SAN ANTONIO, TX (Décembre 1, 2018) – Last night at the Scottish Rite Theatre in San Antonio, TX, TMB & PRB Divertissement et Roy Jones Jr. Promotions de boxe, présenté, “Whose ‘0’ Will Go 2”, où Kendo Castaneda (15-0, 7 KOs) captured the NABA super lightweight title with a unanimous decision victory Gilbert Venegas Jr. (10-1, 6 KOs), handing him his first loss as a professional.

Local hero, Luey Villareal (4-0-1, 1 KO) captured the ABF middleweight title with a stunning TKO against Michael Klekotta (2-4, 1 KO). Villareal broke down Klekotta for the first three rounds before stopping him with a barrage of punches in the fourth round. The time was at the 1:20 marque.
4-Round Super Featherweight
18-sensation d'un an, Ricky médina (2-0, 2 KOs), scored a second-round KO over Jorge De Leon (0-5). Medina landed a powerful uppercut in the middle of round two, sending De Leon to the canvas. He then followed with a devastating right hook to the temple, knocking out De Leon at the 2:58 marque.

Xavier Wilson (9-0, 1 KO) remained undefeated with a unanimous decision victory against vs Gelacio Cruz (2-4-3, 1 KOs). Wilson used lateral movement to land his punches off angles.Scorecards read 40-36 deux fois et 39-36 for Wilson.

In a battle of middleweight prospects, Washington Luiz (1-0, 1 KO), who was making his pro debut, scored a fourth round TKO against David Godley (1-1). Luiz was circling to his right, landing accurate counter punches throughout the fight. SAN ANTONIO, TX (Septembre 9, 2018) – Hier soir TMB & PRB Divertissement présenté “Fight Night at the Scottish Rite 2” a ten-bout card that took place at the Scottish Rite Theatre in downtown San Antonio. In the six-round main event, local fighters, Gilbert Venegas et Armando Cardenas gave the fans a crowd-pleasing showdown.
Cardenas, who had the height and reach advantage, was doing his best to box from the outside, but was getting caught with overhand rights by Venegas. À la fin du deuxième tour, Venegas dropped Cardenas with a looping right hand. Cardenas wasn’t hurt to bad and came back strong in round three. Venegas then started landing pounding body shots, slowing down Cardenas’ comeback. Another overhand right by Venegas dropped Cardenas for the second time in round four. Venegas followed with a vicious left hook to the body that put Cardenas down once again in round three. Cardenas was badly hurt but made it to the final round. Both fighters went out with a blaze of glory as they went toe to toe in the last seconds of round six. 17-year old amateur standout Richard Medina made his highly anticipated pro debut. He made easy work of a game Johnathan Ewer. Medina’s speed and power was on display as he landed several combinations in the opening round, dropping Ewer twice. In the early rounds both fighters were landing solid blows to the head and body. A straight right hand from Wilson hurt Sanibanez toward the end of round two. Sanibanez recovered well and came back in round three, landing some nice hooks of his own to the head of Wilson. The fight was going back and forth as both fighters were giving the fans their money’s worth. Though both fighters had their moments, the fight ended in a Majority draw. Scorecards lus 58-56 for Wilson and 57-57 deux fois. The decision upset Sanibanez and he stormed out of the ring, leaving the photographers empty handed.
4-Round Middleweight Bout
Luis Villareal (3-0-1, 1 KOs) vaincu Stetson Horne (0-2)
In a close fight, Luis Villareal edged out Stetson Horne over four rounds. Villareal applied pressure from the opening bell, forcing Horne to box from the outside. Villareal was the busier fighter who landed the cleaner shots and won by unanimous decision. Scorecards lus 39-37 for Villareal.
4-Round Super Bantamweight Bout
Gregory Morales (5-0, 3 KO) vaincu Jorge De Leon (0-4)
San Antonio natif, Gregory Morales looking sensational in his bout with Jorge De Leon. Morales was landing hard power shots to the body and head right out the gate. A solid right hook dropped De Leon at the beginning of round two. After De Leon got up, Morales went for the kill and landed a flurry of punches, forcer l'arbitre à arrêter le combat à la 1:10 marque de la deuxième ronde.

Ramos landed more power shots throughout the fight and won by unanimous decision. Scorecards lus: 40-36 across the board for Ramos.
6-Round Bantamweight Bout
Victor Pasillas (13-0, 6 KOs) vaincu Manuel Rubalcava (4-29)
Fighting for the second time in 2018, Victor Pasillas dominated his opponent Manuel Rubalcava from the opening bell. The onslaught started when Pasillas, un gaucher, landed power shot after power shot in round one. A devastating right hook to the body by Pasillas sent Rubalcava to the canvas and ended the bout at the 1:55 marque de la deuxième ronde.

In a battle of local middleweights, Eddie Tigs and Patrick Clarke went the distance in a 4-round bout. Tigs was the boxer using lateral movement to pick his shots, while Clarke applied pressure landing power shots. Les deux combattants ont eu leurs moments, but the fight ended in a split draw. Scorecards lus 39-37 for Wilson and 38-38 deux fois.

A former New Jersey Golden Gloves champion from Paterson, Edwards fights out of Houston and is unbeaten since turning pro in 2013. The 26-year-old was busy in 2015 as he racked up five victories including a knockout over Marco Antonio Solis. Edwards has defeated previously unbeaten boxers John Delperdang and Azriel Paez in his last two fights. He takes on the unbeaten 23-year-old Cruz. Un pro depuis 2013, Cruz picked up a victory over Jerome Rodriguez in April of this year.
A 20-year-old rising prospect fighting out of Houston, Perez turned pro in April of last year with a first round stoppage of Deseante Armstrong. Perez would pick up four more victories in 2015 and has already won three times in 2016. His last outing saw him defeat previously once-beaten Adan Ortiz in his first six round bout and he will now take on the 27-year-old Molina out of Tlaxcala, Mexique.
Un 2012 Olympian for his native Dominican Republic, Castillo recorded a significant victory in April when he defeated previously unbeaten and highly regarded Kyrone Davis over eight rounds in April before dropping a decision to Justin DeLoach in June. Castillo turned pro in 2013 et a fait son U.S. débuts en décembre 2015 with victories over Eduardo Flores and Roland Nagy before his triumph in April. Now he will battle the 26-year-old Ovando fighting out of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexique.
