(Marzo 26, 2019) – Undercard action on Saturday, Aprile 13 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City will feature an exciting lineup, including a women’s featherweight world title matchup and unbeaten prospects stepping in the ring, leading up to the SHOWTIME BOXING: SPECIAL EDITION tripleheader headlined by the Claressa Shields vs. Christina Hammer showdown for the undisputed 160-pound world championship.

The undercard lineup is highlighted by unbeaten Russian Helen giardiniere (9-0, 2 KO) vying for her first world title when she takes on former two-time title challenger Brenda Karen Carabajal (15-4-1, 9 KO) for the vacant IBF Featherweight World Championship.

Claressa Shields and Christina Hammer Meet in

He suffered his lone defeat to former three-division world champion James Toney, who was coming off wins over Vassiliy Jirov and Evander Holyfield, in 2004. After serving a 12-year prison sentence, Booker has returned to the ring looking to get his life back on track and live up to his once promising expectations, registering three unanimous decision victories in 2018 under the tutelage of former world champion Jimmy Paul.

“It means a lot to have this opportunity to fight on SHOWTIME,” said the 38-year-old Booker, who sparred with heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua in preparation for his September 2018 bout with Alexander Povetkin. “I’m ready to show my talents on a national stage so everyone will know who Rydell Booker is once again. I think Jermaine Franklin is a pretty good fighter but he has never fought anybody with my experience, knowledge in the ring or my ring savvy. I am going to teach him some new lessons on April 13. I have a bag full of goodies and tricks at my disposal that I will teach this young whipper snapper.”

Like I’ve said before, I’m a kid from a small town in Sweden and I’m proud of where I’m from and what I’ve achieved so far, but I feel like this is when all the fun starts.”

The 28-year-old Kisner (21-4-1, 6 KO) has competed at both cruiserweight and heavyweight since turning professional in 2010 after a successful amateur career. Among Kisner’s numerous amateur recognitions, the Baltimore, Md. native was a three-time National Silver Gloves Champion, two-time Junior National Golden Gloves Champion and Ringside World Champion. He holds the distinction of being the youngest boxer in American history ever to win a Men’s National Title in the heavyweight division at 17 anni. As a pro, three of Kisner’s four losses have come against opponents who boasted an undefeated record on fight night. “This has been long overdue. I’m just glad that Hammer is here and the fight is set. She’s been at my fights before but I can’t wait to get inside the ring and show her I’m the real champion.

Nei suoi otto anni come campione, Hammer ha perso solo una manciata di giri in tutto 16 lotte titolo mondiale. Martello, che ha anche modelli professionalmente ed è stato recentemente presentato alla settimana della moda a New York City, fatta U.S.. debutto giugno 22 dopo una campagna per lo più in Germania dal passaggio al professionismo nel 2009. Dopo essere stato costretto a ritirarsi dalla unificazione novembre a causa del problema di salute, Hammer ha vinto una lotta non-titolo tramite ko al secondo turno Sabato scorso, Febbraio 9 in Germania.

Atlantic City, N.J. – Novembre 19, 2018 – The Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame (ACBHOF) ha annunciato il suo 2019 Induction Class. The Induction Weekend will take place at The Claridge, a Radisson Hotel located at Park Place & Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey on June 21 – 23, 2019.
“We’re extremely excited about the Class of 2019 and are very much looking forward to paying tribute to the new inductees in Atlantic City at our 3rd annual induction weekend next June” said ACBHOF President and Founder Ray McCline.

Bernard Hopkins will be inducted into his first Hall of Fame as part of the third annual class that will include a total of 19 reclutati.
“I feel appreciated and it’s starting to settle in that I’m near that mark of living legend. I don’t see myself as a living legend. Let other people decide that. This is a great honor and I’m grateful for the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame for making this happen,” Hopkins said in a November 16 RingTV interview with Joseph Santoliquito.
“Watch who you co-sign for; you can’t sell me black to get in the door. You can’t sell me white to get in the door. You can’t sell me half white or half black or none of that to get in the door. But you can sell me LOYALTY” said former two-division champion Bernard Hopkins.
The 3rd Annual Induction Ceremony & Celebration Weekend will honor some of the world’s most iconic figures from the sport of boxing: Butch Lewis, Nigel Collins, Inglese “Bouie” Fisher and New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame’s President Henry Hascup are just a few named who will be enshrined with the 2019 induction class.
Inductees will be named in three categories: Fighter, Allenatore & Cut-Men and Special Contributors.
“It was a great honor to hear I was going to be inducted into Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame. Atlantic City is my second home, and as a pro fighter I’ve fought numerous times in this great city. It’s a great boxing town and it is an honor to be inducted into the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame” dice Micky Ward.

