LAS VEGAS (Mars 16, 2017) Le Floyd Mayweather Jr. Fondation (TFMJF) successfully held their 3e Annual Fight-4-Fitness 5K RUN, 2K WALK, KIDS FUN RUN, & Journée communautaire ce passé Dimanche, at Sunset Park. The goal each year for Fight-4-Fitness is to support the movement toward more active and healthy lifestyles, while forming community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life.
“It was important that we put together an event promoting health and fitness awareness and that we got the families involved,” Nicole dit Craig, President of The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Fondation.
Fight-4-Fitness followed its tradition and was kicked off with the 5K race and 2K walk, shortly after, kids lined up at the start line to begin the KIDS FUN RUN. 5K participants were awarded by gender and age group categories 1st par 3e place, while all kids participating in the KIDS FUN RUN were awarded with a participation medal upon crossing the finish line. Children ages 12 and under had the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt, where they were challenged to find items hid throughout the park, la 1st-3e winning group were presented with great prizes from contributing sponsors: Promotions Mayweather, TMT, GameWorks Las Vegas, and Pole Position.
Immediately following the races was the 3e Annual Community Day to close the event. Community Day featured outstanding live performances from Las Vegas’ very own Prodigy Dance Group and The Monster Kids. Providing music throughout the event was Las Vegas resident DJ, D-Miles, while HOT 97.5’s Mike P emcee’d the event and kept the crowd entertained. Participants were chosen throughout the event winning prizes ranging from: gift cards, signed boxing gloves, merchandise packs, et un 50/50 cash prize!
A new addition to this year’s event was awarding local Las Vegas Track Clubs with a cash donation prize based on the number of registrants who signed up for their respective club. The first place was awarded to The BG Gators track club, second place went to Vegas Stealth, and coming in third place was the SW Stallions .

Cette année, Le Floyd Mayweather Jr. Fondation, plans to unite runners and families within the Las Vegas community and surrounding communities in with a day filled with events geared toward the whole family. The festivities will start off with a 5K race and 2K walk, the Kids Fun Run will follow with Community Day serving as the last event of the day. The races are followed by an awards ceremony honoring the top 5K Race participants in each age category.
Fight-4-Fitness will also feature great healthy food options, vendors, a merchandise booth, kids scavenger hunt, live performances, physical activities geared toward fitness and fun, PLUS MORE! This event is intended to support the movement toward more active and healthy lifestyles, while forming community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life.

LAS VEGAS (Février 25, 2016) Le Floyd Mayweather Jr. Fondation (TFMJF) est fier de présenter le 2Dakota du NordAnnual Fight 4 Fitness 5K Race, 2K Walk, Fun Kids Run, and Community Day Prendre place Dimanche, Avril 17au Sunset Park à Las Vegas. Participants can warm-up before the race with a free yoga session courtesy of Power Yoga+Pilates+Fitness, prior to the start of the 5K Race and 2K Walk, which will begin at 8 a.m. Children can take part in a fun-filled scavenger hunt before the Kids Fun Run (une demi-mile run pour les enfants 12 et dans) qui démarre à 10 a.m. The race is followed by an awards ceremony honoring all of the 5K Race participants. The event’s presenting sponsors are Mayweather Promotions, Sports de Mayweather, The Money Team and SHOWTIME.
Plus que 500 people participated in the activities last year and another large, energetic crowd is expected this year. Philanthropist and comedian Rick Smith, who used his platform to form the Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere (RAKE) Fondation, will host this year’s event.
Lutte 4 Aptitude will also feature live performances from 11-year-old singer-songwriter Sunny Malouf and Dance Connection, plus free Zumba sessions from Zumba Las Vegas. En outre, there will be a boxing ring where anyone will be able to learn some tricks of the trade from Mayweather Promotions’ étoiles.
“My foundation genuinely cares about the Las Vegas community and we are honored to be able to bring this great event to the city once again,” Saïd Mayweather. “Being active is so important to living a healthy life. We hope to once again spread this positive message and encourage people of all ages to exercise and live healthy lives.”
TFMJF donated $25,000 last year to the Clark County School District that was divided amongst designated schools for support of athletic programs, physical education and related field trips.

