Undefeated Super Featherweight Signs With Rising Management Company on Pursuit of World Championship

DALLAS – May 28, 2025 - Undefeated rising super featherweight Dominique “Trapp” Francis has become the latest rising star to join forces with Fighters First Management, adding another exciting blue-chip contender to the company’s growing roster of talent.

The 24-year-old Francis (16-0, 10 KO) announced his contender status in his last outing, upsetting the previously undefeated Julio Carrera Lugo via a dominant fourth-round knockout last October. A native of Miami who represents his Haitian heritage in the ring, Francis is trained by renowned coach Derik Santos, along with his father Smith Francis, and will look to capitalize off the momentum from his most recent victory with the help of Fighters First.

Francis turned pro in 2019 following an impressive amateur career that included a championship-winning performance at the 2016 USA Junior Olympics and a run to the final of the 2017 USA Youth Open Tournament. Despite turning pro as a teenager, Francis delivered stoppages in six of his first seven outings and has since shown his ability to compete in the later rounds, winning 10-round decisions in August 2022 en juni 2023.

Having recently spent time in the gym working alongside boxing superstar Terence Crawford, Francis believes he is putting together the experience that will eventually help him reach his superstar potential.

With over a decade of experience in the sport helping to guide the careers of numerous fighters, including reigning WBO Welterweight World Champion Brian Norman Jr., Clark sees his course as an opportunity to improve the sport by efficiently delivering firsthand knowledge to aspiring boxing managers. Momenteel, state commissions require no previous knowledge verification to license boxing managers, a void that this certificate can help to close.

“For the last five years, my focal point has been to implement educational programs in the boxing business,” said Clark. “This course helps to develop boxing managers and further protects fighters from being taken advantage of contractually and/or financially. Frank Galarza inks with AC Sports Management

Jr.Middleweight contender Frank Galarza, 17-2-2(11kos) has hired Adrian Clark of AC Sports Management, LLC to guide his career moving forward. Galarza is coming off of consecutive losses against current Jr. Middleweight champ, Jarrett Hurd and former Jr.Middleweight champ, Ishe Smith.

De 31 year old from Brooklyn, New York is hoping to get back on track and finish his career strong.

“I know that I have a lot of fight left in me. The past 2 years were tough but that’s the business for you. I am glad to have the right team behind me, nu. Big things ahead,” Said Galarza.

Galarza climbed to contender status with a limited amateur background. His 2014 knockout of then undefeated John Thompson gave attention to the hard punching Brooklynite who has 11 knockouts in 17 of his wins.

Adrian Clark of AC Sports will come in as Galarza’s primary representative but he will be joined by Frank’s former manager, AJ Galante as a special advisor.

“It wouldn’t be right if AJ was not involved. I reached out to AJ and told him that I wanted to work for Frank but he (Galante) had to be on board. I am excited to work with Notorious FG and AJ. This will be a great team effort”. Clark stated.

Clark did not specify a date of Galarza’s return but mentioned that he has been in contact with a few promoters interested in signing Galarza.

Jr.Middleweight prospect Daquan Arnett partners with AC Sports Management

Daquan Arnett (15-1, 9 KO's) has hired Adrian Clark, owner of AC Sports Management, LLC as his primary representative. Arnett has been out of the ring for 15 month (and counting). He is counting on Clark to get the ball rolling and get his promising career on track.

“I know I am going to be world champion, its just a matter of when. Once an opportunity presents itself, I am going to take full advantage. Bringing on AC is a plus because of how young and ambitious he is. He works in the best interest of the fighters,” said Arnett

In unprecedented fashion, Clark delivers this blueprint for professional boxers with 12 rondes (chapters) of concise recommendations to help boxers empower themselves and protect their careers. A Revolution in Boxer-Manager Relationships
DALLAS, TEXAS, Februari 11, 2015 – In an unprecedented move, boxing manager and owner of AC Sports Management, Adrian Clark, has issued a challenge to professional boxers all over the world in the form of a free legal document: The Boxer-Manager Agreement now allows professional fighters to contract the services of their managers.

 

 

Typisch, in het boksen, the manager has the boxer under contract for a minimum of three years. The Boxer-Manager Agreement clarifies the role and duties of the manager, giving both parties the opportunity to evaluate one another fairly and to ensure the boxer is in the executive position.

 

“I want guys to develop a mindset of a CEO,” Clark said, “because that’s what they are. They must understand what it is to be in a position of power and able to call shots and make tough executive decisions in their careers.”

 

Clark’s main concern is that many boxers may be working as if they are the subordinate, unlike other executives. “Name me one CEO that is under contract to his spokesperson, or to anyone he is paying” Clark said.

 

Clark, currently in his sixth year of boxing management, has been selected as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 (Sport-) voor 2016. He has just released his first book, getiteld “ik: Een gids voor jonge ondernemers,” available from Amazon.
