Atlantic City, NJ (Januari 30, 2017)–Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna looked sharp as he pitched a shutout, and won a 8-round unanimous decision over Eduardo Flores in front of a capacity crowd at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.
The fight was the 6th consecutive sellout crowd at the venue under the Rising Promotions banner.

LaManna used his length, and was effective with his jab as he set up solid body work with both hands and came upstairs to befuddle the 53-fight veteran.

LaManna settled into a groove in the middle rounds, and showed confidence in his punches. LaManna did a nice job mixing up his boxing and his willingness to trade on the inside, for which he got the better of the action on both accounts.
“I felt great being back in the ring. My last fight definitely taught me a lot about myself and what I could do, and I used it in this fight. This guy is tough man, I had him hurt quite a few times with both body and head shots but he somehow survived,” zei LaManna.
LaManna van Millville, New Jersey won by scores of 80-72 op alle kaarten en is nu 22-2. Flores of Quito, Ecuador falls to 25-25-3.

Michael Mitchell scored an upset by out-hustling Chuck Mussachio over 6-rounds of their light heavyweight bout, and gaining a majority decision victory.

Mitchell buckled and wobbled Mussachio, who was on the defensive throughout the contest. Mussachio was able to land an occasional jab and uppercut, but Mitchell swarmed the popular “Professor” as he was relentless in smothering and battering Mussachio against the ropes.

Mitchell van Paterson, New Jersey won by scores of 60-53, 58-56 and one card read even at 57-57.

Mitchell is 4-7-2. Mussachio of Wildwood, NJ is 19-4-2.

Gabriel Pham scored a sensational 2nd round stoppage over Jose Valderrama in a scheduled 6-round super middleweight bout.

Pham landed a perfect left that sent Valdrrama thudding to the canvas. Valderrama got up but the bout was waved off a 2:50.

Pham of Pleasantville, NJ is 7-1 met 3 knock-outs. Valderrama of Manati, PR is 5-18.

Yurik Mamedov remained perfect by stopping pro debuting Jose Jimenez in round two of their scheduled 4-round welterweight bout.

Mamedov scored 2 knockdowns in round two and the bout was stopped upon the 2nd knockdown at 2:59 van de tweede ronde.

Mamedov of Brooklyn, NY is 4-0 met 2 knock-outs.

Nahir Albright won a 4-round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Dan Murray in a junior welterweight bout.

Albright of Philadelphia won by scores of 40-36 op alle kaarten en is nu 1-1. Murray of Lanoka, Harbor, NJ is 1-1.

Weusi Johnson won a 4-round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Dallas Holden in a bantamweight bout.

Johnson of Wilmington, DE gewonnen door scores van 40-36 tweemaal en 39-37 en is nu 2-2. Holden of Atlantic City is 1-1.

Tomas Romain won a 4-round unanimous decision over Jamil Simmons in a lightweight bout.

Romani of Brooklyn won by scores of 39-37 op alle kaarten en is nu 1-1. Simmons of Pleasantville, NJ was making his pro debut.
Rising Promotions will stage it’s next event on Zaterdag, March 11th at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City. Former Cruiserweight world champion Imamu Mayfield will take part in the main event.

Atlantic City, NJ (Januari 26, 2017) -Local favorites Chuck “De Professor” Mussachio en Gabriel Pham will see action in separate bouts that will highlight an outstanding undercard deze zaterdag nacht bij The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.
De kaart, which is promoted by Rising Promotions will feature,Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna taking on Eduardo Flores un a junior middleweight bout scheduled for eight rounds.
Mussachio (19-3-2, 5 KO's) of Wildwood, NJ neemt Michael Mitchell (3-7-2, 1 KO) van Paterson, NJ in a light heavyweight bout, while Pham (6-1, 2 KO's) of Pleasantville, NJ-gevechten Jose Valderrama (5-17, 3 KO's) of Manati, Puerto Rico in a super middleweight bout.
Mussachio, who won a unanimous decision over Willis Lockett last May 27th. That nout was his first bout after a three-plus year off.
“I tried to get away from boxing, but something brought me back,” said Mussachio. “I am happy to be on a card back in Atlantic City.”
This will be Mussachio’s 17th fight in Atlantic City.
Pham is on the rebound following his loss to Christopher Brooker on Last July 9th in Trenton, New Jersey.
Like most fighters, Pham chalked up the loss to Brooker as a learning experience.
“Ik heb echt hard trainen. What I learned in the Brooker fight is that I always need to be in shape. The skills don’t leave you, but I need to stay in shape. I am just 27, so I need to take a nice slow progress. It is always nice to fight home. I don;t know much about Valderrama other then he is a journeyman and he won’t give up.”

