LAS VEGAS (Březen 16, 2017) Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Nadace (TFMJF) successfully held their 3rd Annual Fight-4-Fitness 5K RUN, 2K WALK, KIDS FUN RUN, & Community Day minulý Neděle, at Sunset Park. The goal each year for Fight-4-Fitness is to support the movement toward more active and healthy lifestyles, while forming community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life.
“It was important that we put together an event promoting health and fitness awareness and that we got the families involved,” řekla Nicole Craig, President of The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Nadace.
Fight-4-Fitness followed its tradition and was kicked off with the 5K race and 2K walk, shortly after, kids lined up at the start line to begin the KIDS FUN RUN. 5K participants were awarded by gender and age group categories 1st přes 3rd place, while all kids participating in the KIDS FUN RUN were awarded with a participation medal upon crossing the finish line. Children ages 12 and under had the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt, where they were challenged to find items hid throughout the park, the 1st-3rd winning group were presented with great prizes from contributing sponsors: Mayweather Promotions, TMT, GameWorks Las Vegas, and Pole Position.
Immediately following the races was the 3rd Annual Community Day to close the event. Community Day featured outstanding live performances from Las Vegas’ very own Prodigy Dance Group and The Monster Kids. Providing music throughout the event was Las Vegas resident DJ, D-Miles, while HOT 97.5’s Mike P emcee’d the event and kept the crowd entertained. Participants were chosen throughout the event winning prizes ranging from: gift cards, signed boxing gloves, merchandise packs, a 50/50 cash prize!
A new addition to this year’s event was awarding local Las Vegas Track Clubs with a cash donation prize based on the number of registrants who signed up for their respective club. The first place was awarded to The BG Gators track club, second place went to Vegas Stealth, and coming in third place was the SW Stallions .

Nadace, plans to unite runners and families within the Las Vegas community and surrounding communities in with a day filled with events geared toward the whole family. The festivities will start off with a 5K race and 2K walk, the Kids Fun Run will follow with Community Day serving as the last event of the day. The races are followed by an awards ceremony honoring the top 5K Race participants in each age category.
Fight-4-Fitness will also feature great healthy food options, vendors, a merchandise booth, kids scavenger hunt, live performances, physical activities geared toward fitness and fun, PLUS MORE! Comedian & osobnost rádia, Mike P, will host this year’s event while the event also features performances by DJ D. Nadace (TFMJF) je hrdý na to, představit 2ndAnnual Fight 4 Fitness 5K Race, 2K Walk, Kids Fun Run, and Community Day probíhá Neděle, Duben 17Sunset Park ve městě Las Vegas. Participants can warm-up before the race with a free yoga session courtesy of Power Yoga+Pilates+Fitness, prior to the start of the 5K Race and 2K Walk, which will begin at 8 a.m. Children can take part in a fun-filled scavenger hunt before the Kids Fun Run (polovina míle běh pro děti 12 a pod) which kicks off at 10 a.m. The race is followed by an awards ceremony honoring all of the 5K Race participants. The event’s presenting sponsors are Mayweather Promotions, Mayweather Sports, The Money Team and SHOWTIME.
Víc než 500 people participated in the activities last year and another large, energetic crowd is expected this year. Philanthropist and comedian Rick Smith, who used his platform to form the Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere (RAKE) Nadace, will host this year’s event.
Boj 4 Vhodnost will also feature live performances from 11-year-old singer-songwriter Sunny Malouf and Dance Connection, plus free Zumba sessions from Zumba Las Vegas. 5K Run / 2K Walk a Kids Fun Run (polovina míle běh pro děti 12 a pod) začíná na 8 a.m. a následuje slavnostní předávání cen ctít všichni účastníci. This unique experience invites all members of the community to run/walk independently or with friends, rodina, a spolupracovníky.

 

Celý plán akcí je uveden níže:

  • 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. – 5K Run / 2K Walk & Kids Fun Run
  • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Awards Ceremony
  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Community Day

Registrace pro všechny a všechny akce je v plném proudu a může být dokončena v www.runsignup.com/Fight4Fitness. Plná registrace data a poplatky jsou uvedeny níže *:

  • Leden 30th – Březen 2nd – $35 5K / 30 dolarů 2K / 15 dolarů KIDS FUN RUN
  • Březen 3rd – Březen 16th – $40 5K / 35 dolarů 2K / 15 dolarů KIDS FUN RUN
  • Březen 17th – Březen 30th – $45 5K / 40 dolarů 2K / 15 dolarů KIDS FUN RUN
  • Duben 1st – Duben 12th – $50 5K / 45 dolarů 2K / $ 20 dětí FUN RUN
  • Stejný den Registrace – $60 5K/$45 2K/ $20 KIDS FUN RUN

* Clark County School District: První 100 Studenti se zdarma registrovat. Všichni studenti a schopnost se mohou zaregistrovat $20 do března 1st. Agregát $3 z každé registrace na akci budou rozděleny, a věnovala 10 určené CCSD školy, které mají prokázat, že musí pro podporu v následujících oblastech: atletické programy, tělesná výchova a vzdělávací exkurze.
