Samedi, Septembre 26, Dusty-Hernandez-Harrison a obtenu son 15e KO contre James Wayka (16-14-1, 8 KO) de Green Bay au Wisconsin au Temple maçonnique à Norfolk, Virginie. Hernandez-Harrison arrêté au Wayka 1:18 de la première ronde avec une rafale de coups de poing corps qui a suivi un effet de choc.

Originaire de Washington, D.C. avec un dossier professionnel de invaincu 28-0 (15 KO), Hernandez-Harrison est le nombre 15 welters classé dans le monde par le WBC et les Amériques Welterweight Champion WBC Continental régnant. Au moment de son premier combat pro à l'âge de 17, Hernandez-Harrison avait compilé un dossier amateur de 167-30, remportant plusieurs championnats du monde Ringside, Championnats nationaux Gants d'argent et trois droites National Golden Gloves Championnat de 2007 à 2009.

Fleischer obtenu son KO quatrième en quatre sorties professionnelles, préserver sa fiche parfaite à 2:53 du premier tour avec une main visqueuse droite à la tête.
Fleischer, originaire du New Jersey et double champion des Golden Gloves de l'État, cherche à devenir le premier petit-fils d'un survivant de l'Holocauste à être sacré champion du monde. Avec un record amateur de 112-18, Fleischer est un protégé de 1996 Olympique entraîneur-chef Alfred Mitchell et le plus jeune diplômé de l'US. Centre d'éducation olympique pour la boxe à l'âge de 16 ans. Dans l'événement principal, moyen junior Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna prendra part à un combat de six rounds contre le vétéran Ayi Bruce.
Dans la co-métrage prévu, “Brutal” Brendan Barrett prend Satario Holdbrooks dans un poids lourd prévue pour le 4-tours.
Barrett de Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey est une figure populaire dans la région de Beach Haven / Long Beach île grâce à lui être un 6 fois champion MMA Heavyweight.
Barrett a taillé une carrière MMA formidable, mais a toujours eu l'envie de devenir un boxeur.
Barrett a de l'expérience dans le ring comme il a un tirage dans un combat qu'il a pris part à 2006.
“Quand je pris le premier combat de boxe, il était juste de le faire et de rester actif. Mon principal fond luttait, mais chaque fois que la cloche a sonné, je voulais juste coups de poing. Il ya quelques années je regardais The Contender et de voir comment les boxeurs ont été dépeints comme des professionnels et des athlètes respectueux par rapport à certains des autres spectacles de combats réalité de l'époque. Je commencé à apprendre plus sur l'histoire et l'héritage de la boxe et est devenu de plus en plus intéressé par le sport.”
“Je étais déjà un combattant MMA établie quand je pris mon premier combat de boxe. Je suis allé à Pittsburgh pour former une seconde combat de boxe, mais plusieurs adversaires tombé à travers et le spectacle a finalement été annulé en raison d'une tempête de neige. Après ce combat est tombé à travers m'a offert un autre combat MMA, pour la première fois à HWT, avec un adversaire qui a refusé de me battre comme un remplacement de dernière minute contre lui un combat, il a été prévu pour. Quelques mois plus tard, il m'a appelé à vouloir maintenant se battre. Je pris donc que plutôt personnellement je suis retourné à MMA pour le combattre et gagné. Après que je commencé à recevoir beaucoup d'offres pour combattre à HWT en MMA et depuis devenu un 6 HWT Champion temps à travers quatre différentes promotions, encore voulu encore à boxer à nouveau.”
Barrett a démarré l'entreprise H.I.T.M. Promotions, qui se distinguent pour l'histoire en marche, parce qu'il était fatigué d'attendre une opportunité dans la boxe, et également voulu aider d'autres combattants en outre leurs propres carrières.
“Je l'ai fait tant de sacrifices et dévoués moi depuis si longtemps que je me suis senti qu'il était temps de prendre le contrôle de mon propre destin. Peu importe comment je travaille ou comment Je suis prêt, Je suis toujours laissé attente d'une occasion. Avoir ma propre société de promotion supprime l'attente. Je peux maintenant se battre sur d'autres spectacles, ou moi-même et me garder actif. Je commencé H.I.T.M. Promotions à ne pas être un promoteur, mais pour être un combattant. Mon objectif est tout à fait ce samedi, mais dans le fond de mon esprit, je pense déjà à promouvoir un autre spectacle. Ceci est essentiellement le combat le plus déterminant dans ma carrière. Non seulement je suis transition de retour à la boxe, mais il est mon premier combat de retour d'une blessure à ma main qui auraient terminé ma carrière. En plus de cela, il est le premier montrer mon entreprise n'a jamais promu. Je sentais que la tenue de ce combat à Beach Haven était une excellente façon de faire quelque chose de différent et spécial pour la communauté locale et de redonner à un endroit que je l'ai eu tellement de.”
Donc, quand on lui demande si cela est la fin de sa carrière MMA, Barrett est ouvert à tout.
“Je l'ai vraiment pas beaucoup pensé à MMA. Je veux vraiment garder la boxe, mais je ne l'ai pas complètement fermé la porte à MMA.
Barrett dit être un combattant et un promoteur n'a pas été facile car il embarque sur son 2ème apparition dans le ring.
“Il a eu affaire difficile avec tous les appels téléphoniques, e-mails, et la planification, tout en essayant de se préparer pour un combat. Il ya eu des moments où je faisais mon cardio matin sur et je serais sur le téléphone tout en travaillant sur la manipulation d'affaires. Comme la lutte se rapproche, Je devais me forcer à prendre plus de temps pour former et me préparer. Il était difficile de rester concentré parfois parce que mon adversaire a continué à changer, et quand le dernier est tombé à travers et ils ont mentionné Holdbrooks, Je viens de dire oui, donc je pouvais me battre.”
“Je suis honoré d'avoir le talent de la nous avons sur cette carte étant que cela est notre premier spectacle. Je me sens bénie de se battre dans ma cour de Long Beach Island et cela devrait être une grande nuit de l'action.”

Cotto Receives Honorary Title of “Athlete of the Year”
NEW YORK (Mai 26, 2015) – The National Puerto Rican Day Parade (NPRDP) today announced that its 2015 Parade, prévue pour Dimanche, Juin 14 on New York’s Fifth Avenue, will officially kick off a week of festivities with the WBC and Ring Magazine Middleweight World Championship fight between Miguel Cotto and Daniel Geale on Samedi, Juin 6, 2015 au Barclays Center à Brooklyn. It was also announced that Miguel Cotto, Roc Nation Sports and Miguel Cotto Promotions will be making a contribution to the National Puerto Rican Day Parade Scholarship Fund.

The NPRDP established the National Puerto Rican Day Parade Scholarship Awards Program to help promote the pursuit of higher education within the community. En 2015, the organization will double the total dollar figure and number of scholarships awarded from the previous year to 30 scholarships in the amount of $2,000 chaque. In celebration of the 2015 class of scholarship winners, Miguel Cotto, Roc Nation Sports and Miguel Cotto Promotions will be contributing $5,000 to the National Puerto Rican Day Parade Scholarship Fund in support of helping other high school and college students pay for their educations.

Geale will host the remainder of his training camp in North Bergen, New Jersey.
“I’ve arrived in the States with my trainer Shaw and I’m excited to get camp started in New Jersey,” said Daniel Geale. “Gary Shaw has provided me with a nice gym and I’m going to start my sparring sessions right away.
