SANTA MONICA, Calif. (Mai 4, 2015) – Bellator MMA officials are proud to announce that they have signed MMA fan-favorite Melvin “The Young Assassin” Guillard (32-14-2) to a multi-year, multi-fight kontrakt.

 

A debut date and opponent will be announced for Guillard in the near future.

 

På bare 32 år, "The Young Assassin" har samlet 50 profesjonelle kamper i en karriere som går tilbake til 2002. Med 21 seirene kommer med KO, Guillard har generert en stor fanskare med sin spennende kampstil.

 

Født i New Orleans, the knockout artist has honed his skills at some of the top MMA gyms in the world including Jackson’s MMA, Blackzilians, Grudge Training Center og American Top Team, hvor han trener for tiden. I løpet av sin 22-kamp stint med Ultimate Fighting Championship, Guillard brøt MMA stor BJ Penn rekord for mest KO-er i den lette divisjon med åtte, an accolade which he still holds to this day.
