LOS ANGELES – The full slate of bouts for Bellator’s return to WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Okla. deze vrijdag, Maart 22 has been completed with a stacked four-fight main card and a total of 10 preliminary contests.

MIDDLEWEIGHT BOUT FEATURING ANATOLY TOKOV AGAINST FRANCISCO FRANCE ADDED TO THE PRELIMINARY CARD

HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. (Januari 31, 2017) – A welterweight bout pitting Josh Koscheck (17-10) tegen Mauricio Alonso(12-7, 1 NC) has been added to the Spike-televised main card of Bellator 172: Fedor vs. Mitrione bij SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. op Februari 18, 2017.

 

Bovendien, recently signed Russian star Anatoly Tokov (24-2) is set to square off against Francisco France (13-4-1) in a middleweight clash that will be featured on the Bellator.com-streamed undercard, while a previously announced main card bout between Adam Piccolot en Brent Primus has been cancelled after Piccolotti has been forced to withdraw due to an undisclosed injury.

Koscheck will be making his highly anticipated Bellator MMA debut after signing with the Viacom-owned promotion in 2015. Prior to the signing, “Kos” competed under the UFC banner for nearly a decade, compiling 15 wins and nine finishes. Nu, the 39-year-old Dethrone Base Camp product hopes to soar to the top of Bellator MMA’s stacked welterweight class and add to his impressive resume of 17 carrière overwinningen. Never one to mince words, Koscheck has made it clear that he hopes to once again meet Paul Daley inside the cage, but first, de Fresno, Calif. native must get through Alonso on Feb. 18 when he returns to action on Spike.

 

Hailing from Parana, Brazilië, Alonso will be making his second appearance under the direction of Bellator MMA and first in the welterweight division since 2014. The 36-year-old enters the bout riding a recent string of success, earning victories in each of his last two contests and seven of his last 10 daterend uit 2010. Of his 12 career wins, Alonso has finished his opponent five times, including four knockouts. Alonso will look to build off of an undefeated 2016 campaign when he competes on Februari 18.

ST. PETERSBURG, Rusland (December 15, 2016) – M-1 Global heeft Knockout of the Night en Submission of the Night bonusprestatieprijs mede-winnaars aangekondigd voor de afgelopen vrijdagavond M-1 Challenge 73: Slag bij Narts in Ingoesjetië, Rusland.

Gevreesde spits Magomed Idrisov (7-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0), van Rusland veroverde de M-1 Challenge bantamgewicht titel door titelverdediger uit te schakelen John “Dit is de” Buchinger (31-5-0, M-1: 6-1-0), uitvechten van Slowakije, die een overwinningsreeks van 10 gevechten binnen reed M-1 Challenge 73, Idrisov bracht Buchinger in slaap met één verwoestende stoot in de openingsronde voor een schokkend einde.
American bantamgewicht “De straffer” Josh Rectificatie House (14-4-0, M-1: 2-0-0) sloeg zijn Kazachse tegenstander uit, Sergey Morozov (6-2-0, M-1: 3-2-0), in de eerste ronde.

NAZRAN, Ingoesjetië, Rusland (December 9, 2016) – De opkomende Russische MMA-ster Magomed Idriosov schakelt Ivan . uit “Dit is de” Buchinger in de openingsronde van vanavond M-1 Challenge 73: Slag bij Narts main event om M-1 Challenge kampioen bantamgewicht te worden.
In de co-functie, M-1 Challenge middengewicht kampioen Ramazan Emeev won een zwaar bevochten split decision in drie rondes over Anatoly Tokov in Ingoesjetië, Rusland.
Gevreesd als spits, Idrisov ((7-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0) voldeed aan zijn reputatie en bleef ongeslagen als professional, Buchinger in slaap brengen met een verwoestende stoot in de eerste ronde. In zijn 2013 MMA debuut, Idrisov versloeg de huidige M-1 Challenge lichtgewicht kampioen Alexander Butenko in een niet-M-1 Global gevecht. De Rus is nu ongeslagen in vier M-1 Global-gevechten nadat hij eerder Yuri Maia . had verslagen (KO1 – stoten) in het M-1 Challenge 49 Knock-out van de Nacht, Max Coga (DEC3) en Sergey Grecicho (DEC3) in zijn laatste gevecht september 20, 2015 bij M-1 Challenge 51.
Idrisov (R) zet Buchinger in slaap om M-1 Challenge vedergewichtkampioen te worden
Buchinger (31-5-0, M-1: 6-1-0), uitvechten van Slowakije, reed een overwinningsreeks van 10 gevechten in M-1 Challenge 73, voor het eerst sinds verliezen 2012 naar Conor McGregor. Buchinger stopte Tural Ragimov om de vacante M-1 Challenge-titel oktober te veroveren 17, 2014 bij M-1 Challenge 52.
Twee van de beste middengewicht vechters ter wereld, Emeev (15-3-0, M-1: 9-1-0) en Tokov (24-3-0, M-1: 8-2-0), vocht van tot begin tot eind toen Emeev een split decision van drie rondes won voor zijn vierde opeenvolgende overwinning.
Emeev (L) & Tokov ging van teen tot teen
Ongeslagen Rus Moysar Evoloev bleef ongeslagen (6-0-0, M-1: 6-0-0) door een unaniem besluit van drie ronden te nemen over de Amerikaanse Lee “American Bulldog” Morrison (15-8-0, M-1: 2-5-0) bij een 140 pond (63.5 kilogram) vangstgewicht.
Russische lichtgewicht Khamzat Dalgiev (8-1-0, M-1: 5-1-0), vechten thuis in Ingoesjetië, verstikte Britse indringer Christian “Het dier” Holley (10-3-0, M-1: 0-1-0) in een inzending in de tweede ronde.
De hoofdkaart afsluiten, American bantamgewicht “De straffer” Josh Rectificatie House (14-4-0, M-1: 2-0-0) stopte zijn Kazachse tegenstander, Sergey Morozov (6-2-0, M-1: 3-2-0), in de eerste ronde.
Braziliaans bantamgewicht Diego “De trots” Davella (16-5-0, M-1: 1-0-0) won zijn M-1-debuut, verstikking Zalimbeg Omarov (7-2-1, M-1: 4-2-1) in een tweede ronde inzending op de Over Card.
Op de voorlopige kaart, Kurban ibragimov (6-2-0, M-1: 3-2-0) heeft mede-Russische zwaargewicht Denis Polekhin in de eerste ronde ingediend, Russische vedergewicht Alexey Nevzorov (12-2-0, M-1: 6-1-0) registreerde een tweede ronde TKO van Oekraïense Andrey “Ijzeren” Lezhnov (8-7-0, M-1: 3-3-0), Russische lichtgewicht Pavel Gordeav (4-0-0, M-1: 1-0-0) kruiste naar een overwinning in de tweede ronde door de onderdrukking van de Kirgizische Erlan Ulukbekov (2-1-0, M-1: 0-1-0), Russische weltergewicht Achmed-Khan Ozdoev (1-1-0, M-1: 1-1-0) stopte eerder ongeslagen Oekraïense Andrew Bilyk (4-1-0, M-1: 0-1-0), en Achmad-Khan Bokov (2-0-0, M-1: 2-0-0) ingediend Elmar Mamedov (2-1-0, M-1: 1-1-0) in de eerste ronde van een strijd tussen Russische vedergewichten.
