A pair of exciting “All Chicago” six-round match-ups have been announced for the undercard at Warriors Boxing Promotions’ següent “Nit de lluita de la ciutat del vent” a Divendres, Abril 28, al pavelló de la UIC de Chicago.
In an battle of undefeated Windy City featherweights, Giovanni Mioletti (6-0, 1 KO) will take his toughest test to date against comebacking and also undefeated William Hernandez (3-0). And in an intriguing super middleweight six-rounder, Chicago’s undefeated Ruben Schobitz (2-0, 1 KO) will face upset-minded spoiler Cesar Ruiz (2-4, 2 KOs).
Both bouts are in support of the eight-round main event featuring undefeated super lightweight Ramiro “El Petit Llop” Carrillo (11-0, 7 KOs), plus separate six-round brawls for undefeated super featherweight Josh Hernandez (5-0, 4 KOs); Jessica lleugera i potent “CasKILLA” McCaskill (3-1, 2 KOs) and lightweight Jose Felix Quezada (11-1, 6 KOs).
In a very special added attraction, Chicago-based bantamweight prospect Shawn Simpson (4-0, 2 KOs) will make his promotional debut under the Warriors banner against Mexico’s Jose Elizondo (2-2) in a six-round match-up.

“I’m excited to be facing an undefeated boxer and I’m really pumped to be fighting in front of a large crowd of family and friends,” Mioletti said. “I want to put on a great show for them.”
22-year-old Mioletti says he is motivated for the challenge. “I love the level of competition,” ell va dir, “and I love fighting in my hometown.”
“I don’t know much about him. I’m just going in blind,” said 26-year-old Hernandez. “Així, I’ll just go in with confidence and if I train hard I always have a chance to win. I’m training hard seven days a week.”
Hernandez is returning from a six-year layoff that saw him obtain an accounting degree and start a family. The layoff, ell diu, no serà un problema.

He’s a come-forward guy. He knocked out Martez with a long left hook, but he doesn’t have a lot of resources. And like they say, a good big man always beats a good little man.”
Schobitz, who came to the US to train for the Austrian amateur championships, which he won, liked what he saw and returned as a professional, in search of glory.
“I spent all my money I had saved up in Austria as a teen to move here to box. Òbviament, you come here with goals to be world champion and learn as much as you can and gain experience. I want to go as far as I can. Boxing is a sport I love. I love to fight more than anything else.”

El Divendres, Abril 28, 2017, al pavelló de la UIC de Chicago, Warriors Boxing Promotions torna amb els seus “Nit de lluita de la ciutat del vent” sèrie de boxa professional. 26-Ramiro Carrillo, d'un any, ha estat molt impressionant en les seves 11 baralles invictes com a professional, fins ara. Carrillo va néixer a Mèxic i era un aficionat molt condecorat, anant 215-14. Va ser quatre vegades campió dels guants d'or de Chicago i dos vegades campió nacional dels guants de plata. Carrillo és un boxejador/barallador agressiu que li encanta anar al cos. Tant és així que un alt percentatge dels seus nocauts professionals han vingut de tirs al cos.

22-Quezada, d'un any, és d'ascendència mig mexicana i meitat filipina i un gran favorit dels fans localment.. Un boxejador amateur molt decorat, Quezada va fugir 11 victòries consecutives abans de quedar curt en la seva última lluita. Decidit a tornar millor que mai, Quezada torna a casa del Pavelló de la UIC on ha tingut 9 de la seva 12 baralles.

Un jove d'educació física i ciències de l'exercici a la Universitat De Paul de Chicago, Josh Hernandez, de 21 anys, tenia poc més de 50 baralles i en 2014, va guanyar els Power Gloves i els Chicago Golden Gloves, on va ser nomenat millor boxejador masculí del torneig. Està dirigit i entrenat pel seu pare, antic contendent de pes mitjà i favorit dels fans “mascle” Miguel Hernández.

Originari de St. Louis, ara viu a Chicago, Jessica McCaskill s'entrena sota la coneguda figura de boxa de Windy City Rick Ramos. La jove de 32 anys diu que va començar a la boxa com una tosca, confiant únicament en la seva increïble força natural. Però gairebé tres anys de treball amb Ramos han millorat les seves habilitats de manera espectacular. Esho surt per darrere per aturar Abbruzzese en tres rondes emocionants

Warrior's Boxing ha ressuscitat “Nit de lluita de la ciutat del vent” va continuar el seu creixement en dissabte nit a Chicago, com la multitud més gran fins ara va veure una targeta de set combats al pavelló UIC de Chicago.

