LAS VEGAS, NV (Listopad 8, 2018) – Due to reasons involving medical issues, Final Fight Championship has announced that “FFC 34” on November 9th has been officially canceled.

 

 

 

Nick Sadeghi, MD of Athlete Advantage Medical in Las Vegas, NV, released the following statement to Final Fight Championship.

 

The Nevada State Athletic Commission requires a series of medical examinations to be completed by a professional fighter in order to determine the medical condition of a fighter, the outcome of those exams determining if the fighter will be cleared to compete or not. Of utmost concern is the fighter’s physical well-being. It was determined by independent physicians conducting the exams for FFC as well as the Nevada State Athletic Commission that several fighters scheduled to compete on the November 9th fight card would not be able to compete due to abnormal MRA findings which identified small aneurysms in the brain. For obvious reasons, these fighters could not be cleared to compete without proper medical workup. This includes consulting with a Neurosurgeon and an Interventional Radiologist. Some fighters may be cleared after this, but some may need a surgical procedure to correct the aneurysm before he or she can continue to fight in the future.

 

 

 

FFC CEO/President, Orsat Zovko, issued his own statement regarding the unfortunate cancelation.

 

 

 

“We are disappointed to make this announcement, but on such short notice it was impossible to move forward because four of our six fights were stopped by the commission and medical personnel, including our Main Event and Co-Event,” said Zovko.

 

 

 

“We must follow the strict rules and guidelines of the Nevada Athletic Commission, and we respect the decisions made by the medical community, because it is in the best interest of the fighters, and to protect their health is the ultimate goal.”

Las Vegas, NV, (Listopad 2, 2018) – The Main Event of “FFC 33” delivered an upset and a new champion, as Mykta Chub (18-7-0) defeated previously unbeaten champion Andi Vrtacic (10-1-0) by děleným rozhodnutím (47-48, 48-47, 48-47) to win the FFC Middleweight Kickboxing Title.

 

 

 

Chub and Vrtacic displayed a great deal of endurance during their five round war. Chub was able to pin Vrtacic into the corners quite often during this fight, frustrating the young Vrtacic and preventing him from using his signature high kicks. Vrtacici landed some nice head kicks and few solid combinations but it wasn’t enough to impress the judges, allowing Chub to steal the win, and the title.

 

 

 

In the Co-Main Event, which involved two very exciting MMA lightweight fighters, Darrick Memories (22-9-0) wasted no time submitting former UFC Fighter, “Cassius” Clay Collard (16-8-1) by rear naked choke in the very first round. The submission victory, which was the 19th of Minner’s career, only took 31 seconds to execute.

 

 

 

Andre Keys (10-1-0) went the distance with Randy Fuentes (7-7-1) in their Super Welterweight Boxing bout. Keys won by split decision (55-59, 55-59, 58-56) in a fight that featured both fighters standing in the pocket and trading hard shots for the majority of their six round fight.

 

 

 

In a Kickboxing Lightweight matchup, despite breaking his left arm in the fight, Chris McMillan (38-10-0) won a split decision (28-29, 29-28, 29-28) against Teo Mikelic (18-7-0) in a fight that featured some vicious kicks and crisp punches by both fighters.

 

 

 

The night began with Sherrard Blackledge (1-0-0) winning his professional MMA debut by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-26, 30-27) over Jordan Christensen (0-2-0) in the Welterweight division.

 

 

 

“Most of these fights ended up going the distance and the fighters did not disappoint tonight,” said FFC CEO/Founder, Orsat Zovko. “FFC 33 showcased a lot of endurance and toughness and delivered an entertaining show for the fans.”

 

 

 

“FFC 33” took place at its permanent home, “Fight Dome”, which is located at Caesars Entertainment’s Rio Las Vegas. The event aired nationwide on CBS Sports Network.

Mykyta Chub fights Andi Vrtacic for the FFC Middleweight Championship at Fight Dome

LAS VEGAS, NV, (Říjen 30, 2018) – The main event is set for “FFC 33” and it will involve two explosive kickboxers from overseas. Mykyta Chub (17-7-0) of the Ukraine, bitvy Andi Vrtacic (10-0-0) Pula, Chorvatsko, for the FFC Middleweight Championship on November 2nd, at Fight Dome located at Caesars Entertainment’s Rio Las Vegas.

 

 

 

Both fighters have fought for FFC multiple times. Chub has a (3-1) record during his tenure with Final Fight Championship. Vrtacic, who is the defending middleweight champion, boasts a (4-0) record with FFC.

