I’m happy Thomas decided to stick with it, after more than 10 years and a lot of money spent, it would be foolish to stop now when he is right there. We are happy to be doing this show with Greg Cohen and we look forward to bigger and better things together in the future.”

Lamanna iš Millville, New Jersey will be making the 1st defense of the WBC Silver Latino title that he won on August 19th when he scored two knockdowns en-route to a ten round unanimous decision over George Sosa at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.
The 25 year-old Lamanna is a six-year professional who has wins over veteran’s Ayi Bruce, Kendal Mena, Eduardo Flores, and Carlos Winston Velasquez.
This will be LaManna’s 7th bout at The Claridge and 16th in Atlantic City.

Seldon is eager to be back in the ring after much soul searching over the past two-plus years.
“I have been working a job and staying in the gym. I have been keeping sharp but I just needed to get my life in order, ” said Seldon. “We have been looking for the right fight. I was offered some good financial opportunities in Russia, but I want to do this the right way. I am not in this for the money.”
Seldon feels at age 27, the time is now to concentrate on in his ring career.

When asked about the veteran Mitchell, Seldon really doesn’t know alot.

When asked what he sees in the next few years, Seldon, believes that with Rising Promotions looking to do stage multiple fight cards on the boardwalk property, he sees an active 2016.
“I am looking at two or three more fights this year. Rising Promotions said I could be on their cards going forward. I am just trying to stay busy. Aš esu 27 years-old and it is time to go. The Beast Mode is turned on and I am excited to show a new Isiah Seldon. Before I was just a brawler but in the time off, I have developed my boxing skills and I am a much better fighter.”

Davis of nearby Mays Landing, New Jersey is not the typical fighter who has dreams of winning a world heavyweight title, but he has bigger plans to help mold the youth of the Jersey Shore area as being a role model.
To say Davis is an all-around athlete is an understatement.
The Buena High School all-time leading rusher in football, was a 48th round draft pick of the Florida Marlins and spent three years in their minor league system.
When getting the itch to play football again, Davis bagged baseball and began playing football at Hudson Valley College in upstate New York.
After a few years of figuring out his next move, Davis took up boxing.
tuo 6'3″ir 250 kg, Davis took up the sweet science at the age of 34.
After eight amateur fights (record of 5-3), Davis turned professional by fighting a four round draw with Willie Harvey on August 15, 2015.
Davis got into the win column with a 26 second knockout over Santario Holdbrooks on Gruodis 5 at The Claridge.
“Dabar, I am getting by with my natural athletic ability. I do not know all of the ins and outs of boxing, but I have toughness and have been learning on the job,” Sakė Davis.
“There has been a lot of improvement since I have started”
In Morley, he is facing a durable guy, that has gone the distance in his first two outings.
“I just know he is shorter and heavier then me. He is from Philadelphia, so that alone, I know he is a tough guy.”
Davis is even more honest when it comes to his ceiling as a fighter.
“My goal is to fight as long as the sport wants me. I want to have fights that will build my resume and give me the credibility to become a trainer for all athletes. I would like to instill what I know and my experiences with baseball, football and now boxing and become an all-around trainer and role model. There are people needed in the community that should be mentoring kids coming up and I feel that I can be that guy around here.”
“I want to thank my supporters. I am humbled that they spend their hard earned money to come see fight, and I am so appreciative of that.”