“So che il mio avversario è un lottatore, quindi proverà ad abbattermi. Non vorrà prendere posizione con me, ma sono preparato per molto wrestling. Sto cercando di metterlo KO e andare a mangiare un hamburger.”

Qui: “È fantastico far parte di questa avventura della MMA Pro League. È una grande opportunità e sono felice di essere al piano terra.

“Il mio avversario si è preso una pausa ma so che sarà pronto a combattere. Non ci dormo addosso. Sarà un combattimento d'azione.”

CLAUDIO LEDESMA (NJ) vs. ANDREA BERNARDO (PA) – Pesi gallo

Ledesma: “È fantastico poter rappresentare il New Jersey. Sono così felice di avere questa opportunità. Finora è stata una bellissima esperienza.

“Non so molto del mio avversario. Mi piace concentrarmi su quello che faccio e apportare modifiche quando necessario.”

Bernardo: “È stata una strada difficile arrivare dove sono oggi e sono grato di lottare per la MMA Pro League.

“Sto affrontando un combattente molto esperto. Ha una cintura nera di jiu-jitsu ed è un combattente a tutto tondo. Dovrà comunque entrare
lì e combattimi. So che prima o poi finiremo a terra e ho intenzione di soffocarlo.”

MIKE PAGANO (NJ) vs. ZEDECIA MONTANEZ (PA) – Welterweights

Pagano: “Sono orgoglioso di far parte di questo primo spettacolo della MMA Pro League. Sono entusiasta di rappresentare il mio stato nella gabbia.

“Il mio avversario sembra molto ben composto. Gli piace sedersi e boxare prima di cercare di lanciare. Tutti hanno un piano finché non ricevi un pugno in faccia, quindi andrò là fuori e combatterò e basta.”

Montanez: “È davvero bello essere in questa posizione. Combattere professionalmente è stato un mio sogno e ora è qui. Ho lavorato così duramente per arrivare a questo momento e sono davvero emozionato.

“So che sto affrontando un lottatore a cui piace fare pressione e andare dritto in avanti. Siamo preparati a tutto ciò che mi lancia contro e mi adatterò a tutto ciò che mi lancia contro. Sarà una guerra, ma devo solo andare là fuori ed essere il meglio che posso essere.”

JUSTIN OSBORN (NJ) vs. ANDY JIMENEZ (PA) – Welterweights

Osborn: “Sono entusiasta di andare là fuori e fare ciò che amo fare. Non vedo l’ora di entrare in quella gabbia e fissare un ragazzo che è pronto a staccarmi la testa.

“So che sto affrontando un dilettante imbattuto al suo debutto da professionista, quindi sono pronto a tutto. Sono pronto per tutti i nove metri. Prevedo un finale.”

GIUSEPPE PINAFIEL (PA) vs. TURPAL KHAMZAYEV (NJ) – Pesi gallo

Pinafiel: “Significa tutto per me avere questa piattaforma. Questa è un'opportunità per sviluppare la mia carriera. Ho ricevuto un trattamento straordinario qui. Sabato farò tutto.

“Sto affrontando un ragazzo duro nel suo stesso cortile. Ma sono qui per fare una dichiarazione. Voglio eliminarlo e dare a tutti una bella lotta. Spero che tiri fuori il meglio di me. Ho intenzione di vincere. Sono pronto a finirlo in ogni modo possibile.”

Sears: “Questo significa molto per me. Ho combattuto 10 campionati e questa è stata di gran lunga la migliore esperienza. La MMA Pro League si preoccupa solo dei propri combattenti.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (Settembre 11, 2018) – La più recente entità nelle MMA, MMA Pro League, mancano pochi giorni al loro evento inaugurale con un entusiasmante programma di combattimenti che contrappone i combattenti Squadra del New Jersey, che è guidato dal capo allenatore Dan Miller dei fratelli Miller, contro Squadra Pennsylvania e il loro capo allenatore, Daniele Gracie della rinomata famiglia Gracie.

