(April 11, 2018) – Top featherweight prospect Ruben Villa (10-0, 4 KOs)looks to add the first championship of his young career when he battles Colombian Marlon Olea (13-2, 12 KOs) for den ledige WBO Youth Title this Saturday night from the Salinas Storm House in Salinas, Calif.

Olea, for what it’s worth, holds a unanimous decision loss to WBA world champion Danny Roman from November of 2016. That matchup was contested at 122-pounds, while Saturday night’s fight is set for 126-pounds. Villa would appear to have the size advantage, as he is a natural featherweight with room to fill out as he gets older.

 

 

 

 

“In this sport, you take any advantage you can get,” Villa remarked. “He’s still a talented guy so I can’t get over confident on that.”

Knight knocked Floyd down in round one with a nice left-right combination.

GH3 Promotions fighters shine in Philly!

Nutley, NJ (April 6, 2018)-Two of GH3 Promotions top fighters remained undefeated last Friday night at The Fillmore in Philadelphia.

 

 

 

Super mellom Ronald Ellis won a six-round unanimous decision over Taneal Goyco, mens Joey Alday, Jr. kept his perfect knockout record intact by stopping Michael Crain in the 3rd round of their junior middleweight bout.

 

 

 

Ellis battered the upset-specialist Goyco for much of the fight, and almost had the tough Philadelphian stopped several times during the fight. Ellis of Lynn, Massachusetts cruised home by with the victory by scores of 60-53 to ganger, og 59-54 å heve sitt preg på 15-0-2.

He is a couple fights away from something big in the super middleweight division. As for Joey, he performed terrific. He is a big junior middleweight who displayed both boxing skills and power. We will bring him along nicely, and have him back in May.”

Philadelphia, PA (April 2, 2018) – This Past Friday night, Malik Hawkins remained undefeated by winning a 10-round unanimous decision over Raymond Serrano to capture the NABA-USA Welterweight title that headlined an action-packed 8 bout card at The Fillmore in Philadelphia.

 

 

 

The sold-out show was promoted by Hard Hitting promotions.

 

 

 

Hawkins used his length to pick and land shots on the inside. Hawkins raced to the early lead, but the veteran Serrano got going in the middle rounds as he used his experience to get himself back into the fight by winning scrums on the inside and an occasional long right hand. Down the stretch, Hawkins dug down deep and took control of the fight as seemed to be the fresher fighter. Hawkins who had never been past seven rounds, paced himself well against a tough Serrano, who never showed any signs of retreating as the two stood and fought until the final bell.

 

 

 

Hawkins of Baltimore, MD won by scores of 98-92, 97-93 og 96-94 to raise his perfect mark to 13-0. Serrano of Philadelphia was urged on by his loyal fan base, but fell just short, and now drops to 24-5.

 

 

 

Heavyweight prospect Darmani Rock landed a hard right to the body that dropped Ronny Hale down and out at 1:27 of round two of their scheduled six-round bout.

“Everything is good. I got right back in the gym after the last fight. When I watched the fight again, I could have done a little bit bit more, but he ran all night. Hopefully Goyco will stand and fight on Friday night,” said Ellis.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ellis believes by the end of the year, that he will be right in the mix of the hot super middleweight division.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I still have a lot to prove, But I am a contender that is continuously climbing the rankings. I just need that opponent who will bring the best out of me. My plan is to get another fight on television after this one. I know Goyco is no pushover I have been training for and treat him like all of my other opponents.”

Philadelphia, PA (Mars 27, 2018) – Denne fredagen natt, weltervekt kandidat, Raymond “Tito” Serrano vil se etter sin fjerde seier på rad når han møter den ubeseirede prospektet Malik Hawkins i 10-runders hovedturnering på The Fillmore i Serranos hjemby Philadelphia.
Serrano hvis seiersrekke har falt sammen med at han byttet treningssted til Los Angeles, har beseiret tre jagerfly på rad som har en samlet rekord på 25-4.
I sin siste utflukt, den 28 år gamle Serrano var imponerende med å beseire tidligere ubeseiret Enver Halili via diskvalifikasjon i åttende runde.

Nutley, NJ (Mars 27, 2018)–Starting denne fredagen, GH3 Promotions will be active as eight of the Promotional outfit’s fighters will be in action over the next six weeks.
Fredag night at the Fillmore in Philadelphia, undefeated super middleweight Ronald Ellis(14-0-2, 10 KOs) will take on upset specialist Taneal Goyco (9-10-1, 4 KOs) i en kamp planlagt for seks runder.
On the same card, undefeated super welterweight Joey Alday, Jr (6-0, 6 KOs) will battle Michael Crain (1-1) in a four round bout.
På April 12th i Chicago, Kenneth Sims, Jr. (12-1, 4 KOs) will be making his 1st start since his lone defeat when he returns to action in a six-round junior welterweight bout.
På April 21st in Paramus, New Jersey, tungvekt Ronnie Hines will make his professional debut while lightweight Joel Flores, Jr. (0-0-1) will see action in four-round bouts
May 4th will see Alday come back to Philadelphia, and appearing on the same card will be undefeated super bantamweight Malik Jackson (2-0, 2 KOs)
Finally on May 11th, super bantamvekt kandidat Adam Lopez (16-2-2, 8 KOs) will fight in an eight-round bout while undefeated lightweight Thomas Mattice (11-0, 9 KOs) will see action in a six-round bout.
