BOSTON (Novembre 15, 2021) – Presenting its fourth event in fewer than 60 days since its inaugural event this past September 24e, Vertex Promotions will end its first year of successfully promoting professional boxing events, “Fall Brawl,” this Saturday (Novembre. 20) night at its Boston suburb home, Mosely’s On The Charles in Dedham, Massachusetts.

Many of the Northeast’s most promising and popular prospects will be in action in the intimate surroundings at Mosely’s.

Undefeated 23-year-old lightweight RayJay “The Destroyer” Bermudez (14-0, 11 KOs), the reigning ABF American West and NBA Continental champion from Albany (New York), will headline his third Vertex card in the 8-round, événement principal (combat sans titre) against Colombian veteran Daulis Prescott (32-14, 24 KOs).

Prescott fought Nicholas Walters for the vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) Featherweight World title in 2012. He is the younger brother of Breidis Prescott, who shocked the boxing world in 2008, quand il frappa à 2004 Olympic silver medalist and future 3-time World champion Amir Khan in the opening round.

The 23-year-old O’Toole (1-0, 1 KO), se battre hors de Galway, Irlande,  won his pro debut this past September 25e on a Vertex show at Moseley’s in which he knocked down Francisco Ariri Neto three times for a spectacular first-round knockout. BOSTON (Septembre 13, 2021) – Due to fighter demand, Vertex Promotions has added a show on Friday night, Septembre 24, the night before its previously announced “Fight Night on the Charles at Moseley’s II," le samedi soir, Septembre 25, chez Moseley's On The Charles à Dedham, Massachusetts.

BOSTON (Août 25, 2021) – Vertex Promotions has announced its second event, “Fight Night on the Charles at Moseley’s II," le samedi soir, Septembre 25, chez Moseley's On The Charles à Dedham, Massachusetts.

A few of the same fighters from Vertex Promotions’ first show, Juillet 31st au même endroit, will be in action again.

“We were very happy with the first show on July 31st,” Vertex promoter David Clark dit. “Everyone there really had a great time. This show will be great as well. There’s a lot of local talent and we want to try to keep them as active as we can give fans around here a great night out.”

Undefeated RayJay Bermudez: Super lightweight prospect flying under the radar

BOSTON (Février 25, 2020) – InvaincuRayJay “The Destroyer” Bermudez (12-0, 9 KOs) has tried to stay busy and progress, developmental-wise, fighting three times during the pandemic, including a recent title-winning performance south of the border.

The 22-year-old Bermudez, fighting out of Albany (New York), stopped journeymanRynell Griffin in five rounds last November in New Hampshire, and he followed that up in December with a third-round technical knockout ofEver Ceballos in Mexico to capture the vacant American Boxing Federation’s (FBA) Americas West super lightweight championship.

“Mexico was a humbling experience,” Bermudez said after his ABF title-winning performance. “I’m honored to have had the opportunity to go to another country and fight for a professional title. I fought a tough, scrappy Mexican veteran, who was game from the beginning, but my plan was to stay composed and break him down. And that’s exactly want I did to score a third-round TKO and advance my record to 11-0 avec 8 knockouts. Thank you to everybody who tuned on the FITE.app. This is only the beginning of something special!"

In his most recent fight earlier this month, Bermudez returned to Mexico for a stay busy fight, arrêtMario Israel Vera round four.

Despite his unbeaten run, Bermudez is still fighting under the radar, at least on a national basis, mais 2021 promises to be a breakout year for him, bien sûr, pending pandemic restrictions in 2021.
