Las Vegas (Novembre 28, 2018) – After another successful event this past May over the Cinco de Mayo weekend, Box Fan Expo organizers are excited to announce the fourth annual Box Fan Expo, returning once again at the Las Vegas Convention Center su May 5th, 2018.

Over the traditional and special Cinco de Mayo weekend which saw Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez battle with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., at the T-Mobile stadium in Las Vegas in 2017, the Box Fan Expo also took place, opening its doors to boxing fans from all over the world.
From Las Vegas, the boxing mecca of the world, enthusiastic fans from all over were able to meet and greet some of their favourite fighters, sia passato e presente. In addition to meeting their favourite fighters fans were also able to meet with the people behind such amazing organizations like Premier Boxing Champions, Promozioni Mayweather, World Boxing Council, World Boxing Association, Supreme Boxing, The Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame, Feroz Fight Factory, Kronk Boxing, The American Boxing Association and many others.
The lucky fans who stayed throughout the full event had quite a treat with a special appearance by Floyd Mayweather Jr. who took time out of his busy schedule to honour the Box Fan Expo with an impromptu appearance towards the end of the show to support the Mayweather Promotions Team.
To Brandon Rios doing face-offs with fans to Shawn Porter, Marcos Maidana, Tommy Hearns, Fernando Vargas, Badou Jack, Jorge Linares, Jessie Vargas, Joel Casamayor, Kevin Kelley, Ishe Smith, Kevin Newman, Sharif Bogere, Neno Rodriguez, Mia St. Giovanni, Christy Martin, Jelena Mrdjenovich, Gesù Cuellar, sticking around to take care of each and every one of their fans — the Box Fan Expo truly delivered the ultimate fan experience event that they’re known for.

Hall of Fame Broadcaster Al Bernstein did an incredible job conducting interviews on the main stage with boxing celebrities for fans to enjoy.
Our house dj, DJ Todd, kept the music flowing, along with our Ring Card Girls — Rosa, Rochelle, Starr, Karla, and Shayla — who entertained, interacted and took pictures with all the fans.
Throughout the next several months leading up to the event, there will be updates and info on the many stars that will commit their appearance at the Box Fan Expo in 2018.

LAS VEGAS, NV (Novembre 20, 2017) – Lo scorso Sabato Boxing Prince Ranch super-lightweight prospect, Blair “The Flair” Cobbs (7-0, 6 KO), remained undefeated with a dominating performance against Ousmane Sylla (1-3-1, 1 KO), Segnare un 4th turno TKO. The scheduled 6-round bout took place at the at the Fitzgerald’s Casino & Hotel in Tunica, Mississippi.
“Dalla campana di apertura, Cobbs applied a tremendous amount pressure as he walked down Sylla, forcing him to fight going backwards. Cobbs was digging to the body with vicious intent. Cobbs continued to overwhelm Sylla with an all-out attack, landing multiple power shots to the head and body in rounds two and three. Finalmente, Cobbs landed another solid right hook to the head forcing the referee to stop the bout in the fourth round, giving him the TKO victory.
“Going into this fight I felt I had to get the knockout,” said Blair Cobbs. “I did exactly that by applying a lot of pressure and going to the body. After round three I knew he was wearing down, and that’s when I went for the knockout. Everything went great…now it’s time to get back in the gym and continue grinding.”

The 39-year-old Smith (29-8, 12 KO) won his world championship with a majority decision over Cornelius Bundrage on Feb. 23, 2013 to become the first Las Vegas-native to win a world title. He has also challenged top fighters such as Erislandy Lara and Daniel Jacobs and most recently defeated Tommy Rainone and Frank Galarza in his last two bouts.
“I took this fight just like I’ve taken every tough fight over the years,” ha detto Smith. “I constantly challenge myself to the best and I believe Julian Williams is one of the best in the division. If you look at my resume, all I’ve done is fight the best guys, in their prime, so this is nothing new to me. I’ve reached the point where I’ve seen it all. This fight will get me exactly where I need to be, closer to a world title shot.”
Williams (23-1-1, 15 KO), one of the top young contenders in the 154-pound division, is working his way back into title contention by taking on a tough former world champion in Smith. The 27-year-old Williams of Philadelphia suffered a KO loss to Jermall Charlo in his first title shot in 2016 and returned to the ring with a TKO victory over Joshua Conley in his last fight on Giugno 30.
“We’ve been working hard for months and I’m ready to get back in the ring,” ha detto Williams. “I could fight domani. I know this is an important fight for my career. Ishe is a veteran and he is going to bring his ‘A’ game to try to prove he’s still got it. I’m not going to give him that opportunity. I will be victorious and show that I’m ready to fight the best in the world.”
Lionell Thompson (18-4, 11 KO) is on the trail of a 175-pound world championship and he hasn’t taken the easy road, having challenge the likes of Sergey Kovalev and Radivoje Kalajdzic in his pro career. The 32-year-old out of Buffalo, N.Y.. is coming off a knockout victory over Steve Lovett in his last fight on Febbraio. 24. The last time he fought at the Cosmopolitan, he defeated Donovan George by unanimous decision on Sept. 16, 2016.
Unbeaten prospect Earl Newman (10-0-1, 7 KO) will be taking a big step forward in taking on his toughest competition to date in Thompson. The 26-year-old Brooklyn-native is coming off a split draw against Paul Parker on Sette. 19 after winning his first 10 lotte pro.
La 2012 Olympic Silver medalist from Mongoloa, Tugstsogt Nyambayar (8-0, 8 KO) now fights out of Carson, California. The 25-year-old turned pro in March of 2015 with a first round knockout of Gabriel Braxton. Da allora, Nyambayar has stopped every opponent in his path, including most recently scoring a 10thround TKO over Jhon Gemino in February.
The unbeaten 19-year-old prospect Xavier Martinez (9-0, 5 KO) will face his toughest test as a pro when he enters the ring on Novembre 18. Representing Sacramento, Martinez has scored two victories in 2017 having stopped Jesus Aguinaga in September after earning a decision over then unbeaten Prince Smalls in June.

