Filadèlfia, Pennsilvània (Novembre 29, 2017) – They fought as amateurs, and are both considered among the best super middleweights in the city.
Aquest divendres nit, Brandon Robinson and Christopher Brooker meet as professionals in what could shape up to be an explosive co-feature bout of a 12 fight card at the

2300 Sorra a Filadèlfia.
The eight-round bout is for the UBF All-Americas title.
The loaded show is promoted my King’s Promotions.
The main event will pit Tyrone Brunson (25-6-2, 23 KOs) contra Manny fustes (16-6-1, 6 KOs) de Sant Petersburg, Florida in a junior middleweight bout scheduled for ten rounds.

Being that they are in the same city, there is the aforementioned history between the two fighters.
“We fought as amateurs, and I won that fight. Since the, we have sparred a couple times, and that has given me a great scouting report on him, and let’s just say I feel very comfortable going into this fight.”
Fighting against another Philly fighter is nothing new for Robinson as he already has a victory over Lamont McLaughlin.
“I have been through this, and these kind of fights bring out the best of me, and with a winel divendres, this will open up many doors for me that I never expected to be opened. I am looking for a complete performance, The fans will see power in both hands, craftiness, ring generalship and a huge heart. I just want to thank King’s Promotions, and I am looking to take home the UBF All-Americas Super Middleweight title.”
Per al 26 year-old Brooker, he has been here before but he wants to get back in the win column after losing to undefeated Light Heavyweight Ahmed Elbiali in a fight that he took on short notice on Juliol 18.
“I got right back in the gym after that fight. I been working for 12 setmanalment. I have a new personal trainer Jermaine Clark and my new trainer Octavio Pineda,” va dir Brooker.
Brooker does not believe that the amateur loss to Robinson means anything going into Friday night.
“Yea, it does not mean anything. It was my 3rd amateur fight. The sparring sessions were good. I treated them like I wanted to get some revenge for losing to him, and I am very confident after those sessions. This fight for me is about getting this belt . People will see me outwork him and outclass him.”
Brooker has made his name throughout the boxing circles with his willing to fight and defeat anybody at anytime. That is evidenced by his wins over Leo Hall, John Magda, Antowyan Aikens and Gabriel Pham. Brooker also stepped up to face Elbiali, Ronald Gavril and Ronald Ellis, and he became a favorite on national television because of his tough as nails style.
“Robinson is just another guy in front of me. I been in and defeated much more experienced fighters then him. He has not have anything that I have not seen in the ring. Filadèlfia, Pennsilvània (Novembre 27, 2017) – Superwelter Tyrone Brunson is looking for a major opportunity in 2018.

(Abril 5, 2017) – Former title challenger Edner Cherry (36-7-2, 19 KOs) won a competitive decision over Omar Douglas (17-2, 12 PREUS) en l'esdeveniment principal deLliga de Campions de Boxa DIMARTS TOE-TO-TOE en FS1 i BOXA DE CAMPIONS per FOX Esports Dimarts night from Sands Bethlehem Events Center in Bethlehem, Pare.
Cherry came out aggressive from the opening bell, landing a strong left hook and backing up Douglas early and often over the first few rounds. Douglas attempted to control the fight with his jab and movement and had some success moving his head to avoid many of the power punches from Cherry.
Douglas did well as he increased his attack to the body in the middle rounds and continued to move backward to avoid the power punches being thrown by Cherry. The differing styles left the judges with a decision to make in weighing the movement and technique of Douglas versus the aggression of Cherry.
Al final, the consistency of Cherry’s attack, who frequently targeted Douglas with combinations to the head, was more effective in the minds of the judges. The final score totals were 98-92 i 96-94 twice for Cherry.
Additional action featured Philadelphia’s Stephen Fulton (11-0, 5 KOs) earning a unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Luis Rosario (8-1-1, 7 KOs) in their eight-round super bantamweight contest.
Rosario was the more aggressive fighter in the early rounds, but it was Fulton who timed his opponent first and built up an early lead with a combination of check hooks and power punches. Fulton was patient against the attack-minded Rosario and was able to counter effectively while avoiding Rosario’s power punches.
Fulton continued to have success in the middle rounds as Rosario’s attack slowed, but the Puerto Rican fighter came out with an increased level of aggression in round seven and tagged Fulton during several exciting exchanges.
Despite the increasing pressure, Fulton was able to stay composed and fend off Rosario over the final two rounds on his way to winning a unanimous decision by scores of 78-74, 79-73 i 80-72.
The opening bout of the telecast saw Bethlehem’s Frank DeAlba (22-2-2, 9 KOs) aprovar una decisió unànime Ryan Kielczweski (26-3, 8 KOs) en un vuit assalts súper ploma baralla.

