Rivalta Inks Puerto Rican Amateur Standout Luis Melendez to Managerial Contract

Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based boxing manager Henry Rivalta proudly announces the signing of 19-year-old featherweight prospect Luis “El Chucho” Melendez to a promotional contract.
A stand-out amateur in Florida and his native Puerto Rico, Melendez will be making his professional debut under the guidance of Rivalta in July.
Born and raised in Bayamon, Portoriko, Melendez started boxing at age 11. He went on to have 124 amatérské zápasy, winning a number of Puerto Rican and international titles including the Junior Olympics, Olympic Cup, and the Puerto Rican Nationals from 101 lbs. na 132 lbs.
Melendez says the managerial deal is the culmination of a long association the pair have held. “When I was about 15, I went to spar at the Mike Tyson Gym in West Palm Beach and I was sparring a pro and Henry saw me. A throwback fighter with a style more suited for the professional ranks, Melendez calls his style ‘smart aggressive.’
I have a very pro style. I sit down on my punches. I like to throw combinations a lot. I like to break my opponents down. I like to go to the body. Nebo, depending on the opponent, I can box you. I can also hit and not get hit when I need to.”
Melendez says training at KO Fitness in Hialeah, Florida, with trainer Michael Robles is going well and he’s excited to get started on his professional career. "Cítím se skvěle. To je můj sen. GH3 Promotions signs undefeated Heavyweight John Luna to a Promotional Contract

Nutley, NJ (Říjen 18, 2016)–GH3 Promotions is pleased to announce the signing of undefeated heavyweight prospect John Luna to a promotional contract.
Luna of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, má rekord 2-0 s jedním knockout.
The 20 year-old is 6’4″ and weighs 255 liber, began boxing at the age of six years-old when his mother, who is a big boxing fan, took John to the gym.
John went on to an amateur career that saw him go 97-9 and win five national championships.
John also competed in Russia and in 2012, he won a prestigious tournament and in the same tournament two years later, Luna placed second in his division, but still was named the Most Outstanding Fighter.

Luna turned professional on 16.června with a first round stoppage over Rene Ibarra in Mexico. he came back to his hometown of Milwaukee and and took a four-round unanimous decision over Oswaldo Ortega on August 20th,

Luna is managed by Henry Rivalta.

Middleweight contender Antoine Douglas signs managerial deal with Henry Rivalta

Miami, Florida (Říjen 7, 2016) Henry Rivalta is pleased to announce the signing of middleweight contender Antoine “Akce” Douglas na manažerskou smlouvu.
Douglas of Washington, D.C.. má rekord 19-1-1 s 13 průchodky.
The 24 year-old is a four-year professional, and has wins over Les Sherrington (35-7), Istvan Szili (18-0-2), Thomas LAMANNA (16-0), former world title challenger Luca Messi (37-9-1), Marquis Davis (8-0-2) and Colby Courter (4-0).
“I welcome Antoine to my stable,” said Rivalta. “It’s a pleasure to work with Antoine. I have seen what he has done up to this point in his career, and he is a very talented athlete. I think he has the potential to be a world champion, and I am excited to help in his path to winning that title.”
“I am glad to sign with Henry,” stated Douglas. “He has the experience at the highest level, and me and my team can focus on what everybody’s role will be.”
Rivalta continued to glow about his new acquisition.

Moises Chucky Flores receives IBO belt in negotiations for Rigondeaux showdown

GUADALAJARA, MX (Červenec 26, 2016) – Letos Sobota, newly crowned undefeated IBO super-bantamweight world champion, Moises “Chucky” Květiny (25-0, 17 KO), received his belt from co-manager Od Henryho Rivy of Pro Box Management. Last June, Flores scored an impressive unanimous decision victory over Pavel Ambunda (24-2, 10 KO), in his home town of Windhoek, Namibie (Afrika), to earn the world title strap.
Květiny, who is also the WBA interim champion, is now the mandatory challenger to face WBA super-champion Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KO). Both camps are in negotiations with the possibility of the fight happening in the next few months. If the fight comes to fruition, both the WBA and IBO world title belts will be on the line. After receiving his IBO world title belt, and a big fight looming with Rigondeaux, Flores speaks on his current situation.
“Winning the IBO world championship is a testament to my hard work and the great team around me,” said Mexico’s Moises “Chucky” Květiny. “Together we worked really hard to get this world title. I’m now the mandatory to challenge Guillermo Rigondeaux, a fight I’m looking forward to. He’s very skilled but I feel I have all the tools to defeat him. YOUNGSTOWN, OH (Červenec 20, 2016) – Pro Box Management’s hot undefeated prospect, super-featherweight Chaise Nelson (3-0, 3 KO), makes his United States debut this Saturday July 23, 2016 at the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Nelson, whose first three fights were held in Mexico, will face rugged veteran Angel Gonzalez (22-8-1, 12 KO) in a scheduled 4-round bout.
Hailing from Mansfield, Ohio, Chaise Nelson was a decorated amateur, capturing numerous titles before turning professional in February of 2016, ve věku 17. WINDHOEK, NAMIBIE (Červen 12, 2016) – Včera večer v továrně Ramatex ve Windhoeku, Namibie, Mexičanka v superbantamové váze, Moises “Chucky” Květiny (25-0, 17 KO) zůstal neporažen s 12-kolovým jednomyslným rozhodnutím o hrdinovi rodného města, Pavel Ambunda (24-2, 10 KO). Díky vítězství získal Flores šampionát IBO a udržel si svůj prozatímní titul WBA.
Květiny, který pochází z Guadalajary, Mexiko, řídil dění od úvodního kola. Flores zaznamenal během zápasu tři knockdowny pomocí vynikajících boxerských dovedností a zároveň vyvíjel tlak, aby Ambundu vyvedl z rovnováhy. Když Flores dosáhl značného náskoku, nikdy se neohlédl. scorecards číst 115-110, 115-111 a 114-111, vše pro Florese.