 

 

 

I combattenti affrontano questo problema Sabato, Settembre 15 al nuovo Hard Rock Hotel & Casinò Atlantic City in incontri in streaming live su FloCombat.com (9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT). L'evento MMA Pro League vedrà Claudio Ledesma assumendo André Bernardo in a bantamweight fight, Gabriele Ruiz in uno scontro da peso piuma contro Cody, ecco e una gara dei pesi massimi leggeri che si scontra Emmanuel Walo contro Raffaele Celestino.

 

 

 

Sarà presente un'azione leggerissima Mike Pagano in un incontro contro Sedechia Montanez, di più Kevin Sears assume Ahmed Samir in un'attrazione dei pesi massimi e una relazione dei pesi gallo che vede Turpal Khamzaev battaglia Giuseppe Penafiel.

 

 

 

A completare l'emozionante serata inaugurale dei combattimenti della MMA Pro League Marco Kolker di fronte Zulkarnaiyn Kamchybekov in una lotta dei pesi medi, una resa dei conti leggera tra Shan Cella e Francesco Muniz e un incontro dei pesi welter tra Justin Osborn e Andy Jimenez.

 

Ledesma è originario di West Orange, NJ e attualmente detiene una 14-7 record come combattente professionista. Bernardo è originario di Botucatu, Sao Paulo, Brasile e ha un record professionale di 8-4.

 

Ruiz combatte fuori da Woodland Park, NJ con un 0-1 record come combattente professionista e record amatoriale di 5-2-1 nella divisione dei pesi mosca. Qui è originario di Daison, MY. Successivamente si è trasferito a Filadelfia per allenarsi alla Gracie Gym. Hier ha un record di 1-1 come combattente professionista nella divisione dei pesi gallo.

 

OTTO è nato a Cleveland, OH e trascorse lì i primi anni della sua vita prima di trasferirsi in Liberia in tenera età. Alla fine Walo tornò negli Stati Uniti. per unirsi alla Guardia Nazionale degli Stati Uniti e fu assegnato come guardia in una prigione irachena. Mentre ero in Iraq, Walo venne esposto alle arti marziali miste e si innamorò rapidamente di questo sport. Quando Walo tornò a casa, ha iniziato ad allenarsi e ha fatto il suo debutto professionale a dicembre 2010. Ha accumulato un record professionale di 12-2-1. Celestino è di Brasilia, Brasile e ha una 5-2 record come combattente professionista nella divisione dei pesi medi.

 

Pagano, un veterano militare degli Stati Uniti, è originario di Fayetteville, NC. Successivamente si è trasferito nel New Jersey per allenarsi con la Miller Brothers MMA di Dan Miller. Pagano è anche un allenatore in palestra e ricopre il ruolo di capo istruttore per il programma anti-bullismo e arti marziali giovanili Little Spartans della palestra. È cintura nera di jiu-jitsu brasiliano con an 0-1 record come combattente professionista. Montanez è un combattente di arti marziali miste con sede in Pennsylvania. Ha un 3-2 record nella divisione dei pesi piuma.

 

 

 

Originario di Colorado Springs, Colorado, Sears è un veterano delle MMA con undici incontri e vanta sette vittorie dopo una forte carriera amatoriale. Rappresenta il suo nativo Egitto, Samir ha vinto il suo unico incontro MMA professionale per KO e possiede un 11-1 record come pugile professionista.

 

 

 

Combattente dei pesi gallo Khamzaev è nato nel New Jersey ed è diventato professionista nel maggio di quest'anno quando ha perso il suo debutto. Affronta quello di OrlandoPenafiel, che ha vinto una decisione al suo debutto professionale ad aprile.

 

Kolker rappresenterà il New Jersey, ma è nato e cresciuto in Alabama. Ha fatto il suo debutto professionale nelle MMA a giugno 2017 con una vittoria decisiva. Dopo aver accumulato un record amatoriale di 4-0, Kamchybekov farà il suo debutto professionale nelle MMA sabato sera.

 

 

 

Un 23enne del New Jersey, Cella tornerà in azione per il suo secondo incontro professionale di MMA. Muniz è originario di Caguas, Puerto Rico. La sua disciplina preferita è il jiu-jitsu brasiliano. Muniz ha combattuto cinque volte nella sua nativa Porto Rico, ottenendo un record di 4-1.

 

Osborn è originario del Tennessee prima di rappresentare il New Jersey. È uscito vittorioso al suo debutto professionale in agosto. Combattere da New York, Jimenez era 3-0 negli incontri amatoriali di MMA e combatterà per la prima volta professionalmente nella card di sabato.