 

 

 

“The fans at Fight Dome Las Vegas loved our Kickboxing fights at FFC 31,” said FFC CEO/Founder, Orsat Zovko. “And we are excited to have world champion kickboxers fighting for us again on November 2nd.”

 

 

 

The Co-Main Event for “FFC 33” will feature an MMA Lightweight clash between, Darrick Memories (16-5-0) Nebraska City, NE, and former UFC Fighter, “Cassius” Clay Collard (16-7-1) Toquerville, UT.

LAS VEGAS, NV, (Říjen 22, 2018) – Final Fight Championship welcomed a distinguished guest on Friday night, Říjen. 19th, and she was sitting ringside to support her husband. UFC Flyweight Fighter, Paige Vanzant, was in attendance for “FFC 32 – Graves vs. Seumanutafa” watching her spouse, Austin “AK-47” Vanderford (6-0-0), deliver a blistering knockout to Edmilson Freitas (7-3-0) in the first round of their co-main event bout.

 

 

 

Vanderford won his sixth straight fight and kept his unblemished record in tact, after landing a solid left hand to the temple of Freitas at the 1:38 známka prvním kole. Dealer, as you can image, was filled with excitement as she watched her hubby win in such convincing and thrilling fashion.

Vanderford’s first round knockout of Freitas sent the crowd at Fight Dome Las Vegas into frenzy, and it allowed Vanderford to realize that he is getting one step closer to achieving all of his professional goals.

 

 

 

“I feel that I’m getting closer and closer to making things happen for me”, said Vanderford “I want to thank the FFC and the entire organization for giving me the opportunity and the fight, and I just knew if I connected with one of my power shots he (Freitas) was going to sleep.”

 

 

 

Needless to say, “FFC 32” was both a fun and productive night for the newlywed couple. VanZant and Vanderford tied the knot recently in an oceanfront ceremony on September 29th.

 

 

 

“It was awesome, they (FFC) put on a great show here”, said VanZant “It’s cool that they (FFC) display the fighters this well and hopefully he (Vanderford) can fight here again.”

Las Vegas, NV, (Říjen. 20, 2018) – Sometimes things in life are simply quick and painless. Most of the fights at FFC 32 nicméně, were actually quick and painful. Vykrojení, let’s be honest, usually are quite painful.

 

 

 

Friday night’s Main Event was one of the only fights at FFC 32 (which was an all-MMA event) that did not end in a knockout. Shelton “Gravedigger” Graves (9-3-0) defeated Carl “Badwater” Seumanutafa (11-9-0) jednomyslným rozhodnutím (49-46, 49-46, 49-46) to win the vacant FFC MMA Heavyweight Championship Title.

 

 

 

Graves did a great job of avoiding standing toe-to-toe with the knockout artist, Seumanutafa, spending most of the fight pressing the heavy-handed Samoan (Seumanutafa) up against the ropes and using knees to the body and a series of quick uppercuts to frustrate his opponent. Strategie fungovala, as Seumanutafa was frustrated with the constant pressure, which allowed Graves to keep him on the ropes and against the turnbuckle, taking away any opportunity for a Seumanutafa trademark knockout.

 

 

 

In the Co-Main Event, Undefeated Welterweight, Austin “AK-47” Vanderford (6-0-0), kept his unblemished record in tact when he rocked Emilson “The Amazonian Warrior” Freitas (7-3-0) with a nice left hand to the temple at the 1:38 známka prvním kole. Vanderford wins by KO for only the second time in his professional career.

 

 

 

Previously unbeaten Light Heavyweight, Ivan Erslan (6-1-0), was trying to stay undefeated as a professional but his opponent, Branko Busick (3-1-0) had other ideas. Busick sent Erslan to the canvas at the 4:41 mark of the second round with a solid left hand to the chin and it was all she wrote for Erslan. Busick picks up the first KO victory of his young career.

 

 

 

In the Lightweight division, as promised, it was a “grapplers paradise” for as long as it lasted… And it didn’t last very long. Brandon “Kiba” Ricetti (9-2-0) submitted Adam “Smash” Kovář (11-10-0) by Arm Triangle at the 4:26 mark of the very first round. If you’re keeping score, all nine of Ricetti’s wins have come by submission.

 

 

 

FFC 32 took place at its permanent home, “Fight Dome”, which is located at Caesars Entertainment’s Rio Las Vegas. The event aired nationwide on CBS Sports Network.