Rainone has a record of 24-7-1 with with five knockouts has long been a fan favorite in the Empire state, and the fight with Chalmers will fulfill a venue that has been on the 36 year-old’s bucket list.
“I have fought in Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, The Legendary Blue Horizon and Las Vegas. I have been wanting to fight in Atlantic City for a long time and Saturday it finally happens,” said Rainone.
What makes Rainone’s career even more fascinating is that he works a full-time job overnight working for Hilton Hotels in the accounting the department.
That makes for long days, working until the early morning, getting just a few hours of sleep and then going to the gym before his overnight shift.
“I have not had a day off in seven weeks, but I will be ready to go šeštadienį naktis. I have had pretty good training and sparring. Now I am just maintaining my weight “
In Chalmers, he is facing a veteran who has a record of 14-12-1 su aštuoniais Knockouts. Chalmers has knocked off three undefeated fighters, but Rainone is confident that his skills and preparation will be enough to get his hand raised.
“I have seen him once in person. He defeated an undefeated guy and he was very aggressive that night. I have seen other fight’s where he sits back and is a counter puncher. I prepare for anything.”
Since turning professional in 2006, Rainone has been an instant fan favorite, and he feels he owes a lot of support to the many supporters who have stuck by him through his whole career.
“Without a fan base, you don’t get fights. I will have 100 or so fans down in Atlantic City. I owe everything to them.”
Rainone believes his popularity is due large in part to him being just an “everyday guy” and his fans can relate to him.
“I always put on a good fight, but I am relate able. After the fights, I hang out with everybody. I am humble and I show the fans how much I appreciate him.”
Savo paskutinio priepuolio, Rainone took one of the step up fights that could have set him up for a major opportunity when he took on former junior middleweight champion Ishe Smith.
Rainone came up just short in that fight, but Rainone wanted to test himself against the former world champion.
“That fight was a tall order. Ishe is the bigger man and a former world champion. I am not a junior middleweight. I tried very hard and I knew if I had won that fought, I would have been ranked in the top-ten.”
Rainone is only planning to fight another couple of years and he still has the goals of every fighter, but he is taking his career fight by fight.

Coming off of a luxury world tour, Floyd Mayweather returned stateside and sat ringside as promoter of tonight’s fights. The recently retired five-division world champion, who also learned today he was selected as"Sports Illustrated" Kovotojas Metų, was animated and engaged through the final bell of the evening.

When the fight resumed, Barthelemy attacked the Russian’s eye and never let up for the remainder of the fight. He took advantage of the cut and coupled it with his height and reach advantage which led to a recipe for success as he is now a two-division world champion. The judges saw the bout 119-109 ir 116-112 dvigubai.
“There were moments where I was trapped into my style of fighting. It took me a minute to adjust to Shafikov’s style and exchange punches with him,” Sakė Baltramiejaus sala. “I’m really happy with the number of punches I was able to get off.
“I was really impressed with Shafiov’s warrior style. He never gave up even after getting hurt with punches that were affecting his fight. That really caught me by surprise and also that he was able to last the whole fight. The fact that he continued really says something about him as a fighter.”
“I’m not sure if I won the fight,” Sakė Shafikov. “I’m very disappointed and I want a rematch.”
The co-main event saw a bizarre ending to what was to be a cruiserweight elimination bout. Detroit southpawIsiah Thomas (15-0, 6 Kos) was winning the fight on all three judges’ scorecards through round three when Russian power-puncher Murat “Geležis” Gassiev (22-0, 16 Kos) threw accidental late blows to Thomas’ head after the bell. The punches forced referee Jay Nady to make the tough call that the punches “diminished the value” of Thomas’ ability to continue. As the fight had not yet gone four rounds, unified rules state that the fight does not go to the scorecards, thus ruling it a no contest.
Chris Pearson (16-1 11 Kos), a promising super welterweight from Dayton, Ohio put his previously undefeated record on the line against fellow unbeaten Eric Walker (12-0, 6 Kos) of Plaquemine, Louisiana in the second televised bout. Walker came out strong, dominating the early rounds against Pearson, another member of the stable of rising stars from Mayweather Promotions. A wobbled Pearson persevered and attempted to turn the tide in an action-packed fifth round with a series of head shots.

The seventh round saw both fighters exchanging a brutal barrage of punches culminating with a fast-paced eighth and final round drawing a standing ovation from the crowd. The underdog Walker, who spent 13 years in Dixon Correctional Institute in Louisiana, scored a unanimous decision victory (79-71, 78-74, 80-72) winning the biggest fight of his life in front of a captivated national TV audience.

