DAMIEN “SUGAR” VAZQUEZ WANTS TO LOCK HORNS WITH ROMAN “CHOCOLATITO” GONZALEZ

LAS VEGAS, NV (Luglio 18, 2018) – Undefeated Las Vegas native, 21-anni Damien “Zucchero” Vazquez (14-0, 7 KO), wants to get in the ring with Romano “Chocolatito” Gonzalez (46-2, 38 KO), when he makes his return to the ring, rumored to be on the undercard of Canelo vs. GGG settembre 15, 2018.

 

 

 

Vazquez is the younger brother of former three-time super bantamweight world champion, Israel Vázquez. He’s been making noise in the lower weight classes since he captured the NABF Junior Flyweight Title as a teenager, all'età 17. AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Aprile 30, 2018) – This past Saturday, Promozioni zucchero presented “FERIA de CAMPEONES”, an eleven bout card from Aguascalientes, Messico. Nell'evento principale da 12 round, super medi Bruno Sandoval (20-2-1, 16 KO), who recently signed with Sugar Promotions, picked up a first round TKO over Devis Caceres (28-9-3, 19 KO) capturing the WBC Latino Silver Super Middleweight title in the process. The co-main event saw Damien “Zucchero” Vazquez (14-0, 7 KO) pick up a ten round unanimous decision win over Luis Golindano (9-1, 6 KO). The fight was close in the beginning as the two unbeaten fighters showed that neither wanted to taste defeat, but Vasquez began to pull away with his superior boxing skill as he claimed the WBC Youth super flyweight world title. Maryan Salazar (8-2) picked up a unanimous decision over Joselyn Casilla Martinez (4-3-1) to capture the WBC Fecombox light flyweight title. Salazar dominated this bout from start to finish to claim the title. Scorecards leggere 98-92, 98-91, 99-91 all in favor of Salazar.

HUMBERTO VELAZCO IN TROUBLE WITH GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO FOR PULLING OUT OF FIGHT

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Aprile 30, 2018) – Prospetto super medi, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 13 KO), who is promoted by Promozioni zucchero, is taking heat from the Government of Mexico for pulling out of his scheduled fight with Devis Caceres (24-8, 19 KO), that was supposed to take place this past Saturday in Aguascalientes, MX.

 

 

 

Velazco was set to face Devis Caceres (24-8, 19 KO) for the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight Title at the “Feria de Campeones” card promoted by Sugar Promotions, but pulled out at the last minute, putting the entire card in jeopardy.

 

 

 

“We have programs here in Mexico that are funded by the government of Mexico in Aguascalientes,” suddetto Dr. Lorenzo Soboranes Maya, director of Latino public relations for Sugar Promotions in Mexico. “One of which was this weekend’s “Feria de Campeones” boxing event that took place at the Plaza de Toros San Marcos arena. After signing the contract, Velazco pulled out of the fight, leaving everyone involved scrambling for a replacement. This kind of conduct will not be tolerated, and legal action will be addressed. Velazco will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law, and he is not welcome to fight in this city ever again.”

 

 

 

“As Velazco’s promoter, I did everything on my end to get him a shot at the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight Title,” suddetto Oscar Vazquez, CEO of Sugar Promotions. “We came to an agreement on what his purse would be, he signed the contract, and then pulled out of the fight in the final days leading up to the fight. I have Velazco under contract. The first event titled, “Feria de Campeones”, will take place at the world-famous Plaza de Toros San Marcos in Aguascalientes, MX, aprile 28, 2018, during the “Feria de San Marcos” festival. The government of Mexico will produce all Sugar Promotions’ boxing events in Aguascalientes, and provide a satellite signal to (SVN), who will distribute the content to its network in the U.S.

 

 

 

 

The main event will showcase local hero, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 13 KO), who will fight for the vacant WBC Argento Super Middleweight title. HUMBERTO “TITO” VELAZCO SCORES SENSATIONAL KNOCKOUT IN EL PASO, TX

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Febbraio 19, 2018) – Lo scorso Sabato, al Don Haskins Center di El Paso, TX, Promozioni zucchero light-heavyweight prospect, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 14 KO), scored the knockout of the night, contro Thomas “Top Dog” Williams Jr. (20-4, 14 KO).
Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, Messico, rallied from an early first round knockdown, which was more of an off-balance circumstance. Velazco wasn’t hurt and evened the score in the second round with his own knockdown, catching Williams with a short right to the face, a punch he didn’t see coming. Williams survived the round but was walking on wobbly legs. Now in a rhythm, Velazco’s timing was on point as he sent Williams to the deck for the second time in round three, this time hurting him badly with combination of punches. Williams survived once again only to be stopped in round four when Velazco, a heavy-handed southpaw, blasted him with a straight left, forcing the referee to stop the bout at the 1:37 contrassegno.

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Dicembre 11, 2017) – Principe Ranch Boxing is happy to announce the signing of super-middleweight Humberto Torres (18-1-1, 12 KO) and undefeated female bantamweight Cristina Mora (6-0-2, 4 KO), who both hail from Aguascalientes, Messico. The duo also signed promotional agreements with Damien Vazquez’ Promozioni zucchero.

LAS VEGAS, NV (Novembre 2, 2017) – Boxing Prince Ranch (PRB) combattenti imbattuti, super-flyweight Damien “Zucchero” Vazquez (12-0, 6 KO), super-featherweight Edwing Davila (16-0, 9 KO), piuma Isaac Avelar (13-0, 8 KO), piuma Victor Pasillas (11-0, 4 KO), super-leggero Blair Cobbs (7-0, 4 KO), and light-heavyweight Kye Brooks (1-0, 1 KO), all make their way back to the ring on Dicembre 2, 2017, alla Palenque de la Feria in Aguascalientes, Messico. Sugar Promotions LLC, will promote the 8-fight card titled “Nuovo sangue”, with Issac “Canelito” Avelar fighting for the WBC Fecombox Featherweight title in the 10-round main-event. Damien “Zucchero” Vazquez will be fighting in the 8-round co-main event. All fighters will have opponents TBA.

At some point, we will take our fighters to the States as well. This is the second of many shows. We plan coming back once a month and it starts December 2nd.”
