Super Prospect Shoh Ergashev Brutalizes Ramsey with First-Round KO, Saturday in Chicago

Uzbekistani super lightweight Shohjahon “Shoh” Ergashev showed why he’s the new 140-lb fighter to watch in boxing last Saturday, Novembre 10, au pavillon de l'UIC à Chicago, as he destroyed opponent Zack Ramsey in the first round.

Ergashev’s promoter, Dmitriy Salita, says that in preparation for this fight, Ergashev had been knocking out heavyweights in the Kronk Gym where he trains.

LAS VEGAS (Novembre 12, 2018) – Champion de boxe en deux divisions Badou Jack a continué à montrer qu'il est vraiment un champion du monde entier en effectuant un voyage passionnant à Dubaï qui comprenait une invitation à participer au Dubai Fitness Challenge, une rencontre avec la star de l'UFC Khabib Nurmagomedov et bien plus.
Avec une invitation de Dubai Tourism, Jack a participé à l'initiative qui encourage les ressortissants des Émirats arabes unis, résidents et visiteurs à faire de l'exercice pendant au moins 30 minutes par jour, pour 30 jours consécutifs. Un événement public a donné à Jack une chance de diffuser davantage ses messages positifs.
“Ce fut un tel honneur d'être invité à cet événement qui faisait partie d'un voyage inoubliable,” a déclaré Jack. “Je suis très reconnaissant à la ville de Dubaï de m'avoir permis de parler aux gens de l'importance de rester actif. C’est important pour moi de pouvoir avoir un impact partout dans le monde et c’était une belle opportunité.”
En plus de cette invitation, Jack a rendu visite à la star de l'UFC, Khabib Nurmagomedov, fraîchement sorti de sa victoire sur Conor McGregor le mois dernier. Les deux champions du monde, qui pratiquent tous deux la foi musulmane, s'est réuni pour la première fois et a discuté de divers sujets, tout en visitant une salle de sport de boxe / MMA locale et en posant avec les ceintures de championnat de Jack.

C'était vraiment un moment amusant de lui parler pendant que nous étions tous les deux à Dubaï.”
Dans le cadre du voyage, Jack a parlé avec Men’s Health Middle East pour un article qui sera publié dans le magazine et détaillera davantage les nombreuses initiatives que Jack poursuit actuellement à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du ring. Le séjour de Jack à Dubaï l'a également vu invité par GQ Moyen-Orient en tant qu'invité spécial à l'événement de lancement avant leur numéro inaugural.
“J'adore faire ces voyages à travers le monde pour découvrir une variété de cultures et continuer à développer ma marque et à redonner partout où je peux faire une différence,” a déclaré Jack. “Que ce soit Ripper Nutrition, la Fondation Badou Jack ou ma carrière de boxeur, Je suis fier d'utiliser ma plate-forme. Il rejoint un groupe restreint dans la classe de 2018 être intronisé au Temple de la renommée de l'Association des anciens de boxe américaine.

Temple Saint) à Salk Lake City, Utah.

 

 

 

En plus de Cleary, la classe de 2018 comprend également les États-Unis. Médaillés par équipe olympique et monde (professionnel) champions Roy Jones, Jr., Andre Ward et Claressa Shields, ainsi qu'un ancien directeur national des entraîneurs de boxe américaine, la fin Emanuel Steward.

 

 

 

La classe charter intronisée l'année dernière incluait Muhammad Ali et Evander Holyfield, ainsi que des entraîneurs vétérans Roosevelt Sanders et Tom Coulter.

 

 

 

Un résident de longue date de Westchester, Ohio, Cleary était membre de la boxe américaine depuis 1982, et il a été chef des officiels de la National Collegiate Boxing Association de 2002 jusqu'à son décès en mai 21, 2017.

 

 

 

Il a arbitré dans 12 différents pays, sur quatre continents, en tant qu'officiel international désigné par l'AIBA. Tom a obtenu une cote de trois étoiles et il a été sélectionné pour travailler les World Series of Boxing.