Atlantic City, NJ (Januari 25, 2017) – Deze zaterdag nacht bij The Claridge Hotel,Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna will take on battle tested Eduardo Flores in a junior middleweight bout that will headline an eight-bout card.
The card is promoted by Rising Promotions
LaManna van Millville, New Jersey heeft een record van 21-2 met 9 knock-outs, and wants to avenge his September 15th defeat to Dusty Hernandez Harrison. But first he must get past the 52 fight veteran Flores.
“Flores has been in with numerous world champions,” said LaManna of Flores, who has competed with the likes of Kermit Cintron Carlos Baldomir and Diego Chaves. “He is a rugged veteran, and has only been stopped a handful of times, and the last time that happened, he was fighting a middleweight. He will come to fight. I am looking to one-up all the champions that he has fought.”
To do that, LaManna is looking to take a relaxed approach, and he is not going into the fight looking for a knockout.
“I believe in my boxing skills, ring generalship and I will get the job done. I plan a smart 8 rondes van het boksen. It will be exciting because it will be packed inside The Claridge. I am looking to get this win and get back to a rematch with Dusty. Even though this fight is at junior middleweight, I am a welterweight, and I want that rematch.”
“I had an amazing training camp. The loss to Harrison made me hungrier, and that has motivated me even more than before.”
This will be LaManna’s fourth appearance at the Claridge. This will be ths 6th sold-out show and LaManna’s relationship with the hotel is helping a rebirth of boxing in Atlantic City.

The bout will headline a card promoted by Rising Promotions.
CEO of Rising Promotions Debra LaManna stated, “We are starting 2017 with a tremendous card and we plan on only doing bigger and better things for boxing this year.”

After suffering his first professional defeat to undefeated middleweight prospect Antoine Douglas, LaManna ripped off five consecutive victories that was highlighted by by a 4th round stoppage over Kendal Mena (20-3).
“I’m looking forward to displaying my boxing skills against this rugged veteran,” said LaManna He’s been in the ring with a lot of good fighters and former world champions, but never been in there with me. I feel my height, youth and size will play a big role in this fight but it’s all about making adjustments and fighting the smartest fight possible to get the win.”

It’s like my adopted home in Atlantic City and the whole staff over there have been nothing but great to me and my Rising Star Promotions crew,” zei LaManna. “My last fight with Dusty was a rough one for me, I feel I was robbed of a decision win or at least a draw. I took some time off, enjoyed time with family and friends but I’ve been training for the passed 2 months and camp has been going really well.”
“This is my second fight with new trainer Ray McCline and we expect to put on a show come January 28th.”
“I’m looking for big fights in 2017, possibly another title fight and TV exposure but my main focus is on January 28th.”

LaManna stopt Mena in vier voor uitverkochte menigte bij Claridge in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Maart 21, 2016)–Het afgelopen Zaterdag nacht, weltergewicht contender, Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna thrilled a sold-out crowd at The Claridge in Atlantic City when he scored fourth round stoppage over Kendal Mena that highlighted a action-packed nine bout card.
De kaart werd gepromoot door Rising Promoties en Vincent M. Ponte Gulfstream Promotions.
Met alle stoelen bezet, fans waren vastgelopen op de muren en ze genoten van de prestaties LaManna's, die werd actie gevulde vanaf de opening bel.
LaManna used hard right hands to continuously rock Mena. In ronde één, LaManna zette de toon door knik Mena met één van die rechten.
LaManna werd zitten op zijn stoten tot het punt waar hij stuurde Mena's mondstuk vuren uit oh zijn mond een paar keer en uiteindelijk in ronde drie, scheidsrechter David Fanciosi moest een punt van Mena aftrekken. LaManna continued to rock Mena with hard shots and had him wobbled throughout round four. LaManna had Mena on the ropes and one more hard right hand pummeled into Mena and Franciosi stopped the bout at 2:23 van de vierde ronde.
LaManna van Millville, NJ is 20-1 met acht knockouts. Mena of San Cristobal, Dominicaanse Republiek is 20-4.

It looked like referee Mary Glover was stepping in to stop the fight, maar ze net gescheiden van de strijders. Seldon got the best of the action over the game Mitchell and came home with the victory to the tune of 58-56 alle kaarten.
Dan Pasciolla (7-1-1) won de Tri-State zwaargewicht titel met een shutout zes ronde unaniem besluit over comebacking voormalige IBF Cruiserweight kampioen Imamu Mayfield (25-10-2)
Scores waren 60-54 alle kaarten.
Populaire Long Island weltergewicht Tommy Rainone (25-7-1) maakte zijn debuut boardwalk een succes als hij scoorde een hard bevochten unaniem besluit over Maurice Chalmers (14-13-1) in een acht-ronde Bout. Rainone used effective punching to open up a cut over Chalmers left eye in round two. Chalmers tried to make the fight, maar Rainone gebruikt effectieve counters en gewonnen door scores van 79-73 alle kaarten.
Daryl Bunting (1-0-1) begon de kaart af met een vier-round unaniem besluit over Darryl Watkins (0-3) in een super middengewicht bout.
Bunting winnen door scores van 40-36 tweemaal en 40-35.
Omar Brito (3-2, 2 KO's) scoorde een explosieve one-punch knock-out over Bienvenido Diaz (2-2) in a scheduled four-round super featherweight bout.

