MONTE CARLO, Mònaco (Abril 19, 2016)- La segona Associació Mundial de MMA anual (WMMAA) Se celebrarà el Campionat d'Àsia Maig 27-30 al Centre Cultural i Esportiu Hwasoon a la República de Corea del Sud.
El Campionat Asiàtic de MMA comptarà amb els millors lluitadors amateurs de MMA en sis classes de pes diferents.
“El Campionat Asiàtic de MMA d'enguany és una fita important per a la nostra associació,” President WMMAA Vadim Finkelchtein dit. “Ens esforcem per educar persones de cada país en què celebrem campionats regionals. Aquesta vegada no serà diferent amb més persones aprenent la bellesa de les arts marcials mixtes. També estem organitzant un seminari de jutges i àrbitres dins d'un procés de certificació. Esperem aquest esdeveniment i esperem que hi participin tants països asiàtics com sigui possible.”
Un jutge internacional’ se celebrarà el seminari Maig 24-27, certificar i acreditar els jutges. Només els jutges acreditats podran treballar durant els campionats asiàtics de MMA. Els partits preliminars i semifinals seran al maig 28, seguit dels partits de la final del campionat.
Es realitzaran els pesatges oficials i els sortejos de competicióMaig 27,
Congrés de la Divisió d'Àsia: Se celebrarà la Batalla dels Nòmades de la Divisió Asiàtica Pro WMMAA Maig 29.
La competició individual per equips es realitzarà d'acord amb el “Bases oficials del Concurs d'Arts Marcials Mixtes, subjecte a l'aprovació de la WMMAA. Incloses les revisions, addicions i aclariments de determinades clàusules. Els partits es disputaran d'acord amb el sistema olímpic amb dos tercers llocs en cadascuna de les sis divisions de pes.
La puntuació de l'equip s'atorga per la quantitat màxima de punts obtinguts pels membres individuals de l'equip sobre la base següent: 1st – 10, 2nd – 8, 3rd – 6, 4º – 5, 5º – 4, 6º – 3, 7º – 2, 8º – 1.
Tots els guanyadors individuals del primer lloc rebran cinturons i medalles especials de campionat, Els segon i tercer classificats rebran una medalla i un certificat. Els equips que acabin entre els tres primers de la classificació final rebran copes i certificats.

Lewiston’s Matt Denning is coming off the first loss of his professional career this past November against Jon Lemke (5-4). The bout will indeed be the professional debut for Harvey after an amateur career in which he went 5-1. He is the reigning NEF MMA Amateur Lightweight Champion, a title which he will now vacate as a professional. Harvey capped off his amateur stint with a highlight reel knockout over Ryan Dibartolomeo (4-4), a victory that solidified his position as the northeast region’s top-ranked amateur lightweight. Harvey is a member of Young’s MMA in Bangor, Maine. He recently signed a long-term NEF developmental deal.

 

“I’m feeling blessed to be a signed professional cage fighter,” va dir Harvey. “I’m one step closer to my goal and 23 d'abril I’ll take another. I’ve wanted a chance to fight ‘Ken Doll’ ever since I met him – he is just one of those guys. I’m thankful for the opportunity.”

ALBUQUERQUE, N.m. (Febrer 15, 2016) – La segona Associació Mundial de MMA anual (WMMAA) Pan-American Congress, recently held at The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce in Albuquerque, Nou Mèxic, was a major success by all standards.

