(Octubre 30, 2021) - Campió colombià de pes welter Jeovanis "i jo"Barraza (22-1, 15 KOs) Va derrotar el Southpaw argentí Jorge “Totito” Martín García (13-7-1, 6 KOs) mitjançant una decisió unànime de 8 rondes per capturar el títol vacant de pes superwelter de l'ABF Continental Americas al cap de cartell del "Down" d'ahir a la nit. & Targeta bruta”., presentat pel Reyes Boxing Club al Melrose Memorial Hall de Melrose, Massachusetts.

“Un esforç de tots els lluitadors, Lliurament B per part de l'equip de promoció, perquè vam començar una hora tard,", va comentar el promotor Michael Reyes. “L'acte principal va ser fantàstic, 8 rondes molt lluitades per un títol. En l'esdeveniment co estel·lar, El campió de pes mitjà de l'ABF Atlantic Anthony "Big Daddy" Hines (7-0, 4 KOs) va fer amb èxit la seva primera defensa del títol que va aconseguir el juny passat, contra Fidel Monterrosa Muñoz (39-26-1, 31 KOs), l'antic campió colombià de pes lleuger.

Lluitant fora del districte de Boston de Dorchester, Hines va sortir punxant i movent-se lateralment durant les dues primeres rondes contra l'artista eliminatoris colombià, agafant el ritme a la tercera, en què Hines va plantar Muñoz amb una forta dreta. Muñoz va afirmar que va ser colpejat il·legalment darrere del seu cap a la quarta i la baralla es va aturar temporalment perquè el metge el revisés. L'acció va continuar al cap d'un parell de minuts. La lluita es va retardar a la cinquena ronda a causa d'un cop accidental de cap que va enviar Muñoz a la coberta i Hines va patir més danys en el que va ser una baralla xips..

També lluitant fora de Dorchester, Jonathan DePina lleuger (5-1, 4 KOs) va desgastar una Stacey Anderson audaç (0-8), finalment el va deixar fora a la tercera ronda, DePina va trencar el seu oponent amb un contra dret per a la derrota inicial. Moments després va ser tot el que va escriure per a Anderson, que va quedar atrapat en un racó neutral, i va batre fins que va caure definitivament.

El prospecte lleuger invicte de República Dominicana Alejandro "El Abusador" Paulino (4-0, 4 KOs), lluitant fora de New London (Connecticut), va superar a un lluitador molt més experimentat a Danilo Guido, cristià nadiu d'Itàlia, "El Ninja". (8-20, 6 KOs). Paulino va deixar a Guido al final de la primera ronda i va tancar l'espectacle a la segona, envoltant Guido tres vegades més, l'últim amb un uppercut perfectament executat amb el temps que s'acaba per un nocaut tècnic.

Vercell Webster pes pesat de Dallas (2-4-1, 2 KOs) molest anteriorment a Dennis Ventura (4-1, 3 KOs) per mitjà d'a 4º-nocaut tècnic rodó. Webster va deixar caure Ventura amb un dret directe al temple a la primera ronda i un joc que Ventura mai es va recuperar.. El mateix tir al cap, va aterrar al mateix (vermell) angle, engalanat de nou en Ventura. Va guanyar el recompte, però a l'àrbitre Melissa Kelly no li va agradar la resposta de Ventura, i va aturar la lluita.

Obrint l'acció, El pes pesat de Providence Sean Bey va millorar 3-0 (3 KOs) quan el debutant a favor Brandon Grundy es va veure greument perjudicat per una lesió a la mà dreta patida a mig camí de la primera ronda. Després que el metge de l'anell el va examinar, la lluita va continuar breument mentre Bey va descarregar una sèrie de cops sense resposta a un Grundy atrapat a les cordes., fins que l'àrbitre Kevin Hope va anul·lar la lluita a la 2:24 marca d'una ronda.

Atlantic City, Nova Jersey (Març 12, 2018)–Chazz Witherspoon raised his winning streak to eight in a row as he went the eight-round distance by won a unanimous decision over Lamont Capers that headlined a seven-bout card at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.

Witherspoon was able to outpoint the crafty Capers. Capers was very competitive, but it was Witherspoon’s size and harder punches that proved to be the difference as he captured the via 78-74, 78-74 i 77-75 puntuacions.
Witherspoon de Paulsboro, NJ is now 37-3. Capers, who was fighting for the 2nd time in seven days és 9-12-4.
Willis Lockett took a six-round majority decision over Prince Badi Ajamu in a cruiserweight bout.

The fight was a terrific back and forth brawl when Perez suffered a cut over his right eye in the third frame.
Perez almost made a quick night for himself as he dropped Hilton in the 1st round. Hilton stormed back to register his own knockdown’s in round two and three.

Atlantic City, Nova Jersey (Març 8, 2018)–De pes pesat Chazz “La Caballero” Witherspoon is looking for a big fight in the suddenly hot heavyweight division. In order to get into the mix he will need a victory aquest dissabte night when he takes on veteran Mike Sheppard in in the eight-round main event on at The Claridge Hotel a Atlantic City.
The Witherspoon – Sheppard bout will headline a nine-bout card, promoted by Mis Downing Promotions and Silver Spoon Promotions.
Witherspoon, 36-3 amb 28 nocauts, is on a six-fight knockout streak, and has not lost in almost six years.
Witherspoon will be making his first start since stopping Carlos Sandoval in the 4th round on October 1, 2016.
“Tot està bé, and despite me having a layoff, I am never too far out of shape, so I don’t expect to have any ring rust,” va dir el 36 year-old native of Paulsboro, Nova Jersey.
In Sheppard, Witherspoon is taking on a veteran, who has fought a handful of top heavyweights.

“I want to stay as busy as possible, so I can be ready for big fights. I am closing in on 40 victòries, so with the heavyweight division getting hot again, I feel with my record, that I should be able to get into the mix. I always like fighting in Atlantic City. It is a 40 minute drive from my home. It has been a pleasure working with Mis Dowing Promotions, and I look forward to a great night en dissabte.”

The bout will headline a nine bout card dubbed “Ring Redemption” is promoted by Mis Downing Promotions in association with Silver Spoon Promotions.

Witherspoon is on a six-fight knockout streak, with the latest being a 4th round stoppage over Jonathan Sandoval on October 1, 2016 in Trenton, Nova Jersey.

Sheppard of Palestine, West Virginia has a record of 25-22-2 amb 11 nocauts.

Sheppard is a 21 year-professional who has fought a whose-who of fighters that include former world champions Ruslan Chagaev, Antonio Tarver and James Toney: as well as world title challenger Gerald Washington.

Sheppard is coming off a loss to undefeated Simon Kean on December 16, 2017 a Laval, Quebec, Canadà.

La 29 year-old Atlantic City native and seven year veteran will be making his 11th start on the boardwalk.

Young has won seven fights in a row, which includes his last outing, when he took a six-round unanimous decision over Carlos Winston Velasquez on August 19, 2017 at The Claridge. This will be Young’s fifth fight at The Claridge and fourth in a row.

Munoz of Ecatapec, Mèxic compta amb un registre de 38-16-1 amb 30 nocauts.

La 29 year-old Munoz is a 12 veterà anys, and is the former Colombian lightweight champion. Munoz has a win over Oscar Cuero (8-0) and has been in the ring with world champions Humberto Soto & Antonio Demarco as well world title challengers Pablo Cesar Cano and Lenny Zappavigna.