Morgan was bleeding from his nose in round three. The two fought a spirited affair with Vermall winning by scores of 40-36 tweemaal en 39-37.

Hakim Bryant (6-0) bleef perfect met een zes-round unaniem besluit over Rick Graham in een middengewicht bout.
Bryant (6-0) domineerde de actie, en liet Graham in ronde zes van een vlaag op de touwen en gewonnen door scores van 60-51, 60-52 en 60-53.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Maart 18, 2016)–MORGEN NACHT bij The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City,super middengewicht Isiah Seldon returns to the ring after a 33-month layoff when he challenges Michael Mitchell as part of an 11-bout card that is promoted by Rising Promotions and Vincent M. Ponte Gulfstream Promotions.
In het main event, Thomas LaManna neemt Kendal Mena in a eight round welterweight bout.
Seldon is eager to be back in the ring after much soul searching over the past two-plus years.
“I have been working a job and staying in the gym. I have been keeping sharp but I just needed to get my life in order, ” zei Seldon. “We have been looking for the right fight. I was offered some good financial opportunities in Russia, but I want to do this the right way. I am not in this for the money.”
Seldon feels at age 27, the time is now to concentrate on in his ring career.
“Ik word er niet jonger op, and when I got the call from Rising Promotions and they offered me the right fight, I jumped at it.”
When asked about the veteran Mitchell, Seldon really doesn’t know alot.
“I don’t know much. I saw a couple video snippets of him and I see a tough guys who comes forward. It should be a good fight. I trained very hard for this and I am ready.”
When asked what he sees in the next few years, Seldon, believes that with Rising Promotions looking to do stage multiple fight cards on the boardwalk property, he sees an active 2016.
“I am looking at two or three more fights this year. Rising Promotions said I could be on their cards going forward. I am just trying to stay busy. Ik ben 27 years-old and it is time to go. The Beast Mode is turned on and I am excited to show a new Isiah Seldon. Before I was just a brawler but in the time off, I have developed my boxing skills and I am a much better fighter.”
In an eight-round welterweight bout, Tommy Rainone (24-7-1, 5 KO's) van Long Island, NY gevechten Maurice Chalmers (14-12-1, 8 KO's) van Lynchburg, VA.

Former cruiserweight world champion Imamu Mayfield (25-9-2, 18 KO's) van Perth Amboy, NJ returns to the ring after an eight year absence when he takes on Dan Pasciolla (6-1-1) van Brick, NJ in a heavyweight bout for the Garden State Heavyweight title.

Quian Davis (1-0-1, 1 KO) of Mays Landing, NJ-gevechten Corey Morley (0-1-1) of Philadelphia in a Heavyweight bout.
Omar Brito (2-2, 1 KO) of Pleasantville, NJ zal vechten Welkom Diaz (2-1, 2 KO's) van Prospect Park, NJ in a super featherweight fight.
Alvin Vermall (7-0-1, 7 KO's) of La Place, LA will take on D'Quan Morgan (3-2-1, 3 KO's) of Hamlet, NC in a cruiserweight tilt.

Parsippany, New Jersey (November 27, 2015) – Op vrijdag nacht, December 11, GH3 Promotions zal een uitstekende nacht van professioneel boksen presenteren op de Parsippany PAL in Parsippany, New Jersey.

In het main event, opwindende Light Heavyweight, Jerry “The Kings Son” Odom zal op zich te nemen Michael Mitchell in een gevecht gepland voor 8-rondes.
Odom van Bowie, Maryland heeft een record van 13-2, met 12 knock-outs.
De 22 jarige Odom won zijn eerste twaalf aanvallen, die werd benadrukt door een spannende 7e ronde onderbreking meer dan eerder ongeslagen Vilier Quinonez juli 25, 2014. Odom herstelde van zijn eerste nederlaag, dat was een omstreden diskwalificatie Andrew Hernandez om comeback en Hernandez vernietigen in de eerste ronde van hun maart 13, 2015 rematch. Mitchell heeft te kampen gehad vijf ongeslagen strijders die zijn laatste gevecht omvat toen hij verloor een besluit tot Meng Fanlong september 26 in Beach Haven, NJ

In de 6-round co-feature, Ian Green (8-0,6 KO's) van Paterson, New Jersey zal kijken om te blijven ongeslagen in een 6-round middengewicht periode tegen Jamie Campbell (11-10, 8 KO's) Londen, Engeland.
Groen, die was een top amateur vooruitzicht heeft gekeken groot als hij zijn professionele carrière is begonnen feilloos. Hij komt uit de 1e ronde onderbreking meer dan Travis Dickinson op 14 november in Springfield, VA.
Campbell won zijn eerste tien wedstrijden. Hij heeft wereldkampioenen Danny Jacobs geconfronteerd, Anthony Dirrell en Hall of Famer, Virgil Hill.
In zijn laatste gevecht, Campbell werd gestopt in 2 rondes van Mike Gavronski op 13 oktober in Shelton, Washington.