“If you believe in God and work hard at what you’re doing, you’re going to succeed,” Sakė Walker. “Look at me now.
“I had watched his previous fights and knew that my right hand would be too much for him and that I could land it anytime,” continued Walker. “My conditioning was really the difference tonight. I was in great shape and I was able to rely on that when the going got tough.”

Pearson was disappointed in the decision and was left wanting a rematch.

In the ninth round, he threw a massive left hand to finish Sanchez, sending Mayweather to his feet in celebration.

“It felt great to fight all of these rounds and get the work in,” Sakė Davis. “He’s a tough fighter and I learned a great deal tonight. It was a very good experience for me.
“I just listened to my corner and Floyd, took my time and broke him down. I want to fight again as soon as possible for a world title.”
Mayweather, who was very pleased with Davis’ performance, sees the young undefeated fighter’s future as bright.
“It’s always good to go out there and get the W,” Sakė Mayweather. “Jis jaunas. He’s still learning. We’re looking forward to him being a world champion some day.”

Kaip jūs sakote savo karjerą ketina?
“Mano karjeros vyksta labai šiol. Esu labai patenkintas savo karjerą tempas. Aš ten, kur norime būti, ir pozicijos, didelis metus.”

Nei vienas iš jūsų buvo nugriauti, kaip profesionalus. Ar tikitės, kad pakeisti nuo Kovas 13?
“Aš tikrai nereikia tikėtis nieko eiti į kovą. Aš tik noriu įdėti į didelį šou ir įdėti dideliu kovos. Duok savo visą.”

Jūs susiduria sunkiau protestą kaip profesionalas. Kaip jums likti sutelktas, o ne ieškoti praeityje varžovą?
“Tai bokso sporto ir vienas Punch gali pakeisti bet kovą. Bet kovotojas turi galimybę kenkia man, kad aš ne pamiršti visiems galimybes. Lamanna yra nenugalėtas. Jis niekada neteko, todėl aš negaliu ieškoti praeityje jam. Kas gali atsitikti ten.”

Ką žinote apie Lamanna ir kokios kovos tikitės?
“Aš žinau, kad jis aukštas ir turi ilgą pasiekti. Aš tikrai nežinau, ko tikėtis. Aš žinau, kad jis yra linkęs užrakinti bandyti likti gynybinę poziciją. Man reikia pasinaudoti, kad eidami į puolimą.”

Po ką jūs įveikti kaip jaunuolis, Ar, jūsų nuomone sau maitintojo? Ar boksas išgelbėti jus?
“Aš nelaikau savęs tik maitintojo. Aš laikau save kovotojas. Turėjau daug kovoti už savo jaunystės. Boksas padėjo man per mano klausimus. Tai suteikė man su instrukcija ir drausmės. Aplink metų 14 Aš tikrai užvaldė mano gyvenimą ir tapo vyras. Aš jaučiau, kad man reikia gydyti save kaip žmogus.

“Kai buvau globos namuose 14, mano du globėjai suskaidyta ir buvau tokioje padėtyje, kai man reikia padaryti sprendimą pasirinkti, kuriuo keliu eiti. Nenorėčiau būti padėtyje esu šiandien, jei aš ne priimti sprendimą padariau. Nebuvo žmonės aplink mane punktas mane teisinga kryptimi, Buvau on my own. Jei ten buvo žmonės, kurie buvo palanki mane, Aš ne tikėtis jį. Buvau pozicijos, kad man buvo priimant sprendimą tik dėl savęs.”

