CASABLANCA, Maroko (Februar 2, 2017) – Bivši privremeni svjetski prvak u najtežoj kategoriji Yuri “El Toro” KALENGA pružit će glavnu podršku Februar 18 za profesionalni debi marokanske amaterske boksačke senzacije Mohammad Rabii na “Bitka za Casablancu” kartica, predstavio Nowhere2Hyde, u Complexe de Sportif Mohammed V Arena u Casablanci, Maroko.
KALENGA (22-3, 15 KOs), boreći se iz Francuske putem Konga, trenutno je ocijenjeno br. 12 od strane World Boxing Association (WBA) No i. 16 od strane World Boxing Council (WBC). Nokaut umjetnik preuzima Garrett “The Ultimate Warrior” Wilson (17-11-1, 9 KOs), of Philadelphia, koji je bivša boksačka asocijacija Sjedinjenih Država (uredi) i Sjevernoamerička bokserska federacija (NABF) prvak.
U 2014, Kalenga je osvojio privremenu WBA titulu odlukom podijeljenom u 12 kola 32-1 Mateusz Masternak u Monaku, uslijedila je uspješna obrana naslova u Kanadi od 12-0 Denton Daley putem a 12th okrugli tehnički nokaut.

Daroviti Južnoafrikanac suočava se s neporaženom mađarskom perspektivom David Nerna (8-0, 8 KOs) u 10-okrugli bout.
Nizozemska poluteška Gevorg Khatchikian (24-2, 12 KOs) će takođe biti u akciji protiv Ugande Sa “Kabona” Sebyala (16-8-1. 13 KOs) u još 10-metaka. Khatchikian, koji će se prvi put boriti kao 154 kilograma kao profesionalac, je samo dva puta izgubio kao profesionalac, obojica da predstave svjetske prvake u srednjoj kategoriji, James Degale (IBF) i Gilberto Ramirez (WBO).

World champion Beibut Shumenov to defend title vs. Junior Wright this Saturday night in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (Maj 18, 2016) – World Boxing Association (WBA) Privremeni kruzer svetski šampion Shumenov Beibu (16-2, 10 KOs) makes his first title defense ove subote noć (Maj 21) against WBA No. 11-procijenjen Junior “Uragan” Wright (15-1-1, 12 KOs) at The Chelsea inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
“I’m happy to get the opportunity to fight ove subote noć,” Shumenov rekao, “but I wish that I could fight more often. I’ve been ready since January. Every training session I gain new knowledge. I am a completely different fighter than in my last fight.”
Shumenov’s last fight was back in July, in which he defeated B.J. Cvijeće (31-1-1, 20 KOs) by 12-round unanimous decision in Las Vegas to capture the vacant WBA Interim title, making the former WBA light heavyweight champion Shumenov the first professional boxer from Kazakhstan to be a two-division world champion.
By becoming the WBA Interim cruiserweight champion, Shumenov also became the No. 1 ranked mandatory challenger for WBA Super cruiserweight titlist Denis Lebedev (28-2, 21 KOs), who also fights ove subote in Russia against International Boxing Federation (IBF) prvak Victor Emilio “Tyson de Abasto” Ramirez (22-2-1, 17 KOs) in a unification match.
The WBA has already mandated that the Lebedev-Ramirez must fight Shumenovunutar 120 dani. LAS VEGAS (April 29, 2016) – World Boxing Association (WBA) Interim cruiserweight world champion Shumenov Beibu (16-2, 10 KOs), the only Kazakhstan-native to hold world titles in two different weight classes, is disputing the WBA’s sanctioning of the WBA “redovan” cruiserweight world championship fight, Maj 20 u Parizu, between two lower-ranked WBA fighters, Nemoj. 2 Yunier Dorticos No i. 5 Youri KALENGA (recently upgraded to No. 3).
U julu prošle godine, Šumenov poražen B.J. Cvijeće by way of a 12-round unanimous decision to become the mandatory challenger for WBA “redovan” Cruiserweight prvak Denis Lebedev, who was later elevated to “Super” prvak.
Lebedev hasn’t fought a mandatory defense u jednoj godini, ironično, when he won a 12-round decision over Kalenga, who had earned his world title shot, like Shumenov, by becoming WBA Interim world champion. The WBA granted Lebedev an extension in terms of his due mandatory defense because of the Russian’s unification fight Maj 21 in Moscow against International Boxing Federation (IBF) title-držač Victor Emelio Ramirez.
“I’m very disappointed the WBA is sanctioning Dorticos-Kalenga for its ‘regular’ cruiserweight title, when I am the No. 1 ranked and current WBA Interim champion,” Shumenov rekao. “I repeatedly informed the WBA through emails, texts and verbally that I was ready to fight back in January. I preferred to fight Lebedev but I was willing to fight Dorticos or anybody else in the top 15. For the past few months, I’ve been laboring over what I believe is a very bad decision, letting two lower-ranked fighters, No. 2 No i. 3 momci, fight for the WBA ‘regular’ naslov. I am shocked and bewildered and do not understand the WBA’s rationale to have either of these fighters declared the WBA ‘regular’ champion without first defeating either Lebedev or me, the Interim champion and No. 1 rank contender.
“I appealed the decision but, so far, the WBA has done little in response to my appeals other than delay and stall before finally ruling that I will fight the Lebedev-Ramirez winner months from now, još, ignoring my appeal to stop the regular title status of Dorticos-Kalenga and still sanction a fight between them, its No. 2 No i. 3 rated fighters, for the WBA ‘regular’ naslov. This is unfair to fans, who deserve to watch the best fighting the best, especially when a world championship is at stake! We now have this odd situation where there will be three separate WBA cruiserweight fights in May, all for a different version of WBA world title I just don’t feel anyone should get the WBA ‘regular’ title without first defeating a champion or at least the top-ranked fighter in the division. The WBA knew I was and am ready to fight. Its decision makes no sense and, po mom mišljenju, diminishes the prestige and meaning of the title. I have respect for Dorticos and Kalenga but I think the legitimacy of any world title resulting from a fight between the No. 2 No i. 3 ranked contenders, when the No 1 mandatory contender who already holds the WBA Interim champion is ready and available, to say the least, is highly questionable.
“The WBA told me and announced to the media that it was working to have only one world champion in each division. While I’ve been sitting out the last four months waiting to fight, the WBA has decided to allow six different guys to fight for tri WBA cruiserweight world titles, practically on the same day, instead of crowning only one WBA cruiserweight world champion. I look forward to returning to the ring and my manager, Al Haymon, has advised me that I will fight in May and we will announce next week. I want to thank everyone for their support and I apologize to my family, prijatelji, fans and my country, Kazahstan, for this chaos the WBA has caused that has damaged and delayed my professional boxing career. I will move forward and continue to fight inside the ring, letting my attorneys and manager fight this unfair situation outside the ring.”

