King’s Promotions signs Super Middleweight prospect Brandon Robinson

Robinson battles George Sheppard VANAVOND bij de 2300 Arena in Philadelphia
Lectuur, PA (September 29, 2017) – Marshall Kauffman’s King’s Promotions is proud to announce the signing of super middleweight prospect Brandon Robinson to an exclusive promotional contract.
Robinson, 29 years-old of Upper Darby, PA heeft een record van 6-1 met vijf knockouts.
Robinson, who got a late start in the sport, has won six fights in a row after his pro debut when he fought 30 pounds over his natural weight-class, and lost to former National Golden Gloves champion Mike Hilton.
Robinson has kept a busy schedule as he will be in action vanavond, when he takes on George Sheppard at the 2300 Arena in Zuid-Philadelphia. The bout with Sheppard will be the 8th fight in a year for Robinson.

Salita Promotions Signs Elite Russian Female Elena Gradinar to Co-Promotional Contract

The female fighting stable of promoter Dmitriy Salita has grown again, as Salita proudly announces the signing of Russian featherweight Elena Gradinar to a co-promotional contract (samen met de Russisch-gebaseerde Alexander Nevskiy Promotion Group).
De ongeslagen 27-jarige Gradinar (6-0, 1 KO) als een professionele bokser, ging 73-8 als amateur, het winnen van vele nationale en internationale amateur toernooien.
A resident of Saint Petersburg, Rusland, Gradinar has attained the designation of Sport Master of Russia. Als amateur, she notched victories over current World Amateur Bantamweight Champion Dina Zheloman of Kazakhstan, current European and Russian Amateur Super Lightweight Champion Alexandra Ordina, current Russian Featherweight Champion and Bronze medalist of Europe, Natalia Samokhina, as well as two victories over former Russian Featherweight Champion Ekaterina Sycheva.
Trained and managed by well-known Russian boxing figure Igor Shafer, Gradinar says she hopes the co-promotional deal with Salita will improve her visibility in North America, leading to greater opportunities.
“I am very proud to sign with a Russian/American promoter, Dmitriy Salita, who is doing great work with Claressa Shields and becoming one of the main North American promoters of female boxers,” Said Gradinar. “I look forward to fighting in the United States against the best they have to offer and becoming a world champion.”
“Elena is a talented boxer that will add international flavor to the outstanding female bantamweight division which includes outstanding boxers like Heather Hardy, Cindy Serrano, Jelena Mrdjenovich and others,” Said Dmitriy Salita. “Russia has many male world champions and Elena will follow in their footsteps.”\

Sampson Boxing to Donate Proceeds from Second Event in One Week to Victims of Mexico Earthquake

Dit Zaterdag, September 30, Sampson Boksen, Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino, TyC Sports and Holmes Boxing proudly present “Mexico vs. Argentinië: Countries Collide,” a night of world-class professional boxing from the Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
And once again, Sampson Boxing President, Sampson Lewkowicz, with his partner, Pat Holmes of Holmes Boxing, will be donating $1 from every one of the 1500 tickets to the already sold-out show to victims of the recent Mexico City Earthquake. The donated funds, to be distributed by Mauricio Sulaiman of the World Boxing Council, will once again be matched X5 by world-renowned philanthropist and Mexican businessman Carlos Slim’s Foundation.
“Mexico vs. Argentinië: Countries Collide” will be televised around the world by TyC Sports and headlined by a 10-round battle for the WBC Latino Welterweight Championship between Baja California, Mexico’s Juan Garcia “Tortas” Mendez (19-2-2, 12 KO) and Buenos Aires, Argentina’s Juan Jose “De Pitbull” Velasco (19-0, 9 KO).
Last Tuesday night in Las Vegas, Lewkowicz’s “Cuba vs. Mexico” event was able to raise close to $7000 for Mexico City and this event is projected to contribute another $9000 between ticket proceeds and Carlos Slim Foundation’s welcome assistance.
“I am very proud to be able to help the victims of this terrible disaster in Mexico City,” Said Sampson Lewkowicz. “I want to thank my wonderful partners in New Mexico, Brandon Holmes and Pat Holmes Jr., from Holmes Boxing, for agreeing to do this with me. (Zeven. 28, 2017) – Undefeated two-time junior middleweight world champion, Demetrius “Boo Boo” Andrade makes his return to HBO® when he takes on undefeated Alantez Fox in a 12 round middleweight bout that will take place on Saturday, October 21st from Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York.
The bout will be the live co-feature of an HBO Boxing After Dark tripleheader card that will feature Jazreel Corrales defending the WBA World Super Featherweight Title against undefeated Alberto Machado and Ryan Burnett taking on Zhanat Zhakiyanov (tape delay) in a Bantamweight Unification Bout. The HBO telecast will begin at 10:05 p.m. EN/PT.
The Corrales vs. Machado bout is promoted by Golden Boy Promotions.
The Andrade – Fox bout is promoted by Banner Promotions, Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing and A-Team Promotions, in association with DiBella Entertainment.
Andrade van de Voorzienigheid, Rhode Island was a 2008 United Sates Olympian, en de 2007 World Amateur Champion. His success has continued in the professional ranks, as he has a perfect professional resume with a record of 24-0 met 16 knock-outs.

