MASHANTUCKET, Ч. The 25-year-old Rosa (22-0, 10 KOs), born in Puerto Rico and fighting out of New Haven (Ч.), is a rising star in the junior featherweight division, world rated at No. 10 by the International Boxing Federation (IBF) ва Не. 12 аз ҷониби Шӯрои бокс Ҷаҳон (WBC).
