FRESNO – desembre 3, 2018 – Combate Americas ha anunciat avui dos canvis a l'alineació pel seu tan esperat, esdeveniment més gran de l'any – la “COPA COMBATE” d'una nit, de vuit homes, $100,000 Gran Premi Arts Marcials Mixtes (MMA) pes ploma (145 lliura) enfrontament, així com els parèntesis del torneig per a l'esdeveniment que tindrà lloc divendres al Save Mart Center, Desembre. 7.

 

La segona extravagància anual "COPA COMBATE" s'emet en directe íntegrament en anglès als EUA. i Canadà a DAZN (9 p.m. ET / 6 pm. PT), i en directe per televisió en castellà als EUA. tant a Univision (12 a.m. ET / PT) i Univision Deportes Network (UDN) (12 a.m. I / 21 h. PT).

 

Originalment previst per a l'acció en un combat alternatiu de torneig anunciat anteriorment, 26-anys d'edat Joey “El Cazador” Ruquet (6-1), lluitant fora de Las Vegas, Nevada, EUA i representant a Puerto Rico, ha entrat al quadre principal del torneig de vuit jugadors on substituirà l'Uruguai San(7-2, 2 NC), que s'ha vist obligat a retirar-se del torneig a causa d'una infecció per estafilococs.

 

Addicionalment, Formatge Daniel “El Gallego”. (14-6) representarà Espanya en lloc de l'anunciat anteriorment Zebenzui "The Rock Boy" Ruiz (7-2), després que Ruiz no pogués obtenir un visat per entrar als EUA.

 

El Requeijo, de 34 anys, que prové de Las Palmas d'Espanya, Illes Canàries, compta amb una taxa d'acabat gairebé del 93 per cent, guanyant 13 de la seva 14 victòries en la seva carrera per mitjà de (T)KO o submissió.

 

Avui també s'han anunciat els parèntesis oficials del torneig per a l'assumpte del torneig "COPA COMBATE"..

 

A un costat del sorteig, o “Grup A,” Requeijo s'enfrontarà Pablo “El Gallo” Villaseca (13-4) de Santiago, Xile, mentre Alejandro “Gallito” Flores(13-1) de Monterrey, Nou Lleó, Mèxic lluitarà invicte John "Ronin" Bedoya (6-0) de Bogotà, Colòmbia.

 

A l'altra banda del sorteig, o “Grup B,” En Ruquet xocarà Bruno "Aquil·les" Cannetti (7-5) of Buenos Aires, Argentina, mentre Andrés “La Bala” Quintana (15-2) de Roswell, N.M., Els EUA s'enfrontaran a una altra estrella prolífica Marlon “Deriko Siete” Gonzales (13-3-2, 1 NC) de Lima, Perú.

 

Els guanyadors de cada partit de quarts de final del grup A es trobaran en la fase de semifinals, mentre que els guanyadors de cada partit de quarts de final del grup B faran el mateix.

Avui s'ha anunciat com a afegit a la targeta de combat preliminar de l'esdeveniment "COPA COMBATE" un pes mosca (125 lliura) inclinar entre Paul Elizondo (1-0) de Fresno i Nathan Napolitano (0-0) de Salinas, Califòrnia. EUA.

NOVA YORK – novembre 27, 2018 - Combate Americas ha anunciat avui un parell de combats "alternatius" pel seu tan esperat, l'esdeveniment més important de l'any: la “COPA COMBATE” d'una nit, Arts marcials mixtes de vuit homes (MMA) torneig que premiarà el seu pes ploma (145 lliura) guanyador de tres combats consecutius a $100,000 gran premi al Save Mart Center de Fresno, Califòrnia. el divendres, Desembre. 7.

 

El segon torneig anual "COPA COMBATE" s'emet en directe en anglès als EUA. i Canadà a DAZN (10 p.m. ET / 7 pm. PT), i en directe per televisió en castellà als EUA. tant a Univision (12 a.m. ET / PT) i Univision Deportes Network (UDN) (12 a.m. I / 21 h. NOVA YORK - Juliol 11, 2017 – Combate Americas and Relevent Sports, a division of RSE Ventures, today announced five new marquee bouts to its upcoming “Combate Clásico” professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) esdeveniment a Miami, Fla., a Dijous, Juliol 27.

Making his return to the Combate Americas cage La Jaula is top-ranked bantamweight (135 lliura) star Ricky "El Gallero" Palacios (8-1), who will move up to the featherweight (145 lliura) division for the second time in his Combate Americas career to face his toughest test to date – two-time Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran and Nate Diaz protegit, Chris Àvila (5-4) de Stockton, Califòrnia.

