NEW YORK, NY – Oct 16, 2018 – Everlast Worldwide, the world’s leading manufacturer, marketer and licensor of boxing, MMA and fitness equipment and Protect Yourself at All Times (PYaAT) creator, Adrian Clark are partnering up to introduce the first ever PYaAT symposium.

In nearly all major sports there are player associations or governing bodies that control contracts, agent fees, health benefits, retirement plans and even regulates athlete representation. Boxing remains the only major sport without an organized association, nor a system to help the athletes within the business of the sport.

“Partnering with Everlast Worldwide to push the issue on educating the fighters and protecting them outside of the ring is a genius move. It will provide PYaAT a global platform and longer reach. Education is key, no matter where you’re from. We will make sure the knowledge is available for the fighters.” Clark stated.

PYaAT breaks the mold of the fighters beginning; and navigating their careers in the dark. The symposium will serve as a continuing education tool for fighters and their families. Along with the symposium, PYaAT will be providing exclusive merchandise and issuing a monthly newsletter with updated information in the boxing business.

Protect Yourself at All Times will also be included in Everlast most recent worldwide ad campaign, “Be First”. Clark will join the likes of Heavyweight champ, Deontay Wilder, Dustin Poirier and Mikaela Mayer as trailblazers; not afraid to go against the grain and be the first to do, or start something.

“Everlast’s Be First global ad campaign is committed to showcasing and supporting individuals that break ground and find unique ways to reach their goals.” said Chris Zoller, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Everlast. “Not only is Adrian blazing a new path for himself but for boxers everywhere. We are 100% behind him and what PYaAT does for the sport of boxing.”

Everlast and Adrian Clark have been collaborating on educating fighters on the business of boxing since 2016. The PYaAT Symposium will be a continuation of a multi-year partnership between Everlast and Clark which included a best-selling book, podcast and documentary.

Clark ended by saying, “Everlast has supported the entire PYaAT campaign from the beginning. Us taking our partnership to another level helps me reach my goal to educate as many fighters as possible, all over the globe. This is game-changing for fighters.”

Frank Galarza inks with AC Sports Management

Jr.Middleweight contender Frank Galarza, 17-2-2(11kos) has hired Adrian Clark of AC Sports Management, LLC to guide his career moving forward. Galarza is coming off of consecutive losses against current Jr. Middleweight champ, Jarrett Hurd and former Jr.Middleweight champ, Ishe Smith.

The 31 year old from Brooklyn, New York is hoping to get back on track and finish his career strong.

“I know that I have a lot of fight left in me. The past 2 years were tough but that’s the business for you. I am glad to have the right team behind me, now. Big things ahead,” said Galarza.

Galarza climbed to contender status with a limited amateur background. His 2014 knockout of then undefeated John Thompson gave attention to the hard punching Brooklynite who has 11 knockouts in 17 of his wins.

Adrian Clark of AC Sports will come in as Galarza’s primary representative but he will be joined by Frank’s former manager, AJ Galante as a special advisor.

“It wouldn’t be right if AJ was not involved. I reached out to AJ and told him that I wanted to work for Frank but he (Galante) had to be on board. I am excited to work with Notorious FG and AJ. This will be a great team effort”. Clark stated.

Clark did not specify a date of Galarza’s return but mentioned that he has been in contact with a few promoters interested in signing Galarza.

Jr.Middleweight prospect Daquan Arnett partners with AC Sports Management

Daquan Arnett (15-1, 9 KO’s) has hired Adrian Clark, owner of AC Sports Management, LLC as his primary representative. Arnett has been out of the ring for 15 month (and counting). He is counting on Clark to get the ball rolling and get his promising career on track.

“I know I am going to be world champion, its just a matter of when. Once an opportunity presents itself, I am going to take full advantage. Bringing on AC is a plus because of how young and ambitious he is. He works in the best interest of the fighters,” said Arnett
Clark, 30 of Dallas, Texas is known for his work with Jerry Belmontes, James de la Rosa, Will Tomlinson (Australia) and most recently, Willie Monroe Jr. He is also the author of the book, Protect Yourself at All Times: A Guide for Professional Boxers.
“Daquan is a world class fighter and a guy who understands the business of boxing. He will be in contention for something big by early next year. I am honored that he thought to hire me.”
Despite the lay-off, Daquan is still young (24 years old) and has stayed in the gym. He is now training in Dallas, TX with friend, Errol Spence Jr.
The fighting pride of Orlando (FL), Arnett was a decorated amateur and since turning pro in 2011, he has put together a solid resumè. In his last 8 fights, four of Arnett’s opponents were undefeated. The only loss of his career came in 2014 against Eddie Gomez.
Arnett is looking to make his return to the ring in April or May.

Dallas, TX (October 24, 2016) – 2016 has been a huge year for boxing manager, Adrian Clark. Along with being named one of Forbes magazines top 30 under 30 game-changers in sports, he also created the ‘Boxer-Manager Agreement’, which serves as a contract for the fighters to sign manager’s.   Protect Yourself at All Times: A Guide for Professional Boxers

Dallas, Texas………. Forbes 30 Under 30 (Sports) entrepreneur, author, and professional athlete representative Adrian Clark has announced the second book of his guide series, titled, Protect Yourself at All Times: A Guide for Professional Boxers.

In unprecedented fashion, Clark delivers this blueprint for professional boxers with 12 rounds (chapters) of concise recommendations to help boxers empower themselves and protect their careers. Also included are testimonials from more than 40 current and retired fighters about their experiences in the business.

“The book is just the beginning of what will become a movement to protect professional boxers outside the ring,” said Clark, who began representing fighters at 23 years old. “It is well overdue for someone to lead the charge and educate the fighters on the business side of things. Every fighter, and everyone closely connected to a fighter, should read this book.”

