This week on the FNU Combat Sports Show, we discuss the latest news in MMA and boxing, recap the past week’s events and preview the upcoming events this week. We also discuss Walter “2 Guns” Wright winning his main event fight against Mark DeLuca a couple days after we interviewed him last week. Wright’s split decision win came in part due to a persistent jab that frustrated DeLuca and left him bloodied, bruised and exhausted by the final bell. Of course bringing up this fact gets us all going on the absolute necessity of the jab in any combat sports fighter’s toolbox.

Demetrius Andrade Goes To Harvard

Providence (November 4, 2015) – Lepas malam Khamis, undefeated super welterweight Demetrius “Boo Boo” Andrade (22-0, 15 KOs) telah diberi penghormatan oleh Kelab Harvard di Malam Fight tahunannya di Boston Back Bay.
Andrade berusia 27 tahun, berjuang daripada Providence, is a former world super welterweight champion. The sensational southpaw was a 2008 A.S.. Olympian dan 2007 AIBA Kejohanan Dunia pemenang pingat emas.
“Ia adalah besar berada di Harvard Club dengan begitu ramai orang berjaya di sana menyokong tinju,” Andrade said. “Saya berterima kasih kepada mereka yang menunjukkan begitu banyak kepentingan dalam saya.”