In bantamweight action, the red-hot Marcelo “Pitbull” Rojo (11-4) aims for his fourth consecutive win and second straight inside La Jaula following his blistering, technical knockout win over Ivan Hernandez “Brasil” Flores at Combate 12 last March in Tijuana, Mèxic.

The 29-year-old Argentinian will be paired off against Puerto Rican sensation Billy Molina (5-3), 30, making his Combate Americas debut after last month’s return to action in Bayamon.

Joining the featherweight (145 lliura) division for “Combate Clásico” is undefeated Venezuelan finisher Alberto Montes (3-0). Fighting out of the MMA Masters gym in Miami, the 23-year-old prospect locks horns with 30-year-old Combate Americas veteran Jonathan Quiroz (2-2) de Long Beach, Califòrnia.

NOVA YORK – març 17, 2017 – Combate Americas today announced the completion of a stellar, 11-bout card for its debut in Tijuana, Mexico on Thursday, Març 30, live on Azteca America in the U.S. a 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m from the Auditorio Municipal.

TV Azteca will broadcast “Combate12” in Mexico on Friday at 11:00 p.m., and UFC Fight Pass® will distribute an English-language version of the event as a video on demand (Vídeo a la carta).

“Combate12” will be headlined by a bantamweight (135 gossera) showdown between Argentinean Marcelo “Pitbull” Rojo (10-4) and Monterrey, Mexico native Iván “El Brasil” Flors (8-1-1).

Rojo, a veteran of season three of The Ultimate Fighter Latin America, will look to make a statement in his first start in La Jaula, Combat la gàbia Amèriques, when he faces Flores, who will be on a mission to defend the honor of his house.

Alday, whose last start on October 15 against Mahatma Chit-Bala Garcia Avalos resulted in a draw, will square off with Irving “Moreno” Hernandez (4-2) de Tijuana. Hernandez is a winner of his last three bouts, two by (T)KO.

Addicionalment, two of UFC star Nate Diaz’s Stockton, Calif.-based, undefeated protégés, José Aguayo (2-0) and Christian Giovannie (1-0), will make their respective promotional debuts.

NOVA YORK - Març 10, 2017 – Combate Americas announced its second event of the year in a Mexican territory – a debut visit to the city of Tijuana – a Dijous, Març 30, live on Azteca America (10 p.m. I/PT) and UFC Fight Pass® (8 p.m. I/5 p.m. PT), from Auditorio Fausto Gutierrez Moreno.

“Mexico is always the one to beat at any sport,” Zamora explained. “It won’t be any different against Flores. We are going to put on a good show. It will be a spectacular evening because the best fighters of the Americas will be present in Tijuana.”

In other action in La Jaula, Erick “Ghost Pepper” González (5-2) of Los Angeles, Califòrnia. will return to action just six weeks after his heroic, “Fight of the Night” performance against Danny “The Realist” Ramírez at Combate11 on February 16.

Gonzalez will battle Marco Antonio “La Roca” Elpidio (7-1) of Mexico City in a lightweight (155 lliura) assumpte. Elpidio was victorious by way of split decision over Rodrigo "Kazula" Vargas at the Combate Americas event in Mexico City.

Gonzalez’s three-fight win streak was snapped when he gave up a unanimous decision to Ramirez.

In another bantamweight scrap, Joey “El Cazador” Ruquet (4-1) of Las Vegas, Nev. xocarà amb Jose Salasar (4-2) de Tijuana.

NOVA YORK - Gener 3, 2017 – Combate Americas today announced four spectacular Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) extrems, including a bantamweight (135) main event between rising stars Steve Swanson (14-2) i Gustavo Lopez (6-2) – for the league’s much-anticipated, historic debut in Mexico on Dijous, Jan. 19, live on Azteca America (10 p.m. I/PT) and UFC FIGHT PASS® (8 p.m. I/5 p.m. PT).

Swanson is a winner of his last four fights, all by way of (T)KO. He is coming off an explosive, 38-second stoppage of Christian Rios a Octubre 22.

Fighting out MMA legend Randy "The Natural" Couture’s Xtreme Couture camp in Las Vegas, Nev. Lopez is a 5-foot-5, 27-year-old finisher originally from Yakima, Rentat.

Lopez Silva of Mexico City is aiming for her fourth straight win on the heels of a unanimous decision over Marcel Yineris Nieto a Desembre 2 in Panama City, Panamà.

A former welterweight (170 lliura), Vargas of Mexico City is a 5-foot-8, 31-year-old powerhouse who will put a three-fight win streak on the line.