LAS VEGAS, NV, (Říjen. 14, 2018) – Debut zbrusu nového Fight Dome Las Vegas přinesl v pátek večer výbušnou noc ohňostroje v hotelu a kasinu Rio All-Suite.. “FFC 31 Night of Champions” byla to určitě noc, na kterou se nezapomíná.

 

 

 

“Scorpion Sting” Knokaut večera zařídil Mladen Brestovac, s oslnivým vysokým levým kopem na hlavu Jhonata Dinize po dvou minutách kola 3.

 

 

 

Ochranná známka levého hlavního kopu Brestovace poslala Dinize na plátno. S vítězstvím, Brestovac si udržel titul FFC Heavyweight Kickboxing a zlepšil svůj rekord (55-14-1.). Diniz, který byl po většinu boje agresorem a předvedl svůj vzrušující styl vystupování, klesá na (16-6-0.)

 

 

 

Brestovac si ponechává titul FFC v těžké váze v kickboxu

 

 

 

Shkodran “Albánský válečník” Šťastný (83-18-1) vyhrál FFC Welterweight Kickboxing Title se stopkou KO ve 4. kole vs. Francois “Bang Bang” Práh (18-8-1). Série solidních úderů od Veselí otřásla Ambangem a poslala ho do kleku 1:23 známka čtvrtého kola.

 

 

 

V boxerské části večera, Shawn Miller, z Tróje, NY (19-4-1) vyhrál jednomyslné vítězství ve svém desetikolovém boji o titul s Dennisem “Mangusta” Morris (14-3-1). Miller vyhrál o skóre 100-90, 97-93, 97-93, což mu vyneslo mistrovství WBU v křižní váze.

 

 

 

V FFC MMA Welterweight Championship, Ben Egli dostál své pověsti umělce experta tím, že udusil Roberta Nevese 3:21 značka v prvním kole. Egli vyhrál boj zadním nahým škrcení, něco, co udělal celkem pětkrát ve své profesionální MMA kariéře. Vítězství v šampionátu posunulo Egliho rekord (11-2-0) zatímco Neves padá do (10-3-0).

Clay Collard bojuje s Davem Courchainem o FFC MMA Lightweight Championship v říjnu. 12

LAS VEGAS, NV, (Říjen. 1, 2018) – Hlavní událost je nastavena na „FFC 31 Night of Champions“ a bude sestávat ze dvou vycházejících hvězd ve Mixed Martial Arts as Clay "Cassius" Collard (16-7-1) ceny, UT, bitvy Dave "Insane" Courchaine (20-7-0) z Cheney, WA, na FFC MMA Lightweight Championship ve zcela novém Fight Dome Las Vegas v Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino.

 

 

 

Poté, co utrpěl dvě prohry v řadě pod hlavičkou UFC v 2015, Collard se vrátil k MMA v 2018 a odpověděl dvěma přímými vítězstvími, výhra TKO nad Troyem Dennisonem, a výhra v podání (trojúhelníkovou tlumivkou) proti Carsonu Gregorymu.

 

 

 

Co se týče Courchaine, byl na pětizápasové vítězné sérii, která se datuje od r 2014 než prohrál s Arthurem Estrazulasem 1st kolo KO v lednu 2017. Oba bojovníci mají hlad a oba mají co dokázat, když vstoupí v říjnu do ringu. 12.

Final Fight Championship Makes History, With Multi-Year Combat Sports Agreement Involving, Rio Las Vegas and CBS Sports Network

LAS VEGAS, NV, (Sedm. 14, 2018) – One of the fastest growing combat sports promotion companies in the world, Final Fight Championship (FFC), and Caesars Entertainment’s Rio Las Vegas, will deliver a weekly combat sports series called, “Fight Dome”, which debuts on Friday, Sedm. 28, and will air live on CBSSN (CBS Sports Network).

The groundbreaking announcement marks the first time in the history of Las Vegas that a combat sports promotion company has established residency inside of a resort casino to deliver a weekly show involving multi-disciplines including, Box, Kickbox a MMA.

CBS Sports Network and Final Fight Championship (FFC) announced today a multi-year partnership to make CBS Sports Network the exclusive television home of FFC. The first FFC event premieres live on CBS Sports Network from The Fight Dome at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday, Sedm. 28 (10:00Premiér, EST).

 

 

CBS Sports Network will air eight FFC events on Friday’s throughout the remainder of 2018. A champion will be crowned after each event with a belt as part of the national telecast.
