DON KING’S ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TURKEY GIVEAWAY BEGINS SATURDAY: NINE CITIES, SEVEN STATES, FIVE DAYS

Las fegasi (Oṣu kejila. 15, 2016) – A 50-year-plus tradition of donating turkeys to needy families around Christmas time will continue this week when legendary Hall of Fame boxing promoter, Don “Only In America” King, will visit nine cities in seven states in five days as part of his annual Christmas Turkey Giveaway that begins yi Saturday.

The architect and impresario behind the fabled Awọn Rumble In the Jungle ati Thrilla ni Manila and countless other historic classic boxing events, King will dole out the thousands of birds in Cleveland, Nashville, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Niu Yoki, Palm Beach, Fla., Deerfield Beach, Fla., Miami and Las Vegas.

 

“Our annual turkey giveaway has a special theme this year and that’s to ‘Make America Great Again,’ ’’ King said. “It’s about the veterans. God Bless the veterans and God Bless America!"

KINI: This holiday season, Awọn Floyd Mayweather Jr. Foundation ati Mayweather ni igbega invite local families in our community to join us for our Thanksgiving turkey giveaway.
Our mission is to help provide a proper meal to families for Thanksgiving who may be experiencing tough times during the holidays. Each year we put together an initiative to give back to families around Thanksgiving, and this year we decided to put together a “Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway.” The giveaway is designed to bring families together for a morning of joyous giving, and help to alleviate the worry and stress that families may endure, due to little or no resources. This year we will provide 100 turkeys to those in attendance. We encourage as many families to join us and we recommend early arrival, to ensure you receive a turkey. We will be joined by some of the Mayweather Promotions boxing stars who will be in attendance to assist with the turkey giveaway and meet with families.
