UNDEFEATED BANTAMWEIGHT PROSPECT EROS CORREA SCORES 2ND ROUND KNOCKOUT IN MEXICO

 

TIJUANA, MX (Outubro 27, 2018)Tonight in Tijuana, México, San José, California’s bantamweight prospect, Eros Correa (3-0, 3 Kos), remained undefeated with a second-round knockout over Cristian Vizcarra. Correa, who is managed by Cali Boxing Management, dropped Vizcarra three times before the bout was stopped.

 

 

 

At the end of round one, Correa caught Vizcarra with a powerful right hook that sent the Tijuana native to the canvas. Correa sent Vizcarra to the canvas for the second time in the middle of round two with a left hook to the temple. Correa followed with a barrage of punches that sent Vizcarra to the deck for the third time, forcing the referee to stop the fight. Coa vitoria, Correa keeps his knockout streak alive to start his career.

 

 

 

“Esta noite, I wanted to come out aggressive and get my opponent out of there,” said Eros Correa. “Now that I’m staying busy, I’m getting more comfortable in the ring. I know with each fight I’m going to get better. My goal is to get right back in the ring as soon as possible. I want at least two more fights before the end of the year. My managers are doing a great job guiding my career and I’m thankful.

TIJUANA, MX (Outubro 1, 2018)Prince Ranch Boxing heavyweights, Kye Brooks (4-0, 3 Kos) and fellow stablemate, peso-pesado Jonathan Rice (9-3-1, 5 Kos), both who are managed by Greg Hannley, were victorious this past Saturday in Tijuana, MX.

 

 

 

Jonathan Rice scored a first-round knockout against, Juan Carlos Moreno. After a few explosive exchanges, Rice caught Moreno with a counter right hand that sent him to the canvas. Moreno got up and came firing back, only to get caught again with a strait right cross, forcing the referee to stop the bout at the 2:19 Marca da primeira rolda.

A highly skilled boxer with matinee-idol good looks, Figueroa is trained by Coach Joe Vargas at The Arena Gym in San Diego, California and managed by Gregorio Ambriz.
He joins an ever-growing stable of Sampson Boxing Mexican and Hispanic fighters that includes boxing’s hottest fighter, super middleweight top contender David Benavidez, former WBC World Super Bantamweight Champion Hugo Ruiz, top super featherweight contender Jorge Lara, former multiple-time world champion Javier Fortuna, and WBC Latino welterweight Champion Cesar Miguel Barrionuevo.
