WMMAA Pan-American Division begrüßt neues Mitglied Ecuador

 

CARLO, Monaco (März 14, 2017) – Die Panamerikanische Division der MMA-Weltmeisterschaften (WMMAA) hat offiziell die kürzlich erfolgte Aufnahme von Ecuador als neuestes Mitglied angekündigt.

“Wir wachsen weiter mit jedem neuen Land, um die MMA-Bewegung voranzutreiben und MMA als Sport anzuerkennen,” sagte, Tomas Yu, Präsident der Panamerikanischen Division der WMMA. “Ich bin seit langem ein Verfechter von MMA als Sport. Zu sehen, wie diese großartige Gruppe von Pionieren einen großartigen Kampf austrägt, ist zurück zu den Grundlagen und zu dem, was Martial Arts wirklich darstellt: Loyalität, Ehre, und Familie.”
Yu ernannt Gorki E.. Rodriguez als Präsident der WMMAA Ecuador. Hector Molina, Direktor des Regulierungsausschusses der panamerikanischen Abteilung WMMAA, wird bei der Bildung des WMMAA Ecuador Regulatory Committee eng mit Rodriguez zusammenarbeiten.
“MMA befindet sich in einer kritischen Zeit,” Rodriguez kommentierte. “Das explosive Wachstum des letzten Jahrzehnts hat MMA zum am schnellsten wachsenden Sport der Welt gemacht, fordern, dass eine Organisation wie unsere existiert und eine unvoreingenommene Struktur hinzugefügt wird, nicht nur für sportler, aber auch als Regulierungsbehörde.
“Seit der Gründung der WMMAA Ecuador passiert weiterhin viel. Wir werden alle unsere erste Teilnahme feiern, als Nationalmannschaft, dieses Jahr bei den Panamerikanischen Meisterschaften. Ich freue mich darauf, meine Erfahrung und das Wissensvolumen der panamerikanischen WMMAA-Division nach Ecuador zu nutzen. Ich werde die Vision mit all meinen Bemühungen teilen, während wir verteidigen werden, Fördern und unterstützen Sie MMA als Sport und geben Sie allen Teilnehmern und Fans einen signifikanten Unterschied im Sport.”

Move turns ideas into results Mexico vs. Colombia competition Provides platform for athletes

CARLO, Monaco (November 1, 2016)- The Mexican MMA Commission (COMEXAMM) and Colombian MMA Federation (FECODEAMM), respectively led by Hector Molina und Jaime Arturo Pena, have partnered to provide a bi-national undercard in lieu of the recent cancellation of the inaugural World MMA Association (WMMAA) Pan-American Division Championships due to problems associated with the hosting Chile Federation.
The Mexico vs. Colombia fights will be on the undercard of the November 18th Combato Extremo Ereignis, gefördert durch Ubaldo Marroquin, at Auditorio National, Monterrey, Mexiko. Mexican and Colombian fighters who were supposed to compete in the aforementioned WMMAA Pan-American Division Championships can now have the opportunity to be in action.
Molina has been instrumental in WMMAA Pan-American Division development since 2014 as president of the Mexican Commission of MMA, as well as the Pan-American Director of the Regulatory Committee.
That first year,” Molina sagte, “we are focused on identifying the best parts of he WMMAA regulatory programsits people, programs, systems and processesthen quickly and effectively integrating these parts into a stronger centralized continental organization partner with improved, more useful, more impactful systems and resources. When you bring together multiple organizations there are real differences that need to be addressed, including cultural, and business operations, as well as geographic differences.
Molina and his leadership team studied the WMMAA systems, maintained what successfully worked, and improved other aspects to build a new network. They retained top talent and aligned them with COMEXAMM’s Fett gedruckt culture, also adding some new people in areas perceived as non-optical to support business. Letztlich, Molina bold a team that embraced core values and visions for regulatory that was instilled in him by mentors and years of experience.

The Continental Rules and Regulations Committee was built on the principle guard railing the unstoppable growth of MMA and given the dynamic nature of WMMAA.

My team knows that I am a bit of a regulatory geek when it comes to our work.