Pound-4-Pound Boxing Program sends Jordan Aguilar and Leslie Soto to Elite Qualifier
LAS VEGAS, NV (Ottobre 12, 2017) – On the week of October 16th-21st, two of the rising stars of the “Pound-4-Pound” boxing gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jordan Aguilar, 19 years-old fighting in the 108 lbs. division as well as Leslie Soto, 18 years-old in the 125 lbs, will compete at The Eastern Elite Qualifier and Regional Open Championships held at the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee for a national title.
The event will feature the very best fighters from across the United States and features many future stars of the division with Jordan Aguilar and Leslie Soto at the top of the list of the talent heading into next weekend’s event.
Jordan Aguilar, a well-respected amateur, who has fought in numerous national competitions is looking to show his experience and poise as one of the favorites heading into the event.
Leslie Soto also a seasoned veteran will be looking to show why her aggressive style has drawn the attention of many who have seen her in the gym. Lei è attualmente classificato #3 by USA Boxing.

Unbeaten Super-Flyweight Prospect DAMIEN “SUGAR” VASQUEZ Returns to the Ring October, 14 in Messico

LAS VEGAS, NV (Settembre 24, 2017) – Unbeaten super-flyweight prospect, Damien “Zucchero” Vazquez (11-0, 6 KO), makes his return to the ring on Ottobre 14, 2017, at the Palenque de la Feria in Aguascalientes, Messico. Questa lotta, scheduled for 8-rounds, will mark the third time this year that Vazquez will have stepped in the ring, as he looks to extend on is winning streak. An opponent will be announced shortly.
“It’s a good feeling knowing that I’ll be back in the ring after I just fought a few weeks ago.” said Vazquez. “My last fight happened on August 31st e mi sento benissimo. Camp has started and I’m going to be ready for anyone my management team puts in front of me. I’m going to Mexico once again to mark my territory. I love fighting out there because the crowds are very rowdy. Make no mistakes about it, I’m taking the super-flyweight division by storm.”
Co-trained by former world champion, Clarence “Bones” Adams, Damien Vazquez is the younger brother of former two-time super-bantamweight world champion, Israel Vazquez, who also serves as his co-trainer. Bones and Israel train Vazquez at the Principe Ranch Boxing gym in Las Vegas. Boxing Prince Ranch Greg Hannley, co-manages Damien with his father, Oscar Vazquez. Damien has his own promotional company titled Promozioni zucchero.
“I’m very proud of my son and what he’s accomplished thus far in his career.” said Oscar Vazquez. “He became the youngest fighter to win the NABF title at 17-years old, after turning pro at age 16. We flew in Jonathan Lecona, a natural super-bantamweight out of Mexico, to help Damien get used to fighting bigger guys. He’s looking real sharp, and he’s going to be explosive in this fight.”

We cover a wide range of issues and catch up on what he’s been up to as a first class MMA trainer in Las Vegas. Tom, Tony and Rich also discuss the abhorrent judging of Adelaide Byrd, who scored the Canelo Alvarez vs. Gennady Golovkin fight 118-110 in favor of Canelo, who by most accounts lost a close fight at best. Additionally we touch on Ana Julaton’s transition from boxing to MMA, Conor McGregor’s upcoming appearance before congress, and former heavyweight champion boxer Michael Moorer’s new job punching out looters in Florida.

Martedì 7.1 magnitude quake killed at least 230 people in total, including at least 21 children and five adults at a primary school which collapsed in Mexico City.

He has four billion dollars of investments ready to promote education, health and other great challenges, and has recently announced an additional six-billion-dollar investment in several programs, including his Telmex Foundation.
Newly crowned WBC Super Middleweight Champion David Benavidez will be at the fight to support this endeavor and be part of the PBC broadcast team, together with announcer Ray Flores and former world champion Robert “The Ghost” Guerriero.

IBF #9 and WBO #14 Martin faces the stiffest test of his young professional career in WBC #8 Rosso, who earlier this year knocked out WBC No. 1 contendente Dante Jordon nel quinto round.
Three undefeated prospects will be showcased in the three preliminary bouts that will be streamed live on Ringtv.com. LAS VEGAS, NV (Settembre 1, 2017) – Unbeaten super-middleweight contender (WBA #7 e IBF #11), Caleb “dolci mani” Impianto (15-0, 10 KO), was a big hit at theSunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas yesterday as he visited kids dealing with medical conditions. The visit was in honor of his daughter Alia, who passed away from an unknown medical condition at 19-months old, back in January of 2015. Shoe Palace,Ringside, World Boxing Council (WBC), Premier Boxing Champions (PBC), eOrario Dello Spettacolo all donated gifts that put smiles on all the kids faces.
“It was a great day for me to be visiting these kids in the hospital.” ha detto Caleb Impianto, “Seeing all the smiles on their faces made me feel good inside. My daughter Alia and her spirit lives on and I know she’s up in heaven smiling down on me. I’m going to be making this an annual event. I want to thank the WBC, Shoe Palace, Ringside, Showtime and PBC for the gifts they donated. I also want to thank the folks at Sunrise Children’s Hospital for giving me the opportunity to visit the kids. I’m very thankful to everyone who was involved.”
