LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Décembre 11, 2017) – This past week, la “Livre-4-Pound” Gym, Las Vegas’ # 1 programme de boxe amateur, sent eight members to the2017 Championnats nationaux de la jeunesse d'élite de boxe des États-Unis & Junior Open. The Barrientes twins, Chavez et Angeboth qualified to represent Team USA in the Junior Division, by winning belts at the tournament. Pound-4-Pound Boxing Program sends Jordan Aguilar and Leslie Soto to EliteQualifier
LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Octobre 12, 2017) – On the week ofOctober 16th-21st, two of the rising stars of the“Livre-4-Pound”boxing gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jordanie Aguilar, 19 years-old fighting in the 108 lbs. division as well asLeslie Soto, 18 years-old in the 125 lbs, will compete at The Eastern Elite Qualifier and Regional Open Championships held at the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee for a national title.
The event will feature the very best fighters from across the United States and features many future stars of the division with Jordan Aguilar and Leslie Soto at the top of the list of the talent heading into next weekend’s event.
Jordanie Aguilar, a well-respected amateur, who has fought in numerous national competitions is looking to show his experience and poise as one of the favorites heading into the event.
Leslie Soto also a seasoned veteran will be looking to show why her aggressive style has drawn the attention of many who have seen her in the gym. Elle est actuellement classé #3 by USA Boxing.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Juillet 5, 2017) – After traveling overseas for the“Monkstown Dublin Box Cup 2017”, an international amateur boxing tournament in Ireland, Demler ZamoraIII du Pound-4-Pound Boxingprogram in Las Vegas, brought home a gold medal. En outre, Zamora was voted most outstanding boxer of the tournament, which hosted over 1,000 fighters from around the world.
“Demler Zamora III is a special talent and one of the best boxers in our program,” said Pound-4-Pound ownerRichard Barrientes. “Son père Demler II, who is his head coach, puts in a lot of work to make his son the fighter he is. He’s an amazing coach and he’s a big reason for the success of our program with is knowledge of the sport, in addition to his strength and conditioning workouts. For Demler to bring back a gold medal and the most outstanding boxer of the tournament, says a lot about the kid, son père, and our program. Our kids strive to be the best and their hard work shows when they come out victorious in these tournaments. I couldn’t be happier for the Zamora’s. They are a very hard-working family.”

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Juin 28, 2017) – Le programme de boxe Pound-4-Pound à Las Vegas, a eu une autre sortie réussie le week-end dernier au Roy Jones Jr. “Futures stars de la boxe” tournoi qui a eu lieu au Sam’s Town Casino de Las Vegas. Hors de 15 participants actifs, 11 rentré à la maison avec des ceintures de championnat.
“Notre programme a eu une autre projection fantastique le week-end dernier,” dit l'entraîneur Richard Barrientes. “Comme je l'ai toujours dit, il s’agit de développer l’estime de soi avec ces enfants. C'est un super groupe de haut en bas. Je suis très fier de notre équipe et nous attendons avec impatience le prochain tournoi. Notre objectif principal est de participer à autant de tournois que possible avant la fin de l'année.”

Tom, Tony et Rich interviewent un entraîneur de boxe prometteur à Vegas qui commence à faire de vraies vagues avec ses élèves amateurs et professionnels. Richard Barrientes fait évidemment un excellent travail avec ses étudiants, et nous devions savoir quel était son secret. Il pointe du doigt “cohérence” et “fondamentaux” comme base d'un grand combattant, et il met également beaucoup de travail chaque jour pour mettre sa livre de Las Vegas 4 Pound gym sur la scène mondiale d'une manière énorme. C'était une interview fantastique avec un homme qui se soucie manifestement profondément du sport et veut avoir un impact positif sur la société. Son travail acharné a porté ses fruits en lui donnant un groupe d'enfants qui pourraient devenir de futurs champions du monde dans leurs divisions respectives..