As a fighter advocate as well as a manager, Clark recently released the “Boxer-Manager Agreement,” a standard, legal document for boxers to contract the services of their manager or adviser. The ‘Boxer Manager Agreement’ can be downloaded on the AC Sports Management, LLC, website,www.ACsportsm.com.

To introduce the book, International Boxing Hall of Fame inductee and four division world champion Pernell “Sweet Pea” Whitaker and two-division world champion James “Buddy” McGirt will pair up for a third time. In this setting, the gloves are off and both fighters don their “writer” hat to tag-team the foreword for Clark’s book.

“Adrian’s heart is where it’s needed,” McGirt said. “Everyone says they are looking out for professional boxers, but he is showing (by example) that he really looks out for the fighters. Adrian and this book are great for the sport of boxing and for the athletes.”

Clark will have a video blog on the Everlast website beginning July 6th, with a 3 minute summary of each chapter of this book.

Boxing Manager and 2016 Forbes “30 Under 30” Honoree Adrian Clark Offers Manifesto to Help Fighters Clarify Roles

A Revolution in Boxer-Manager Relationships
DALLAS, TEXAS, February 11, 2015 – In an unprecedented move, boxing manager and owner of AC Sports Management, Adrian Clark, has issued a challenge to professional boxers all over the world in the form of a free legal document: The Boxer-Manager Agreement now allows professional fighters to contract the services of their managers.

Typically, in boxing, the manager has the boxer under contract for a minimum of three years. The Boxer-Manager Agreement clarifies the role and duties of the manager, giving both parties the opportunity to evaluate one another fairly and to ensure the boxer is in the executive position.

“I want guys to develop a mindset of a CEO,” Clark said, “because that’s what they are. They must understand what it is to be in a position of power and able to call shots and make tough executive decisions in their careers.”

Clark’s main concern is that many boxers may be working as if they are the subordinate, unlike other executives. “Name me one CEO that is under contract to his spokesperson, or to anyone he is paying” Clark said.

Clark, currently in his sixth year of boxing management, has been selected as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 (Sports) for 2016. He has just released his first book, titled “i: A Guide for Young Entrepreneurs,” available from Amazon.

“As a business owner, I do what makes sense in regards to business, Clark said. “I have been in the boxing business long enough to see that the common boxer-manager arrangement does not make sense. I’d like to think this document is a game-changer in the sport of boxing for the athletes. It is now up to the athletes to exercise this agreement and be in more control of their careers and who is representing them.”

The Boxer-Manager Agreement is available for download on Clark’s website (www.ACsportsm.com/manifesto.html), free of charge. Clark has recorded a video there encouraging fighters to download the document. He also urges them to further educate themselves on the business they are in.

A graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Clark currently manages seven clients, including former world title challenger Jerry Belmontes, former IBO World champion Will Tomlinson, and James de la Rosa, who has a March 12 showdown with David Lemieux in Montreal, Quebec. At age 25, Clark was certified by the National Basketball Players Association as a “Player Agent” (Sports Agent). Clark founded AC Sports Management, LLC, in 2012.

Boxing manager Adrian Clark releases mini documentary Adrian Clark: Before The Bell on Youtube

Dallas, TX (January 28, 2015)–Up and coming boxing manager Adrian Clark has released a mini documentary that chronicles a week in the life of his career as he leads up to a fight. The Documentary is titled Adrian Clark: Before The Bell

Clark of Dallas, Texas has quickly become one of the brightest young minds in the boxing industry and is coming off a stellar 2014 where he led fighters such as James De La Rosa to appearances on the Floyd Mayweather – Marcos Maidana II undercard where he defeated former world champion Alfredo Angulo as well as a December fight on HBO Boxing After Dark.
Another client, Jerry Belmontes fought WBC Lightweight champion Omar Figueroa on Showtime Championship Boxing in a bout where most people who viewed the fight thought Belmontes had won a decision to capture the belt but lost via split decision.
“It was an amazing experience doing a mini documentary. Although the focal point was myself, the fighters I work for get good exposure also. Name and face value are very essential when trying to market athletes so when you see me, you see my guys. When you see my guys, you see me even if we aren’t there in the physical form, we all represent each other. Watching the documentary forced me to stop and admire what I’ve done and what these athletes are doing,” said Clark
“In five years  & at  28 years old now, I’d like the believe I’ve done a pretty good job, especially working by myself with no backing. I sprung De la Rosa free from Don King, then got him 2 big fights on Showtime PPV and HBO. He made more money in 2 fights than his entire career combined. I negotiated a world title shot fight for Belmontes, earning him the most money in his career. I worked to get Ray Ximenez free from a bad promotional contract and active again, on his way to bigger fights. I signed an amazing prospect in Oscar Mojica who is a future champ at 118 lbs. and debuted a future star at 140 in Steve Belmontes. 2014 was an amazing year for AC Sports Management, LLC. Looking to capitalize in 2015.”
“There are a lot of amazing things going on in boxing right now. I’m young, up and coming and trying to maintain a respected name. I look to work and build healthy relationships with Banner Promotions, Roc Nation, Top Rank and local promoters. I have a fantastic relationship with Golden Boy and Main Events; I hope to maintain those strong bonds and make the best fights that include my guys.”
“Patience is key in the boxing business. One has to understanding that timing is everything and forced work isn’t the way. AJ Galante {who is probably the only other manager in his 20’s} and I understand that we are the young blood’s in the sport. In 5 or 10 years we’ll be the Al Haymon’s, Frank Espinoza’s and Cameron Dunkin’s… Big name guys and networks will look to work through us. We know that and we are constantly preparing and strategizing to carry on the amazing legacy of boxing in hopes of leaving a legacy of our own. Its pretty cool.”
