ANTONIO SAN, TX (December 1, 2018) – Last night at the Scottish Rite Theatre in San Antonio, TX, TMB & PRB Entertainment atque Roy Jones Jr. Boxing Promotions, presented, “Whose ‘0’ Will Go 2”, ubi Kendo Castaneda (15-0, 7 KOs) captured the NABA super lightweight title with a unanimous decision victory Gilbert Venegas Jr. (10-1, 6 KOs), handing him his first loss as a professional.
In primis rounds, both fighters were having their moments, landing hard shots, but as the fight progressed, Castaneda started to get in a grove by going to the body. Venegas held his own but couldn’t get his punches off like he wanted too, and Castaneda started to take over the fight. In the later rounds, Castaneda was landing three punch combinations, while boxing from a distance, finishing the fight strong. At the end of the ten-round fight, Kendo was up big on the judge’s cards. legit scorecards 98-92, 99-91,100-90, all in favor of Castaneda.
6-Round Co-Main Event for Vacant ABF Middleweight Title
Local hero, Luey Villareal (4-0-1, 1 KO) captured the ABF middleweight title with a stunning TKO against Michael Klekotta (2-4, 1 KO). Villareal broke down Klekotta for the first three rounds before stopping him with a barrage of punches in the fourth round. The time was at the 1:20 mark.
4-Round Super Featherweight
18-year old sensation, Ricky Medina (2-0, 2 KOs), scored a second-round KO over Jorge De Leon (0-5). Medina landed a powerful uppercut in the middle of round two, sending De Leon to the canvas. He then followed with a devastating right hook to the temple, knocking out De Leon at the 2:58 mark.
4-Round Super Featherweight Bout
Xavier Wilson (9-0, 1 KO) remained undefeated with a unanimous decision victory against vs Gelacio Cruz (2-4-3, 1 KOs). Wilson used lateral movement to land his punches off angles.Scorecards read 40-36 et bis 39-36 for Wilson.
4-Round Middleweight Bout
In a battle of hometown fighters, George Ramos (2-0, 1 KO) victum Steven Ramos (4-1, 1 KO) by way of unanimous decision. George Ramos landed the cleaner shots and was the aggressor. legit scorecards 40-36 et bis 39-36 all in favor for George Ramos.

Local native, Dagoberto Navarez (5-0, 1 KOs) scored a fourth-round majority decision overStetson Horne (0-3). In a battle of middleweight prospects, Washington Luiz (1-0, 1 KO), who was making his pro debut, scored a fourth round TKO against David Godley (1-1). Luiz was circling to his right, landing accurate counter punches throughout the fight. A right hook, straight left combo hurt Godly, knocking him out on his feet, forcing the referee to stop the bout at the .45 mark of round four.
4-Round Heavyweight
In his pro debut, Christopher Martinez (1-0, 1 KO) scored a second round TKO overMathew Glover (1-1), finiendo bout ad 2:59 mark. A flurry of right hands sent Glover to the canvas and the referee waved off the bout after Glover was on wobbly legs.