“The Pan-American Movement”, as it was named, brought together sports, turisme, and education for a common goal with more than 12 participating countries.
The Congress provided a rare opportunity for the entire WMMAA Pan-American family to collaborate with special partnerships like The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce i The Mexico Consulate in Albuquerque, University of New Mexico Global Education Department. PANAM Members, representatives of National Federations, Commissions, Association and the Organizing Committee of the WMMAA Pan-American Championship (OCPC), as well as athletes, entrenadors, mitjans de comunicació, sponsors and other stakeholders to meet and discuss issues of importance to the entire MMA movement.
In his closing speech to the Congress, Pan-American Division President Tomas Yu paid tribute to the excellent collaboration between Pan-American members.
“If you asked me to sprawl a couple of times, I would most definitely need some nitro coffee from Villa Myriam before I run out of breath, followed by the guaranteed use of Sore No More,” Yu va dir. “But when it comes to fighting for our youth, for our MMA global goals – for cleaner competition, for a healthier, more peaceful and more flourishing SPORT – I will sprawl-jab-cross-kick like a champion. I will sprint the steepest trail in the Sandia Mountains. I will never stop until we raise our hands by victory. I am counting and exhorting all involved in the MMA industry to join us. We must go for the KO.”
Over the course of the three-day Congress and 13-day PANAM Camp, there were special guest such as Legacy Champion Damacio Page, former UFC champion Jon “Bones” Jones i Carlos Condit. Participants heard from many respected speakers such as Health Committee Director Curt Chavez from eVOLV Strong, Hector Molina, Director of PANAM Regulatory Committee and Director of PANAM Medical Committee, Dr. Justo Pavia. The congress had interesting discussions on the following themes: atletes, 2016 Expo MMA, structure of the “WMMAA Pan-American Movement”, global officials’ license and database, new era of Digital Sports Marketing Revolution, i la 2016 Pan-American Championships.

Each day was divided in two general sessions with a half-day devoted to Rules and Regulations discussions for PANAM. The plenary sessions were followed by three simultaneous breakout sessions on respective sub-themes.

All sessions were live-cast over the internet to allow the general public to hear discussions as it happened.
Two sessions began with presentations from a panel of speakers. The moderators of each panel were then responsible for the ensuing discussion period, which gave participants an opportunity to voice their opinions on issues. The main points from each session were carefully recorded by“ENLACE” – the new exclusive WMMAA correspondent program – to inform the Editorial Committee of the discussions at the end of each day. The final document reflected the main ideas to come out of the proceedings in Albuquerque, as well as information collected through the virtual WMMAA Pan-American Congress, allowing the WMMAA Pan-American family and public to submit written contributions.
The mission of the 2016 WMMAA Pan-American Congress was to bring together sports, tourism and education for a united front and review the status of the WMMAA PANAM Movement in today’s evolving global society. Information was gathered and opinions sought regarding its future, in addition to providing structure, guidance, proposals and recommendations to all constituents and other stakeholders of the WMMAA PANAM Movement for its structured showcase and harmonious development within the global youth community.
La 2016 WMMAA Pan-American Congress was a great success and has left the WMMAA Pan-American Movement with a blueprint for the future. It is now time, una vegada més, for the PANAM family to translate words into action: We are the Future of MMA!

GLOVER AND WILLIAMS TO FACE OFF FOR NEF GOLD

Prior to competing in MMA, Ryan Glover was a standout dual sport athlete at Mountain Valley High School in Rumford, Maine. A state champion wrestler, Glover made his biggest mark on the football field where he was named the “Football Player of the Year” by the Lewiston Sun Journal in 2010.

It’s going to be bittersweet to hold the belt at 205. I lost a close slugfest last June simply because I didn’t stick to our game plan. I dropped the ball that night and you can rest assured that’s not going to happen again. The dizzying debut was enough to earn the impressive young Williams a shot at NEF gold.

 

“This fight is just another step and he’s in the way,” stated Williams flatly when asked for comment.

NEF PER OBRIR 2016 AMB TARGETA DE LLUITA ESPECTACULAR

Lewiston, Maine (Gener 6, 2016) - Lluites de Nova Anglaterra (NEF), Número u de la promoció de lluita regional d'Amèrica, celebrarà el seu proper esdeveniment, “NEF 21: Els immortals” a Dissabte, Febrer 6, 2016 al Androscoggin Banc Coliseu a Lewiston, Maine. JASON Lachance: “Vaig ser beneït amb una gran oportunitat”

Lewiston, Maine (Novembre 16, 2015) - Lluites de Nova Anglaterra (NEF), Número u de la promoció de lluita regional d'Amèrica, celebrarà el seu proper esdeveniment, “NEF XX: Una història de violència” aquest Dissabte, Novembre 21, 2015 al Androscoggin Banc Coliseu a Lewiston, Maine. L'esdeveniment comptarà per primera vegada a Maine – mixta d'arts marcials (MMA) combats i combats de boxa professional en el mateix esdeveniment amb una gàbia de MMA i un ring de boxa muntats junts.
