “Tonka” Sosa, la nit de dissabte, Febrer 12, at Moseley’s On The Charles in Dedham, Massachusetts.

The 26-year-old Sosa (12-0, fighting out of Lawrence (Massachusetts), headlined a Vertex show last September in his first action in more than 2 any. He will take on an opponent to be determined Feb. 12º en l'esdeveniment principal de 8 rondes.

Boston Irish will be in the house as Ireland-natives “Lethal” Larry Fryers (11-5, 4 KOs) and Tommy “The Kid” O’Toole” (2-0, 2 KOs) are schedule to be in action. BOSTON (Setembre 16, 2021) – Undefeated super featherweight Daniel “G.D.F.E.” Bailey (7-0, 4 KOs) is a young, military man who will be in Boston for the first time. “After the weigh-in (Friday afternoon),” the 25-year-old Bailey said, “I’ll be resting in my room until Saturday. I don’t take anyone lightly. But I am excited to be fighting there for the first time and I’m ready to perform for the crowd. This trip is all business, I’m not on vacation.”

This will mark the active fighter’s sixth fight in 2021, possibly the most for any American fighter during the pandemic. In his last fight this past July in Miami, Bailey won a 4-round unanimous decision against Mike Fowler.

“I’m a man on a mission,” Bailey explained. “I want to end the year with a 10-0, 7 knockouts record. I’ve put pressure on myself because I want to look great while winning. I’m a lot surer of myself as a professional than I was as an amateur. I’m still the same kid I was the first time I walked into the gym at an 11-year-old. I always put in overtime work that I’m not asked to do.”

Saturday night’s card will be headlined by undefeated welterweight prospect Adrian “Tonka” Sosa (11-0, 9 KOs) de Lawrence (Massachusetts), in an 8-round bout against Danny “Venado” Flores (15-24-1, 8 KOs).

The 8-round, co-featured event finds California bantamweight Rocco “So Cal Kid” Santomauro (21-1, 6 KOs), the former ABF Continental Americas Super Flyweight Champion, fighting and opponent to be determined. This fight will mark the first for Santomauro east of Las Vegas.
Rising prospect Francis “Frank The Tank” Hogan (7-0, 7 KOs) puts his perfect pro record on the line in a 6-round Special Middleweight Attraction against Rakim Johnson (6-13-1, 5 KOs). Undefeated RayJay Bermudez: Super lightweight prospect flying under the radar

BOSTON (Febrer 25, 2020) – UndefeatedRayJay “The Destroyer” Bermudez (12-0, 9 KOs) has tried to stay busy and progress, developmental-wise, fighting three times during the pandemic, including a recent title-winning performance south of the border.

The 22-year-old Bermudez, fighting out of Albany (Nova York), stopped journeymanRynell Griffin in five rounds last November in New Hampshire, and he followed that up in December with a third-round technical knockout ofEver Ceballos in Mexico to capture the vacant American Boxing Federation’s (ABF) Americas West super lightweight championship.

“Mexico was a humbling experience,” Bermudez said after his ABF title-winning performance. “I’m honored to have had the opportunity to go to another country and fight for a professional title. I fought a tough, scrappy Mexican veteran, who was game from the beginning, but my plan was to stay composed and break him down. And that’s exactly want I did to score a third-round TKO and advance my record to 11-0 amb 8 knockouts. Thank you to everybody who tuned on the FITE.app. This is only the beginning of something special!"

In his most recent fight earlier this month, Bermudez returned to Mexico for a stay busy fight, paradaMario Israel Vera round four.

Despite his unbeaten run, Bermudez is still fighting under the radar, at least on a national basis, però 2021 promises to be a breakout year for him, per descomptat, pending pandemic restrictions in 2021.

Ukrainian super lightweight prospect ZORAVOR PETROSYAN REMAINS UNDEFEATED

BOSTON (Setembre 14, 2020) – Undefeated Ukrainian super lightweight prospectZoravor Petrosyan improved his pro record to 8-0 (4 KOs) last Saturday night in Russia, stopping out-classedEubenii Vazem in the fourth round in Ekaterinburg.

Petrosyan was a multi-national champion who captured a bronze medal at the 2016 World Youth Under-19 Championships.