ANTONIO SAN, TX (September 9, 2018) – heri TMB & PRB Entertainment presented “Fight Night at the Scottish Rite 2” a ten-bout card that took place at the Scottish Rite Theatre in downtown San Antonio. In the six-round main event, local fighters, Gilbert Venegas atque Armando Reipub gave the fans a crowd-pleasing showdown.
Cardenas, who had the height and reach advantage, was doing his best to box from the outside, but was getting caught with overhand rights by Venegas. At the end of round two, Venegas dropped Cardenas with a looping right hand. Cardenas wasn’t hurt to bad and came back strong in round three. Venegas then started landing pounding body shots, slowing down Cardenas’ comeback. Another overhand right by Venegas dropped Cardenas for the second time in round four. Venegas followed with a vicious left hook to the body that put Cardenas down once again in round three. Cardenas was badly hurt but made it to the final round. Both fighters went out with a blaze of glory as they went toe to toe in the last seconds of round six. Venegas remains undefeated winning by unanimous decision, improving his record to (10-0, 6 KOs), while Armando Cardenas’ record stands at (9-2, 5 KOs). Scorecards unavailable.
4-Round Super Featherweight Bout
Richard Medina (1-0, 1 KO) victum. Jonathan Ewer (0-7)
17-year old amateur standout Richard Medina made his highly anticipated pro debut. He made easy work of a game Johnathan Ewer. Medina’s speed and power was on display as he landed several combinations in the opening round, dropping Ewer twice. In circuitu duo, Ewer was in survivor mode, but was unable to escape the attack of Medina. An overhand right dropped Ewer for good in round three, finiendo bout ad 1:54 mark.
6-Round Lightweight Bout
Xavier Wilson (8-0-1, 1 KO) vs. Christian Santibanez (5-7-1, 3 KOs)
In a very entertaining bout, Xavior Wilson and Christian Santibanez, who had bad blood going into the fight, put on a great show for the fans. In the early rounds both fighters were landing solid blows to the head and body. A straight right hand from Wilson hurt Sanibanez toward the end of round two. Sanibanez recovered well and came back in round three, landing some nice hooks of his own to the head of Wilson. The fight was going back and forth as both fighters were giving the fans their money’s worth. Though both fighters had their moments, the fight ended in a Majority draw. legit scorecards 58-56 for Wilson and 57-57 bis. The decision upset Sanibanez and he stormed out of the ring, leaving the photographers empty handed.
4-Round Middleweight Bout
Ludovicus Villarreal (3-0-1, 1 KOs) victum Stetson Horne (0-2)
In a close fight, Luis Villareal edged out Stetson Horne over four rounds. Villareal applied pressure from the opening bell, forcing Horne to box from the outside. Villareal was the busier fighter who landed the cleaner shots and won by unanimous decision. legit scorecards 39-37 for Villareal.

Gregory Morales (5-0, 3 KO) victum Jorge De Leon (0-4)
San Antonio indigena, Gregory Morales looking sensational in his bout with Jorge De Leon. Morales was landing hard power shots to the body and head right out the gate. A solid right hook dropped De Leon at the beginning of round two. After De Leon got up, Morales went for the kill and landed a flurry of punches, forcing the referee to stop the bout at the 1:10 mark of round two.

Johnathan Rice (8-3-1, 4 KOs) victum Terrell Woods (17-43-7, 11 KOs)
Los Angeles native, Johnathan Rice used a nice jab to win his bout against a game Terrel Woods. At the end of round two, Rice dropped Woods with a nice right hook, forcing the ref to give him a standing eight count. Rice would cruise to a unanimous victory. legit scorecards 60-54 all in favor of Rice.

Steven Ramos (4-0, 2 KOs) victum Fabian Cancino (1-7)
Local fighters, Steven Ramos and Fabian Cancino went the distance in their respective matchup. Both fighters started off slow but started to engage more toward the later rounds. Victor Pasillas (13-0, 6 KOs) victum Manuel Rubalcava (4-29)
Fighting for the second time in 2018, Victor Pasillas dominated his opponent Manuel Rubalcava from the opening bell. The onslaught started when Pasillas, a southpaw, landed power shot after power shot in round one. A devastating right hook to the body by Pasillas sent Rubalcava to the canvas and ended the bout at the 1:55 mark of round two.

Jairo Castaneda (10-1, 3 KOs) victum Jesse Gutierrez (17-8, 9 KOs)
At 43 annorum, Jesse Gutierrez, who hadn’t fought in over 15 annis, put up a good fight against the younger foe Jario Castaneda. Castaneda landed clean shots throughout the entire fight. Edwards has defeated previously unbeaten boxers John Delperdang and Azriel Paez in his last two fights. He takes on the unbeaten 23-year-old Cruz. A Pro since 2013, Cruz picked up a victory over Jerome Rodriguez in April of this year.
A 20-year-old rising prospect fighting out of Houston, Perez turned pro in April of last year with a first round stoppage of Deseante Armstrong. Perez would pick up four more victories in 2015 and has already won three times in 2016. His last outing saw him defeat previously once-beaten Adan Ortiz in his first six round bout and he will now take on the 27-year-old Molina out of Tlaxcala, Mexico.
A 2012 Olympian for his native Dominican Republic, Castillo recorded a significant victory in April when he defeated previously unbeaten and highly regarded Kyrone Davis over eight rounds in April before dropping a decision to Justin DeLoach in June. Castillo turned pro in 2013 et fecit U.S. debut in December 2015 with victories over Eduardo Flores and Roland Nagy before his triumph in April. Now he will battle the 26-year-old Ovando fighting out of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