Las Vegas (Sept. 23, 2015) – Another memorable Titans du petit commerce des Champions est dans les livres que la sixième tranche de la tradition lutte-jour Floyd Mayweather qui a eu lieu le samedi, Sept. 12 au MGM Grand à Las Vegas présenté par Promotions Mayweather, abouti à une matinée de excellents discours, la mise en réseau et la reconnaissance de certaines des femmes les plus influentes et les plus redoutables dans l'industrie du sport.
Les lauréats inclus la première femme entraîneur dans la NFL Dr. Seulement Welter, La mère de Mayweather Deborah Sinclair et la première femme juge de la boxe Patricia Jarman.
Le petit déjeuner a été animée par des étoiles Ballers Jazmyn Simon de HBO qui a ouvert avec une histoire inspirante d'une actrice qui se débattait après plus 200 différentes auditions ont finalement atterri sa grande coupure.
“Il est pas comment vous commencez, il est comment vous avez terminé,” a déclaré Simon.
L'événement a culminé avec un discours inspirant par le Dr. Welter comme elle a accepté la “Titans du commerce” prix. Elle a parlé de la puissance de la réalisation de ses objectifs, ne pas avoir peur d'ouvrir votre propre chemin et le lien étroit que le sport crée chez les gens de tous les horizons de la vie.
“Il n'a pas d'importance comment vous obtenez dans la porte, ce qui importe est ce que vous faites quand vous y arrivez,” dit Welter. “Il est une agitation à temps plein pour être une femme dans le sport…mais Dieu m'a gardé humble et je juste essayer de faire tout mon possible pour être le meilleur que je peux être.”
Global, l'événement a été un grand succès et tout Mayweather jours de combat peuvent être une chose du passé avec sa récente annonce de la retraite, les Titans des hôtes commerce continueront.

This Year’s Floyd Mayweather Fight-Day Tradition Marks

LAS VEGAS (Février. 16, 2015) Le Floyd Mayweather Jr. Fondation (FMJF) est fier de présenter le Lutte 4 Aptitude 5K Run / 2K Marche, Fun Kids Run et la Journée communautaire qui aura lieu Samedi, Avril 19 au Sunset Park à Las Vegas.

 

Le 5K Run / Walk et 2K Fun Kids Run (une demi-mile run pour les enfants 12 et dans) commence à 8 a.m. et est suivie par une cérémonie de remise des prix honorant tous les participants. L'événement Journée communautaire immédiatement après la cérémonie de remise des prix sera inclure des aliments, musique, jeux, prix tirés au sort et les exposants de santé et de fitness qui offrent leurs services pour améliorer vos objectifs de fitness.

 

“Ma fondation se soucie sincèrement de la communauté Las Vegas, et nous poursuivons notre engagement à servir avec de grands événements comme celui-,” Saïd Mayweather. “Rester en forme et active est si important. La mission de Lutte 4 Aptitude is to form community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life. From children to adults, everyone is welcome to join the “lutte” in reversing health trends that are adversely affecting our quality of life. Lutte 4 Aptitude is a movement toward good health through the possibilities of change that can enhance one’s own life and the lives of those around them. This unique experience invites all members of the community to run/walk independently or with friends, famille, et collègues.

  • 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. – 5K Run / 2K Marche & Fun Kids Run
  • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Cérémonie
  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Journée communautaire

  • Jan 30e – Mars 2Dakota du Nord – $35 5K / 2K / $ 30 $ 15 KIDS FUN RUN
  • Mars 3e – Mars 16e – $40 5K / 2K / $ 35 $ 15 KIDS FUN RUN
  • Mars 17e – Mars 30e – $45 5K / 2K / $ 40 $ 15 KIDS FUN RUN
  • Avril 1st – Avril 12e – $50 5K / 2K / $ 45 $ 20 KIDS FUN RUN
  • Même Journée d'inscription – $60 5K / $ 45 2K / $20 KIDS FUN RUN

* Clark County School District: Première 100 les étudiants peuvent se inscrire gratuitement. Tous les étudiants et les professeurs peuvent se inscrire $20 jusqu'à ce que Mars 1st. L'ensemble des $3 de chaque enregistrement de l'événement sera divisé et donné aux 10 écoles désignées du CCDS qui ont démontré nécessité d'un soutien dans les domaines suivants: programmes sportifs, l'éducation physique et des excursions éducatives.