Designed to showcase the best of Chicago’s up-and-coming talent, this WCFN will feature undefeated super welterweight Achour Esho taking on the always tough Anthony Abbruzzese for the ABO Regional Jr. Middleweight Championship in the night’s eight-round main event.
“I’m super excited to fight again and showcase my talent,” said Achour Esho. “I love fighting and I’m stoked I’m in the main event again. Who wouldn’t be? My opponent is a hometown fighter whom I respect very much and am not taking lightly. He’s fought several undefeated fighters and gone the distance. Warriors Boxing Signs Chicago’s Undefeated Josh Hernandez to Promotional Contract

Warriors Boxing proudly announce the signing of undefeated Chicago-based super featherweight prospect Josh Hernandez to a promotional contract.
A role model to the city’s youth, when not in training at Sam Colonna’s Gym on Chicago’s south side, the young Hernandez majors in Physical Education and Exercise Science as a junior at Chicago’s De Paul University while working as a personal trainer at Unanimous Boxing Gym.
“Estic emocionat. És una gran oportunitat per a mi,” va dir Hernández. “All my pro fights so far have been with Warriors and I’m very comfortable working with Leon, Luis and Dominic and their team. That’s what matters most. A part d'això, they can offer me some great opportunities. My first three fights were on big PBC cards, so that was exciting. Even my fourth fight was exciting at the UIC Pavilion.”

“My father took me to the gym at five years old and I had my first fight when I was seven. We are very close. He’s my best friend. He is my manager and trainer since I started boxing. I’ve learned everything from him. Quan era més jove, he took me everywhere with him in his pro carer. When he sat down to talk business with Dominic, I was in the room. When he auditioned for ‘The Contender,’ I was there. At a young age, I was exposed to the business of boxing and what it takes to be a high-level fighter. I bring a lot of people out to watch me fight, but when I’m in the ring, all I hear is his voice. That’s how close we are. I can block everything out but him.”
Long-time Chicago boxing staple and top promoter Dominic Pesoli, now Vice President of Warriors, says he’s happy to be working with the second generation of Hernandez.
“Josh comes from a good, hard-working family,” said Pesoli. “Despite all his talent, he is an extremely humble young man focused on his goals. He has excellent power and great technical skills in the ring and he’s very smart. I couldn’t be happier to be part of this family affair in boxing. Looking forward to working with them.”
Warriors President, Leon Margules, says Hernandez has shown a great deal of promise so far.
“Luis DeCubas and I couldn’t ask for anything more from Josh so far,” ell va dir. “He trains hard and stays dedicated. And in the ring, he’s been levelling his opponents. It’s always amazing to me to see such a nice young man turn so ferocious in the ring, but he does and the fans love it. Warriors is thrilled he is allowing us to handle his career.”
The elder Hernandez says he’s also optimistic for his son’s ring future.
“I fought for Dominic and we have a good relationship. He treated me fairly and he knows when it comes to my son that I’m going to be a little overprotective. Ell, Luis and Leon are good guys. Warriors is a good company that can take my son to the next level. I’m very happy about this deal.”

Windy City Fight Nights Return to Chicago on Saturday, Octubre 1

En Dissabte, Octubre 1, 2016, al pavelló de la UIC de Chicago, Warriors Boxing Promotions will resurrect the legendary “Windy City Fight Nights” series of boxing shows with an event featuring a pair of unbeaten locals in separate co-main-events.
Headlining the first Windy City Fight Night in four years will be super lightweight Ramiro “El Petit Llop” Carrillo (11-0, 7 KOs) and super welterweight Achour Esho (11-0, 7 KOs) in eight-round (Carrillo) and six-round (Va dir) bouts against opponents to be announced.
“I’m very happy and excited to be fighting in the co-main event. I’ve fought in several Windy City Fight Nights and had some great fights. I’m eager to get that rush back that I felt going to war in Chicago in front of my hometown family and friends. This is why I came back to boxing. I want to have big, exciting fights,” said Achour Esho.
“I’ve been working very hard for a long time and I’m happy it’s finally coming true. I’ve been dreaming about fighting in a main event in my hometown and it’s finally here. It’s my time to shine. I have a lot of family friends and fans coming out to watch me,” said Ramiro Carrillo.
