LOS ANGELES – Bellator has announced completed cards for both Warrior 196 eta Bellator Kickboxing 9, which take place this Ostirala, April 6 at BOK Hall in Budapest, Hungary and air on Paramount Network at 9 p.m. ETA/8 p.m. CT.

 

The headliner for Warrior 196 will see former world champion Benson Henderson (24-8) in a lightweight matchup against Roger Huerta (24-9-1, 1 NC), who returns to Bellator for the first time since 2010. On the kickboxing side of things, Raymond Daniels (33-3) defends his welterweight crown against Djibril Ehouo (38-9-2) in the headliner of Bellator Kickboxing 9.

Warrior 196: Henderson vs. Huerta will be broadcast Ostirala, April 6 free on Paramount Network at 9 p.m. ETA/8 p.m. CT. Bellator Kickboxing 9 will air immediately following at 11 p.m. ETA/10 p.m. CT. Tickets for the event are on sale now and are available at www.Bellator.hu.

The former UFC and WEC champ owns a win over a Patricio “Pitbull” inside the Bellator cage and is looking to make a statement on his way back to title contention when he meets Roger Huerta on April 6 in Budapest, Hungaria. Fighting out of Austin, Texas, the 34-year-old Los Angeles native returns to Bellator for the first time since facing Eddie Alvarez at Warrior 33. LOS ANGELES – Due to an undisclosed injury, James Gallagher’s highly anticipated return to the Bellator cage will be delayed.

Ondorioz, the new headliner for Bellator’s third event in Budapest, Hungaria on Ostirala, April 6, will feature former world champion Benson Henderson (24-8) in a lightweight matchup against Roger Huerta (24-9-1, 1 NC), who returns to Bellator for the first time since 2010. Gallagher’s opponent, Hungary’s Adam Borics (6-0), will remain on the card and take on the undefeated Manuel Gaxhja (6-0) in the featherweight co-main event. FLORENCE, Italian – A sold out crowd was on hand for Bellator’s return to the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence, Italy to cheer on their national hero, Alessio Sakara, in his bid for the middleweight title at Warrior 190. Hala ere, reigning champion Rafael Carvalho emerged victorious in his third defense of the belt with yet another exciting performance. Garaipena With, Carvalho is now tied with Alexander Shlemenko for most title defenses in promotional history.

 

Gainera, Bellator has announced plans for a summer return to Italy in the country’s capital city of Rome on Uztailaren 7 with an event that will air on the soon-to-launch Paramount Network. The date marks the company’s first trip to Rome, after hosting multiple events in both Torino and Florence.