LAS VEGAS (Mart 22, 2016) – World Boxing Association (WBA) Privremeni kruzer svetski šampion Shumenov Beibu (16-2, 10 KOs) cilja na 21. maj ujedinjenje naslov pobjednika između WBA titlist Denis Lebedev(28-2, 21 KOs) i Međunarodne bokserske federacije (IBF) prvak Victor Emilio “Tyson de Abasto” Ramirez (22-2-1, 17 KOs).
Kada Shumenov poražen B.J. Cvijeće(31-1-1, 20 KOs) u julu prošle godine u Las Vegasu, bivši WBA poluteškoj prvak postao WBA Privremeni prvak kao i broj. 1 obavezno kandidat.
Lebedev, međutim, nije borio obavezno borbu od prošlog April 10 u kojoj je osvojio 12-okrugli odluku preko onda Privremeni WBA prvak Youri KALENGA. Lebedev made a voluntary tittle offense last November, zaustavljanje Lateef Kayode u osmom kolu.

PLUTO, Irska (Februar. 12, 2015) – Proslavljeni Cuban amaterski boksač Mark Forest će svoj profesionalni debi sutra noć (Fri., Februar. 13) u četiri okrugli super bantam bout protiv veterana Ignac “The Test” Kassai u 5 Star Banquet Hall u Queens, Njujork.

 

A tri puta kubanski državni prvak, 25-godišnji Forestal poraženi 2012 Olimpijsko zlato medalje Robeisy Rameriez 14 pre nekoliko meseci u senzacionalno nacionalnom prvenstvu finale.

 

Borba kao polu-pro u World Series of Boxing (WSB) za neporaženi 2014 Tim prvak Kuba Domadores, Forestal je bez poraza u tri utakmice prije WSB bez mana u Sjedinjene Države u aprilu prošle godine.

 

Forestal potpisao ugovor prošlog oktobra Ireland bazi, International manager boks Gary Hyde, Predsjednik Nowhere2Hyde Management. “Marcos Forestal je izvrstan mladi borac koji ima stila prepuna akcije,” Hyde je rekao. “On ima ono što je potrebno da postane svjetski prvak. Nismo mogli naći protivnika sjedištem u SAD-a u borbi protiv Marcos, jer su rekli da je bio još jedan Rigondeaux i olimpijski šampion. Dok je tukao olimpijski prvak, Marcus nije bio olimpijca. Letjeli smo u njegov protivnik iz Mađarske. Kasai je 56-borba veteran koji se bori neke od najboljih Evropljana kao IBF super bantam prvaka Carl Frampton, titulu svjetskog prvaka Challengers Martin Ward, Prah Zsolt i Alexander Miskirtchian, i bivši evropski prvak Antonije Settoul.”

 

Forestal je 5′ 8″ southpaw koji će kampanju na 122-pound super bantam podjela, iste klase težinu svog zemljaka i stablemate Rigondeaux pravila.

 

“Guillermo Rigondeaux je super šampion i na Kubi sam pogledao do njega kao njegov mlađi brat,” Forestal dodao. “On je dominirao u super bantam divizije i ja ću ga uskoro pridružiti na vrhu.”
