LOWELL, 質量. (二月 5, 2016) – Peter Welch’s Gym in South Boston dominated last night’s Central New England (Greater Lowell) championship final round of the 70th annual Lowell Sun Charities Golden Gloves Championship, open and novice classes, at historic Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
Peter Welch’s Gym had seven winners last night: open – Hyde Park welterweight Jennifer Perella and Brookline light welterweight 亞伯拉罕新星; novice – Dorchester lightweightJonathen DePina 和中量級 布萊恩勞倫斯, East Boston lightweight Claire Duffy 輕中量級, Boston light welterweight Katie Gregory and Franklin heavyweight Jared Gately.
Lowell West End Gym and Grealish Boston had the second-most winners last evening with two apiece.

LOWELL, 質量. (一月 29, 2016) – For the second week in a row all 13 matches went the three-round distance in last night’s Central New England (Greater Lowell) semifinals round of the 70th annual Lowell Sun Charities Golden Gloves Championship, featuring open and novice class action, at historic Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
Returning New England welterweight champion 澤維爾維加, representing Canal Street Boxing in Lawrence (嘛), 是 4-1 winner against Michael Fontenez, of Nashua, NH.
Peter Welch’s Gym in South Boston led the hit parade with three winners, all in the novice class: 輕量級 喬納森Depina, 次中量級 Lipi Fernandes 和中量級 布萊恩勞倫斯.