CASPER, Wyoming (Novembre 10, 2018) – Bombs Away était le thème hier soir (Vendredi) que les anciens combattants de sport de combat ont fait leurs débuts de combat mains nues sur la passionnante “Rise of the Titans” dans le monde entier pay-per-view événement, présenté par la Fédération mondiale Knuckle nu de combat (WBKFF), à Casper Events Center à Casper, Wyoming.
Le sang a été en vol, combattants ont été en baisse, et les fans et une foule pleine capacité était vraiment dans la bagarre constante tout au long d'une soirée divertissante, combats compétitifs et mémorables.

PHILADELPHIA, PENN.(Novembre 9, 2018)-Brandon Adams was dominant in pounding Shane Mosley Jr. over 10-rounds to win a wide unanimous decision and claim The Contender championship at the Forum in Inglewood, Californie.

 

 

 

Dans le deuxième tour, Adams landed some solid shots with both hands on the inside. Adams continued to land the quick accurate punches through the first half of the fight. Adams in-and-out punching had Mosley thinking more than punching.

 

 

 

Dans six rondes, Adams started to pick up the tempo, and landed a series of power punches with both hands. Adams featured several hard rights and ripping uppercuts. Adonis Stevenson will make the 10th defense of his WBC Light Heavyweight World Championship against undefeated, mandatory challenger Oleksandr Gvozdyk to start the action live from Videotron Centre in Quebec City, Canada. The two-fight telecast presented by Premier Boxing Champions continues live from Los Angeles, where Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. will take on Alfredo Angulo in a 10-round super middleweight clash at STAPLES Center.

The December 1 SHOWTIME PPV and COUNTDOWN LIVE presentations feature two of the most feared knockout punchers in the sport. Chavez, Jr. (50-3-1, 32 KOs) is the son of Mexican boxing legend and Hall of Famer Julio Cesar Chavez, Sr. The 32-year-old from Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico ripped off 46 straight victories to start his career using a gritty boxing style that denoted his toughness in the ring. Chavez is seeking to rebound from a unanimous decision loss to middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez on May 6, 2017.

 

 

 

The 36-year-old Angulo (24-7, 20 KOs) is a tough brawler who has faced some of the best boxers in the sport. Angulo, who lives in Coachella, California but was born in Mexicali, Basse-Californie, Mexique, is coming off a hard-fought split decision loss to former world champion Sergio Mora in April.

Heavyweight Contenders Luis Ortiz and Joe Joyce Compete In Separate Bouts and Look To Position Themselves For Title Shot In Resurgent Division

Hurd, who hails from Accokeek, Maryland, floored Erislandy Lara in the final minute of their unification showdown to earn the narrow split-decision victory over the divisions’ longest-reigning champion. CARLOS NEGRON TRAINING CAMP NOTES

MIAMI, FL. Negron has worked with Caicedo for nearly a year, previously helping prepare Luis Ortiz for his heavyweight title bout against Deontay Wilder.

 

 

 

“Having Carlos in camp for an extended period of time before the Breazeale fight was even announced has really allowed us to be leaps ahead at this point in training camp,” said Caicedo. “Mentally and physically he is really sharp right now and it’s going to show on fight night.”

 

 

 

“Working with Luis Ortiz and the other fighters in our gym has really helped push me to another level,” dit Négron. “We’re grinding every day and they truly demand the best out of me. There’s no being mediocre here. You have to put in your best effort every day.”

 

 

 

With the six-foot-six Negron meeting the six-foot-seven Breazeale, this matchup is sure to display the power of two giants of the division. A former title challenger and U.S. Olympien, Breazeale has shown the ability to come back in a fight and turn the tides with one punch. For Negron, he knows the task in front of him is tall in stature and order.

 

 

 

“Breazeale is a very tough fighter and what he might lack in skill, he more than makes up for in heart,” dit Négron. “He certainly has shown skill to get to this point in his career, but he also has that special something that’s gotten him through some tough fights.

 

 

 

“It’s going to come down to intelligence and controlling the ring. I’m a very smart fighter with a lot of experience. I’ve had a loss and I don’t want to experience that again.