Kaip rimtas čia – Jūsų motina buvo ir iš savo gyvenimo augo. Kas Jus taip lojalių jai po visko, kad jūs buvote per?
“Aš suprantu, kad kiekvienas eina per dalykų savo gyvenime. Tai lengva pasakyti jiems, ką jie turėtų daryti. Tai užtrunka daug įdėti savo pasididžiavimą panaikinti būti dėmesingas, ką žmonės išgyvena. Pernelyg daug žmonių pirmavo pirmas nei kiti. Aš paėmė vieną žingsnį atgal ir supratau, kad viskas vyksta dėl priežasties ir pažiūrėkite, kaip aš paaiškėjo šiandien. Mano mama ir aš turiu didelę santykius, nes dabar buvau suprasti savo situaciją ir nesiėmė nieko, ji padarė tyčia ar manote, kad jis buvo nukreiptas į mane.”

Ką jums mokytis iš savo paskutinio ShoBox kovoti prieš Soro)?. Ar jums peržiūrėti jį kaip teigiamas arba neigiamas?
“Peržiūrėti kovą su Soro, kaip teigiama. Tokiu kovos gavau nustatytų svorio, mažiausia Buvau o. Buvau 155 vietoj savo įprastinės svorio 160. Išsiskirti svarų tikrai turėjo didelę įtaką kovos ir aš supratau, kad aš esu vidutinio svorio ir jaustis patogiai ne 160.”

Tai Soro kova buvo vadinama dauguma lygiosiomis — buvo tai, kad jums nusivylimas? Kaip sužinojote nuo?
“Tai buvo didžiulis nusivylimas man gauti lygiosiomis, bet dabar mes žinome, ne eiti bet mažesnis nei 160. Štai pagrindinis dalykas, ką mes sužinojome toje kovoje. Yra tokia kaip pernelyg drausmingas dalykas. Žmonės pastebėjo, kaip liesas buvau tos kovos, bet yra drausmingas kovotojas buvau pasiryžusi padaryti svorį. Oponentų daug nebūtų imtasi, kad kovą, bet tai buvo galimybė, kad aš norėjau pasinaudoti. Aš maniau jis buvo geras sprendimas tuo metu,, bet aš išmokau vertingą pamoką.”

Jūs išjudinti vaikino dantį savo pirmąjį ShoBox kovos (Sau. 17, 2014, prieš Marquis Davis) ir tavo mama pavogė šou paskutinio pasirodymo. Ką turite parduotuvėje žiūrovams apie Kovas 13?
“Aš turiu galvoje,, Aš tiesiog planuojate didelį kovos. Tai viskas, galiu garantuoti. Aš nesu vienas prietarų [Penktadienis 13]. Galiu tik garantuoti, kad jis bus puikus kova.”

Kas yra jūsų didžiausias stipris? Ar jūs ieškote nokautas ar jūs manote, kad galite eiti 10 apvalūs ir gauti pergalę, kad taip?
“Manau, galiu Bang 10 raundai, tačiau, kad visa tai priklauso nuo priešininkas. Kai kurie vaikinai yra pakankamai stiprūs, kurie gali eiti visiškai 10 raundai. Aš einu ir pabandykite padaryti kuo daugiau žalos dydį nuo atidarymo varpas.

“Mano didžiausia stiprybė yra mano valia ir ryžtas. Yra niekada momentas, kur aš noriu mesti. Net jei aš įskaudinti ringe, Aš ne pasiduoti kovotoją. Tai yra mintys, kad eiti per mano galvą.”

Džeris Odom yra taip pat šią kortelę, ir jūs abu yra iš DC area. Jūs pareiškė, kad jūs abu yra kaip kambariokai. Ką tai reiškia, kad jį su jumis kortelės?
“Tai reiškia, kad daug už mane. Mes iš panašių Kuklus pradžia ir mums būti toje pačioje kortelėje yra istorinis mus. Mes abu turi tą patį bendrą tikslą, ir mes turime, kad mes kovojame už daug. Sugebėti tai padaryti tokio didelio etape Showtime ir įrodyti visas Naysayers neteisingus reiškia, kad pasaulis mus.
