The eagerly awaited bantamweight matchup between Gallagher and Mix has the potential to go down as one of the all-time great fights in BELLATOR history. It was originally due to take place in May at BELLATOR 258, but injury forced Gallagher out of the encounter. Ara, in front of what is guaranteed to be an electric Irish crowd, the “Strabanimal” will finally get his chance to silence Mix as he looks to earn the biggest win of his career to date.

Patchy Mix is currently the #2 ranked bantamweight and fights out of Extreme Couture in Las Vegas. Like Gallagher, Mix has made a name for himself in the BELLATOR cage by displaying impressive submissions, including the rare Suloev Stretch.

Mix said of his long-awaited matchup: “I’m going to walk into James’ home country and put him away in the first round.”

After a series of lively back-and-forth trash talk encounters and cancelled bouts due to injury, Queally and Pitbull finally met in the BELLATOR cage in May earlier this year, with the Irishman causing a huge upset, securing a hard-fought TKO victory due to a doctor’s stoppage following a cut Patricky sustained in the second round.

Queally, meanwhile, who trains alongside Gallagher out of Ireland’s famous Straight Blast Gym, will be looking to once again use the might of the home-crowd to help him secure a decisive win over his bitter rival, Pitbull.

“I can’t wait to get back out there again to settle this once and for all with Pitbull and really give the 3Arena crowd something special,” Queally said. “Patricky is such a perfect opponent, there has been so much that has gone on with me and him that I think the crowd will be even more invested than normal this time. Expect an all-out war – I’m going to beat him, and the lightweight belt is next.”

Freire – the older brother of BELLATOR lightweight champion Patrício – has competed professionally since 2005, earning a fearsome reputation as a knockout artist. Living up to the moniker “Pitbull,” Freire will be looking to even the score with Queally, silence the home crowd and get back to his winning ways.

“He knows he was getting beat up in the first fight,” said Pitbull. “He felt pain in his legs and body, I’m gonna make him feel even more pain now. The Irish fans are very loud and passionate, but when I knock him out, you will be able to hear a pin drop in that arena.”

The news of a return to Dublin rounds off a trio of BELLATOR MMA events confirmed on European soil in 2021, with the cage setting down in London on October 1 and Moscow on October 23 before heading to the Irish capital on November 5.

ALL OF ITALY GOES WILD FOR THEIR HERO ALESSIO SAKARA AFTER KNOCKOUT VICTORY

(Abril 15, 2016) – An electric, packed house was on hand Saturday night to bear witness to Bellator MMA’s inaugural international event, "Bellator 152: Pitbull vs. Souza," at Italy’s largest indoor arena, El Pala Alpitour. The venue, which housed several events during the 2006 Jocs Olímpics d’Hivern, provided an incredible atmosphere for the historic card.

Although the audience was raucous in support for Belluardo, they cheered with great appreciation for McKee’s performance and sportsmanship following his victory. During his fight against J.T. Donaldson at "Bellator 147: Thomson vs. Villaseca," McKee was cut above the eye, the sight of his own blood seemed to cause the 20-year-old to hit the turbo button. Similarly tonight, McKee was on the wrong side of an accidental low blow and after a short resting period, “Mercenary” came out swinging with a torrid pace, ultimately connecting with a left kick to the ribs of Belluardo that sent him falling to the mat. The referee gave him a moment to defend himself but McKee rained down an efficient flurry of ground and pound, earning the TKO at 2:44 of the very first frame. Sending a message to Scott Coker and the molt deep Bellator featherweight division that he means business, McKee said in his post-fight interview: “If you ain’t got the belt, I ain’t got my eye on you.”

A STAR IS BORN IN ANASTASIA YANKOVA

Nova York, Nova York, Abril 7, 2016 - Matt Mitrione, a former NFL defensive lineman and current Bellator MMA heavyweight will join Bellator MMA play-by-play announcer and The Voice of the Boston Celtics, Siguin Gran as the broadcast duo for Bellator’s inaugural kickboxing event, "Bellator Kickboxing: Torí"A la Dissabte, Abril 16 from the historic Pala Alpitour in Torino, Itàlia. KEVIN ROSS, RAYMOND DANIELS & DENISE KIELHOLTZ REBEIX OPOSENTS

SANTA MONICA, TAL COM. (Març 18, 2016) - L’innovador esdeveniment inaugural de Bellator Kickboxing, "Bellator Kickboxing: Torí," s'ha finalitzat amb els oponents durant Kevin Ross (30-9), Raymond Daniels (10-3) i Denise Kielholtz (43-2). Ross s’enfrontarà Matteo Taccini (24-3-1), mentre Daniels ho fa Francesco Moricca (15-2-1) i Kielholtz s’enfronta Veronica Vernocchi (31-6-1) a la històrica Pala Alpitour de Torí, Itàlia endavant Abril 16.

SANTA MONICA, CALIF. (Març 17, 2016) - Un combat pesat entre Donen "The Man" Charles (10-3) i Augusto Sakai (9-0) s'ha afegit a la targeta principal de "Bellator 155: Carvalho vs. Manhoef " al CenturyLink Sorra a Boise, Idaho al maig 20.

SANTA MONICA, TAL COM. (Març 15, 2016) - Bellator Kickboxing estrenarà mundial en poc més d’un mes Divendres, Abril 16 amb "Bellator Kickboxing: Torí ". L'esdeveniment s'emetrà a Amèrica el dia Abril 22 a 11:00 p.m. I/PT, immediatament després del"Bellator 153: Koreshkov vs. Henderson " esdeveniment a SPIKE. Avui la promoció es complau en anunciar les seves classes de pes oficials i el seu conjunt de regles.