ENNIS, LEE AND DARANYI BACK IN ACTION OCTOBER 14TH IN WASHINGTON DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 28, 2017 – Three of Victory Boxing Promotions’ top prospects return to the ring on 14 oktober bij Eastern Market National Hall in Washington, Gelijkspanningsbedrading, after seeing a very busy year to date. Jaron “Boots” Ennis (15-0, 13KO), Brandun Lee (6-0, 5KO) en Adam Daranyi (12-0, 11KO) all look to keep the momentum moving as they enter the last part of the year. The trio are managed by Cameron Dunkin.
Ennis and Lee both secured wins in Hammond, Indiana last weekend. Ennis faced Lionel Jimenez in a scheduled six round bout that didn’t make it past the first round. Bij 2:43 in de eerste ronde, referee Kurt Spivey called a halt to the action, protecting Jimenez from his formidable opponent. Fellow welterweight Brandun Lee also made a quick night of it, stopping Anthony Crowder just over one minute into the first round after a fiery exchange of punches caused Crowder to take a knee. The bouts were the seventh and sixth, respectively for the Victory Boxing Promotions prospects.
Daranyi is also coming off a knockout win. He stopped North Carolina veteran Andre Baker in the sixth round of their bout last July.
“This a great opportunity to catch a few of morgen champions on one card,” said Victory Boxing Promotions’ Founder and Promoter Chris Middendorf. “We’ve kept them busy, and next year they will be looking at major TV network appearances. These three are must-see talent.”

“Adrian Granados is as tough as they come and while he may lack the name recognition of Porter, he should not be overlooked,” zei Tom Brown, President van TGB Promotions. “You look at his record and he has five losses, but those five losses are three split decisions and two majority decisions and the two draws that are split draws. This is another huge opportunity for him. Adrian feels he’s paid his dues and belongs in a fight of this magnitude.”
The 10-round welterweight match against Granados will be Porter’s fourth fight at Barclays Center. Porter won the welterweight title in his debut at the arena with a unanimous decision over Devon Alexander on Dec. 7, 2013. He lost a narrow decision to unified welterweight champion Keith Thurman in a 2016 Fight of the Year candidate in Brooklyn, and scored a TKO victory against former welterweight champion Andre Berto in his last fight on April 22 in front of the Barclays Center faithful.
The 29-year-old Porter (27-2-1, 17 KO), die werd geboren in Akron, Ohio and now lives in Las Vegas, remains one of the top welterweights in the division and aims to secure another title shot with a strong performance against Granados.

Adrian Granados (18-5-2, 12 KO), of Chicago, is accustomed to tough assignments and is known for delivering exciting toe-to-toe action. The 28-year-old has been in with Felix Diaz, losing a close majority decision in 2014, and then unbeaten Amir Imam, whom he defeated by TKO in 2015 when Imam was the top contender at 140-pounds. Granados went punch for punch with Adrien Broner in his last match, but came up just short, losing a split decision in Broner’s hometown of Cincinnati on Februari. 18.
“I’m very excited to be fighting one of the best welterweights in the world in Shawn Porter,” said Granados. “With our styles it’s going to be fireworks from the opening bell. I was getting ready for a fight in October but when this opportunity arose I jumped at it. It’s a tremendous card to be fighting on with the whole world watching and I’m looking to
put on a great performance.”
The 28-year-old Sergey Lipinets (12-0, 10 KO) is a former kickboxer from Russia who has been waiting nearly a year for his opportunity to fight for a world championship. Lipinets has only been the distance twice in his pro career and he earned his title shot with an eighth-round knockout of Lenny Zappavigna in a title eliminator last December. In zijn meest recente start, Lipinets stopped Clarence Booth via third-round TKO in March at Barclays Center.
“I feel very privileged to be in the position to fight for this world title,” said Lipinets. “I will prepare to face the best possible fighter on that night and I promise that I will not disappoint. The lights will be bright but I have trained too hard not to leave the ring as a world champion.”
Akihiro Kondo (29-6-1, 16 KO) maakt zijn het Amerikaanse. debut and fighting for a world championship for the first time when he meets Lipinets for the 140-pound title. Former world champion Bermane Stiverne (25-2-1, 21 KO) is coming off a two-year absence from the ring. Stiverne, 38, became the first Haitian-born boxer to win the heavyweight title when he defeated Chris Arreola in May of 2014. He lost the title to Wilder by decision on January of 2015 in Las Vegas. In his last fight Stiverne, who moved from Canada and now resides in Las Vegas, Nev., defeated Derric Rossy via decision.
The 32-year-old Dominic Breazeale (18-1, 16 KO) was een lid van de 2012 U.S. Olympic boxing team and won his first 17 pro fights before suffering the only loss of his career when he fell short vying for a title against now-unified champion Anthony Joshua in June of 2016.
