Meseta, Califòrnia (Juny 3, 2015) – Top U.S. prospecte de pes pesat Dominic “Problema” Breazeale (14-0, 13 Nocauts) makes his return to the ring aquest dissabte tarda, June 6th at the StubHub Center in Carson, Califòrnia. Breazeale, takes another step up in competition and faces Cuban heavyweight Yasmany Consuegra (17-0, 14 Nocauts) in a battle of undefeated heavyweights. The televised bout will support the Robert Guerrero-Arron Martinez main-event and will open up the Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) live telecast on NBC.

La 2012 U.S. Olympian is coming off of a solid win against heavyweight veteran Victor Bisbal this past March during the inaugural PBC on NBC series. Breazeale showed true heart and resilience after experiencing the first knockdown of his career early in the first round of the bout. Breazeale recovered quickly and dominated Bisbal until the bout was stopped in the fourth round, resulting in Breazeale’s 14th win and 13th by knockout.

Immediately following the bout with Bisbal, Breazeale asked his advisor Al Haymon for another tough-quality opponent and Breazeale was granted his request.

“My last bout with Bisbal was by far the toughest opponent I have ever shared the ring with. He caught me with a good shot and I recovered quickly. I shook it off and ended up stopping him a couple of rounds later. Després de la baralla, I wasn’t happy that I was knocked down although many people told me that I showed resilience and that is what champions are made of. Encara, I wanted another tough opponent and Al Haymon gave me the opportunity,” said Breazeale.

In addition to the quality opponent, Breazeale now has the chance to make an impression on many avid and casual boxing fans who will be watching the bout live on NBC Dissabte tarda, an opportunity Breazeale welcomes and is thankful for.

AROMES, TAL COM(Maig 28, 2015)- Four-Division world champion, “Robert “El Sant” Guerrero (32-3-1, 18 KOs) hosted a media workout yesterday at the CrossFit Ranch to shed light on his upcoming fight with Aron Martinez. The 10-round main-event bout will take place at StubHub Center in Carson, Qualif., Juny 6, 2015 and will air live on NBC starting at 3:00 p.m. I/12:00 p.m. PT.

 

Guerrero, who won the hearts of America with his gut wrenching performance against Keith Thurman in his last fight, is looking forward to another main-event attraction where he can showcase his entertaining fighting style to the fans.

 

“All the hard training is done and now it’s time to zone in,” va dir Robert Guerrero. “Everyone should be watching the PBC on NBC June 6thbecause I believe this is going to be a crowd-pleasing fight. Aron Martinez is not coming to lay down. He’s had plenty of time to prepare for this fight and I’m expecting him to come out guns blazing. ROBERT & CASEY GUERRERO JOIN ARKANSAS TECH AND BE THE MATCH IN EFFORT TO BREAK WORLD RECORD FOR BONE MARROW REGISTRIES

RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS (Abril 13, 2015) – Six-Time and Four-Division World Champion, Robert “El Sant” Guerrero, will join Arkansas Tech University i BeTheMatch.org in an effort to break the world record for bone marrow registries in a 24-hour period. Addicionalment, the group will attempt to break the 1-hour world record for registries as well. Arkansas Tech’s Be The Match bone marrow registry event will begin at 9 p.m. a Dimarts, Abril 14, and continue through 9 p.m. a Dimecres, Abril 15, on the university’s campus.

 

Joining “El Sant” will be his wife, Casey Guerrero, who is a cancer survivor and a recipient of a bone marrow transplant from the BeTheMatch.org registry (National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP). Together they will inspire everyone on campus and help students register while relaying the important message of being a donor.

 

“What an honor to be invited to this great event put on by Arkansas Tech University and BeTheMatch.org,” va dir Robert Guerrero. “Casey and I are going to do our part to help register as many people as possible. I really believe we are going to break the records. Many lives will be saved and that brings me great pleasure. I’m super motivated and can’t wait to get on campus and go to work.”

 

Dr. Jason Warnick, associate professor of psychology, i Dr. Julie Mikles-Schluterman, associate professor of sociology, are spearheading the drive at Arkansas Tech.

 

“Registering with Be The Match is a quick and painless experience,” va dir el Dr. Jason Warnick. “There is a small amount of paperwork to complete, a cheek swab and then you are done. En total, the process takes about 10 acta. It is amazing to think that such a small investment of time and effort on our part could lead to saving the life of another human being.”

 

La primera 3,000 individuals who register with Be The Match during the 24-hour drive at Arkansas Tech will receive a free T-shirt courtesy of the Arkansas Tech Student Government Association.

 

Be The Match registry drives focus on individuals age 18-44 due to medical research that indicates that age group is most likely to provide a successful bone marrow transplant. Be The Match registration is free for individuals age 18-44.

 

Individuals age 45-60 may register with Be The Match at www.bethematch.org with a donation of $100.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Març 11, 2015) – Pocs dies després del seu esforç inspirant contra el campió de pes welter de l'AMB, Keith Thurman (25-0, 21 KOs), Robert “El Sant” Guerrero Ja està a l'espera de la seva pròxima baralla. Guerrero és la versió actual d'un gladiador modern que ho deixa tot al ring. El seu estil de lluita mai morir és el que els fans de totes les edats volen veure. STAMFORD, Conn. – Mar. 9, 2015 – Dissabte debut nocturn de la Lliga de Campions de Boxa (PBC) a NBC va ser l'emissió de boxa professional més vista des d'aleshores 1998, d'acord a Fast Nacional de Dades de The Nielsen Company.