“I thought it was a close fight that could have gone either way. I blocked a lot of his punches with my gloves.”

Nelson of Philadelphia has a record of 13-2 amb un sol cop de gràcia.
La 26 year-old Nelson is a six-year professional who won his first 12 bouts with wins over Korey Sloane (1-0), Rodrigues Stest (5-1-1) i Jerome Rodríguez (6-0-3).

Cherry of Wauchula, Florida has had a smooth camp while training in the Sunshine State and is ready for the 46th start of his professional start.
“Tot està bé, and we will be prepared for everything on Abril 4,” said the 34-year-old Cherry.
“En Abril 4, whatever Douglas brings, we will be prepared for. This is not the first time, that I’ve been in this position. He is the guy who has to prove he can perform. I have been there before, so the pressure is on him.”
Cherry has been a top contender at both the 130 i 135 divisions lliura, and he even challenged for a world title at 140 lliura. He believes there are many reasons that he has remained a viable contender who has only lost once in the last nine years and 13 baralles.

Cherry believes a win should gain him another crack at a world title.
“A win definitely puts me ahead. It will open doors for better fights and better paydays. A title shot is what I want. But also a bigger money fight that will take care of my family.”
Douglas has been training at home in Delaware, has been working hard for this fight, which could be a breakthrough fight on the heels of his narrow defeat to former world champion Javier Fortuna last November.

Douglas believes that a win over Cherry is his path to a world title.
“I think that it is time. I just happen to be crossing paths with Cherry. This fight makes sense for me. I will let people know that I am player at 130 lliura, and a win will earn me a title shot. I have shown that I will fight anyone. Look at the records of my previous opponents. Fortuna was 30-1 and one fight removed from being a world champion. Alexei Collado was 19-1; Frank De Alba was 17-1. So wins over those guys plus Cherry should have me right there, but I am focusing on Edner Cherry. Cirera, de Wauchula, Fla., enters this fight after a victory of Haskell Rhodes in June of last year and is 11-1 des 2009. His only blemishes since 2007 are losses to Timothy Bradley and Paulie Malignaggi at 140-pounds and his title challenge in 2015 against Jose Pedraza in which he dropped a split decision. Lectura, Pennsilvània (Març 18, 2017) – In a 12-round heavyweight war that lived up to the hype, Amir Mansour (23-2-1, 16 KOs) was able to take a majority decision (114-114, 117-111, 115-113) over Travis Kauffman (31-2, 23 KOs) in the main event of Premier Boxing Champions: The Next Round on Bounce from Santander Arena in Reading, Pennsilvània.

A la segona ronda, Kauffman buckled Mansour with a hard right on the inside. The two fighters started round four with bad intentions as they each landed hard shots on the inside. Kauffman switched back and forth between orthodox and southpaw stances in an attempt to befuddle the southpaw Mansour.

By the closing rounds, both fighters began to grind out a hard-fought battle on the inside. In rounds nine and 10, it was Mansour who had more pep in his step, landing several hard blows to close out round 10.

Ronda 12 was a classic heavyweight slugfest, as Kauffman and Mansour stood toe-to-toe landing leather on each other for the whole three-minute period, with Mansour doing just enough to get the win.

Televised coverage opened with Chordale Booker (6-0, 3 KOs) de Brooklyn, New York getting a unanimous decision (59-55, 59-55, 58-56) over Moshea Aleem (4-1-1, 2 KOs) de Richmond, Virginia in a super welterweight bout.

The co-main event featured two-time welterweight world champion Kermit Cintron (39-5-3, 30 KOs) and David Grayton (15-1-1, 11 KOs) fighting to a technical majority draw after Cintron was deemed unable to continue due to a cut over his right eye.
